General Campground Information

VISITORS

We apologize however we are no longer permitting non-registered campers into the park for day use (swimming, picnics etc).  For visitors who are here to visit a registered camper, there is a $5 per person charge for all visitors aged 6 and up. Please stop by the reservation desk inside the General Store to check in and obtain a visitor permit. Visitors who wish to drive through the park to check out our facilities, we offer a complimentary 15 minute pass free of charge. We need to ensure all visitors are registered and accounted for to maintain the safety and wellbeing of our guests. Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to welcoming you to the park.

Jump Pad

Jump Pad and Axe Throw are closed for the season

Store hours: 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Closed on Christmas, Thanksgiving and Easter.

Joe Creek General Store

Store Hours 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, 7-days a week.
We have all your grocery and beverage needs covered! Pet and RV supplies are always in stock. We have cold beer, wine, champagne, soda, juice, energy drinks, water, snacks of all kinds, pantry staples, milk, eggs, butter, some fresh produce, cat and dog food, some automotive, RV, and household supplies, cleaning supplies, DVD rental, gifts, and more.

No Dump Station

We do not have a dump station for our outside guests.

Seasonal Stays

We offer monthly sites from September 1st until April 1st. Please call for details.

After-hours or Late Check-In

Checking in after hours? No problem! We will place a courtesy call and let you know we have a park map with your campsite/rv spot circled along with your parking pass in an envelope with your last name on it taped to the Night Registration Drop Box outside our front door.

Check in: After 3:00 pm

We are flexible. Please call if you would like to come in earlier.

Natural Swimming Hole

We welcome registered guests (and their human visitors) to our natural swimming hole, at the base of our waterfall. There are 65 steps down from the gravel drive and there are rocks and logs to traverse to get to the water. We do not allow pets or glass bottles at the swimming hole for the safety of our guests and your pets. Our creek and swimming hole are part of protected waterways. Thank you for your consideration and cooperation.

All visitors are required to display current Car Pass.

Please have all visitors stop in the office to get a car pass before entering the park. No one is allowed in the park without a car pass

Amenities

Our amenities include walking on nature trails, swimming in the natural swimming hole, a jump pad, polypong, GAGA Ball, photo opportunities, bird watching, wildlife viewing, stargazing, viewing our  waterfall (our waterfall is featured in a movie called "Spirit of the Eagle" with Grizzly Adams/Dan Haggerty)
