By far the best KOA. Other KOAs should benchmark themselves with the greybull koa.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Thanks Mr. and Mrs. Setzer.
Jun 22, 2017
Much better than I thought really enjoyed our stay
Jun 22, 2017
The nicest, cleanest, friendliest KOA ever!
Jun 22, 2017
Expensive. Charged for every little thing. The campground was well kept and the mgr was very cordial. I won't stay there ever again.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

"Charged for every little thing". We don't know what you think you are getting charged for. The only amount you paid was for your site and 1 extra child, and tax (required by law in WY). NO EXTRA CHARGES WHATSOEVER. You even got our "nice people discount".

Great place to stay host are the best

This was our favorite KOA traveling for 5 weeks. Very, very clean and well kept. The hosts could not be anymore accommodating! Wonderful home made breakfast was SERVED to us. Wish now we would have tried the homemade pizza. This KOA was without a doubt A1! We'll always map our trips to stay here!!

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

The "chef" thanks you for your positive comment on the breakfast buffet. He knows: bacon and eggs and biscuits and gravy is better than pancakes in the morning.
Jun 18, 2017
An excellent KOA. Loved our stay there.
Jun 18, 2017
This was the best koa we have stayed at CLEAN, WELL LAYED OUT. couldn't ask for nicer couple/owners. Easy to get to. Breakfast although we didn't have it. The sink are was outstanding. Bathrooms top notch. Loved it!
Jun 18, 2017
Very friendly, great accommodations, concrete pads. Breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and good homemade food. Only drawback was the train noise/horns.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We know, people like our all you can eat breakfast buffet, with eggs, bacon, sausages, and biscuits and gravy better than the pancake breakfasts on the other campgrounds. Your kids like pancakes? We still make and serve them.
Jun 17, 2017
This is, without a doubt, the best KOA we've stayed at. Friendly, clean and perfectly laid out.
Jun 15, 2017
What a gem of a place. Starting right when we first drove in. Highly recommend and would definitely return.
Jun 14, 2017
Wonderful park! We were so impressed with the extra details, from the patios to the breakfast, pizza, and especially the area information. The Bijvanks really know to make your stay in Greybull the best it can be! Thank you. We will be back.
Jun 14, 2017
Excellent clean facilities. Gracious hosts.
Jun 14, 2017
I've been camping for more than 40 years, and I've never stayed at a cleaner or better run campground! The owners went out of their way to make sure everybody was taken care of! (They even 'PET SAT' with our two dogs while we went away 1 day!) Terry and Dean

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Thank you, Anderson family. We appreciate your very positive comments.

Beautifully maintained site, and wifi speed was fast. owners were great.
Jun 12, 2017
We were greeted at the door of the office with bottled water and treated like family. Not just another customer. Very friendly. We would return to this KOA.
Jun 11, 2017
1 problem. Koa charged Far too much money. Elec, h2o, tv. $52.00. No koa is worth that kind of money. Especially greybull. You've been warned. In middle of nowhere.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

$46.95 is absolutely not too high for what you got: a level concrete site with nice patio and garden set, 60 cable channels, water 50 Amp. electric, sewer, wi-fi and use of the 85 degrees pool. If you should have told us upfront it is too high, we had offered you a $40 site, or you should have left.

Very pleasant, nice and informative help, the best stay at a KOA I had on our trip. Thanks
Jun 07, 2017
We stopped on the way through to Devils Tower from Cody and were met by the owner with a bottle of cold water each, which was a really nice touch. He showed us to our site and let us set up before I went to check in. They had good information on the local things to see and do. The site was very clean and the facilities were excellent and clean too.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Thanks for your positive comments. Yes, we made 8 different brochures about things to see or to do in the area. Fishing, museums, sightseeing and bike rides as well as jeep trails. Different people, different interests. But to make it short: there is always something to do for you in the area.

This is a great campground. Very clean and wonderful owners!!!
Jun 06, 2017
Extremely nice rv park with concrete pads and very clean. We were very well treated guests. The pet park was amazing.
Jun 05, 2017
Very well organized. Good flat concrete pads. But, an urban environment. No grass, not even for pets.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We tried but since we are in a dry high desert area, we couldn't keep the grass. Water is not plentifully available here. Therefore bark around the RV-sites. The only places where we have lush grass are our tent and our deluxe sites. We made a nice and clean dog run and playground for your FIDO.
Jun 05, 2017
enjoyed the warm pool, campground was nice and clean

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Yeah, we keep our pool on a comfortable 85 degrees. It still cools you down when the outside temperature is over 90 degrees
Jun 04, 2017
Nice campground. Cement pads that are completely level. All bark and gravel otherwise. Back in a neighborhood so don't be surprised when your GPS takes you into some back streets. Great hosts.
Jun 04, 2017
The nicest people greater is with cold water and a personal welcome page. Super clean. Great pool. Wish all KOAs were like this one.
Jun 03, 2017
Staff immediately came out to meet us with bottles of water. Escorted us to our site. Level concrete sites. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We personally know how you feel after you have driven 300 miles or more. Therefore, when you come on our campground, we welcome you with a bottle of cold water and bring you over to your site, so you can hook-up, have a drink and sit back and relax before you have to come in and register.

