The staff was very friendly and informative. They even came around to our tent sites to caution us about the weather in the wind. This was a wonderful place and my family had an exceptional time. Thank you so much for your service and we look forward to many more adventures.

The Grand Canyon/Williams KOA is one of the best KOA parks we've stayed at. We have visited many over the last six months. The grounds are well cared for and bathrooms were very clean. From check in until check out, staff were welcoming and polite. The store had everything you may need and beautiful gift shop items. Bravo to the owners of this KOA. Thank you.

We started with my Mom, brother in law, nephew and two children. The place was incredible. The bathrooms were amazing, and the staff was so helpful. My kids had a ball interacting with the staff driving around on the golf carts. My family is already planning our next stay!

This KOA is one of our favorites. The front desk folks were the nicest and helpful. The park is clean and has everything you need for a great stay. We will be back!!!!

Site 45: There was a metal barrel buried (unknowingly) with a loose, unattached lid sitting on top. My husband slipped on this loose lid, not knowing it wasn't solid ground, and fell IN the barrel, cutting the back of his right leg, bruising both, and terrifying us all. We were lucky this wasn't a worse incident. The mysterious 4+ foot hole should have been secured and marked.

Great stay! Your staff is Aces! The individual shower/ toilet rooms are a great concept. Can’t say enough about your campground. Oh tell Lucille not to be so mean to the guy from Philly!� Just kidding!

The only problem that I had was with the RV directly across from my tent campsite. They refused to turn off the lights on their rv, thus bathing my tent campsite in bright light. After not being able to sleep, we packed up and left at 4:00am. I really wish there was a rule that outside lights should be extinguished at a certain time.

We tented outside. Weather changed quick, very cool and windy. but tent stayed intact and storms rumbled east. Very nice place.

We stayed on a campsite which was big enough for our tent and car. The restrooms and showers were clean and in good shape. The campground was quite and the noise from the near by highway wasn’t a bother. We checked in late and everything was prepared for us. We had a good stay!

We come here every year and are always so happy with our visit. The staff is so helpful and friendly, they always make sure that our stay is the best. The campground is always clean and well taken care of. Plus they have plenty of activities for the kids. We love staying here.

This was my 1st time staying at a KOA. My 8 day stay was fantastic. The entire staff was very friendly & helpful in every aspect. If I ever vacation in this area again, this campground will be my choice.

The place was clean and nice. The staff was ok not really friendly and people showed up at 10 and they hit another vechile then woke several up trying to park thier rv. Other then just people not having respect for other people it was good

Location and general set up was impressive! Very convenient to local attractions! Pool area was well-kept and nice. Multiple play areas for kids is great! We appreciated the text updates on campfire conditions. However, sites are too close together; there wasn't enough shade and there were not enough restrooms for how many people were actually in the camp.

Loved the fun culture and safe area this KOA provides, and the staff was amazing. This is my first time ever being in a KOA campsite. We did have 1 difficulty: water access. It was never clear where I could wash my dishes. I thought all sites had access. The one tap nearest me was off, so I had to find one I could use. As campers came and went I would have to go somewhere different.

It’s a great location, but it needs some overdue maintenance especially the bathrooms and the campsites were run down and overgrown with weeds.

The few KOA's I have stayed at are usually a little nicer. More green grass where cabins and tents sites are at. Only one dryer was working at the time we were there and prices in the store were a little high. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Very pleasant. The lady in the store was so nice and friendly even through the rush times. The pool and hot tub were magnificent to hop into in the morning to get our days started.

We stayed on a tent site which was a good size lot. The store has anything you could need but they close early. We enjoyed the individual bathrooms. Biggest complaint was the heated pool was an ice cube so the kids couldn’t enjoy and they didn’t have many other activities to engage in.

Positives: staff very helpful and friendly. Gas station & Mini-market at entrance of campground. Downtown Williams is close, only 5 miles away. Negatives: tent sites very close together. Not enough showers/bathrooms if campground is full. Terrible wifi service. Lots of road noise, needed earplugs to sleep.

This campground was just what we were looking for during our trip. The facilities were clean and easily accessible. The staff was very friendly, and consistently working around the property to clean, set up for the site events etc. We were very impressed.

Nice campground with good pool & hot tub. A minus was that we couldn't find a washing up sink and there were queues for the bathrooms sometimes.

We ordered water (none) tons of foxtails in our location. Had to take one of our dogs to the vet to have one removed (381.00). More dirt than gravel out site was a mud pit after it rained. Otherwise we did have a great time and will use your site again.

There are some very nice things about this camp ground and some that need mentioning. The staff is very nice and the store is very nice. The coffee bar prices rival Starbucks prices. The sites could use some leveling. The wifi works great. There are two very nice and large dog parks. The laundrymat is very expensive ($3 to wash and $3 to dry) The pool indicated online would not open until 5/15 though the hot tub and sauna listed as open but was closed. There is no difference in price if amenities are open or closed.

Nice and clean. 2 dog parks, rv spaces adequate. Small store but has alot of stuff. Only drawback....jacuzzi was closed. Also has a pool that was closed too. Only 5 miles from the town of Williams where there's restaurants, souvenir shops and a Safeway! Also, don't forget to visit Bearizona!!!

Would have liked to of stayed there but the don't accommodate electric cars.