One of the best run KOAs. Owners are meticulous about their camp and it shows. I enjoyed my one night stay, had a good 4 mile run along the Bighorn River and downtwon Greybull. Everything at the KOA Greybull exheeds the KOA standards by far. Great place to stay before Yellowstone or Cody. Town is small but has gas, grocery, Dollar Store, ATMs.
May 29, 2017
Great place to stay!
May 28, 2017
Clean facility, friendly owners. Wish we were able to stay longer.
May 27, 2017
Possibly the best KOA at which we have ever stayed.
May 23, 2017
We loved this KOA. They even greeted us with bottles of cold water for everyone in our RV. The sites were nice and concrete pads. The showers were excellent with good water pressure and nice and warm. Would have loved to stay longer!
May 22, 2017
Great place to stay, very clean and the owners were nice. Loved the patio and chairs and the drive in/drive out driveway is the best idea EVER! My only complaint would be that KOA's should have a policy that you don't get charged full price if the pool isn't open for the season. Other than that it was great! Will definitely stay again!

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Mr. Price: First: thanks for positive comments. We appreciate that. For our price setting: You paid less, than what you should have paid in the high season, when our pool is open and the campground is in full swing. Our inviting, 85 degrees pool opens May 24th. You barely missed that. Sorry
May 21, 2017
Cor & MaRia. We loved your campground. All your hard work shows in a neat & clean camp. Detailed flyer & info sheets -great. Glad we met you. Best of luck. John & Mary
May 12, 2017
This is not camping, this is enjoying! This is the level you wish every campsite would be! The owners are so warm, open and helpfull. Are kids (3 and 4 years old) also really enjoyed the playground. We stayed here a day/night coming from Yellow Stone Park and heading for Mount Rushmore.
May 10, 2017
Friendly, professional, very clean sites. Best place we have camped at in 3 weeks. Highly recommend this facility.
May 09, 2017
The owners were very friendly and helpful to us as first-time Kampers. The made us feel at home, and reassured us that we were doing things correctly with our new travel trailer. We were very early in the season, so the campground was fairly empty, but it seems like it would be an excellent place for the busy season, too. Quiet place, great service, good location.

What a sweet little spot to spend the night. The owners were wonderfully warm and friendly and so accommodating..

Amazing campground!! Very clean and very nice owners! We had the hot tub campsite and it was awesome!
Oct 10, 2016
This is a beautiful campground. It is small but extremely clean and neat. The owner met us when we arrived with bottles of water. The sites have patios and are easy to pull into and out of. There is a restaurant where breakfast is served and pizza delivery to your campsite is also an option. The laundry is spotless and has an ironing board and iron available.

Don't get under a cottonwood. Great place. Walk to town.
Oct 01, 2016
This one is tucked into a residential neighborhood with easy walk to downtown. Lots of things to explore nearby. Very nice sites and hosts! Town is SMALL and quaint so more than two or three nights might get boring. Owners take great care to assure their place is appealing.
Oct 01, 2016
Very comfortable setting. We were made at home! Close to everything.
Sep 29, 2016
Clean and neat campground. As IT-people we test the Wi-fi on every campground we stayed. Yours is one of the best we found so far this season: 15.19 Mbps download- and 4.33 Mbps upload speed, more than sufficient for web browsing. Your (paid) service was even better and we were able to use it for streaming and gaming.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Thank you for your comments. We test our wifi frequently, but we like it when our customers do the same and report it to us.
Sep 28, 2016
Wonderful hosts, very accommodating and fresh and clean. The bathrooms, showers and laundry facilities were especially nice
Sep 27, 2016
Great Hosts. Dog lovers. They care about their guests.
Sep 26, 2016
We liked this place so much we cancelled reservations elsewhere and stayed an extra day. Definitely one of the nicest campgrounds I have ever stayed in. Everything was spotless and well maintained. Really nice owners on site.
Sep 23, 2016
This stay would have been an easy 5 stars except for 2 things which were a big annoyance. First, the WiFi barely worked, even with only a couple guests on property. Second, we asked for things to do and were given a map and suggestions. One of the suggested stop sujpposedly is known by "all locals" to stay away from when there was recent rain. Our vehicle became stuck requiring rescue.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We give out information about trips in the surrounding area. They all state: "Weather and erosion may have it effects on the trails. Before you enter into a trip, check with Forest Service or BLM about these circumstances." If you drive in the rain on a muddy road it's your choice not ours.

Wonderful facility, our hosts the Bijank's treated us like family, they have set the bar very high. Thanks for a beautiful short stay, we'll be back. Lynn & Paul
