We only stayed 1 night but our spot was tight. Newborns very close and tents just across from us. If I would have stay longer, I would need a better site.

Very nice KOA, have not camped in a long time, but I am now old enough to appreciate having full hook ups and amenities like nice clean restrooms, pool, and reasonably stocked store. Great location near Williams and Kaibab lake, and an hour to the Grand Canyon. I will visit this KOA again, and plan to try more KOAs for my camping adventures.

There was a lot of helpful staff. The location is beautiful. My phone did not work in this area and the WiFi is awful.

Nice campgrounds but the spaces are small, had a 33’ 5th and had to park truck sideways along edge of road in front of it and had to move several times for the next over campers to pull out

Overall, it is an OK campsite. The WIFI just plain SUCKS! Should not even be offered on the website, it is NOT an option available. My phone, I could not even get a signal from them either. The water pressure was very low, we used our pump on board the RV in order to shower. When I searched on the KOA app for "grand canyon parks" all that came up was you, we wanted Circle pines KOA Holiday.

The worse Wi-Fi No cell service so a reliable Wi-Fi would have helped. Williams was ok but over rated. We were at the Grand Canyon 16 yrs ago & it was amazing. All the concrete, shuttles & barriers has ruined the view. Very limited at the canyon views unless you take private tours This campground was disappointing. Very few people cleaned up after their pets & could have been cleaner

this is a great campground with nice people staffing it. Ignore the haters. Yes the Wi-Fi is a little weak. I’ve stayed in dozens of KOAs and none have had great Wi-Fi so settle down. Try talking to each other instead of burying your face in your phone. The bathrooms are great and maybe the roomiest I’ve ever had at a campground. Finally the coffee bar is a huge bonus - don’t miss it!!

This was our worst experience at a KOA. So much, we won’t be back. From the start, our sites were not with our friends, or facing each other. Our spot didn’t have sewer and our friends site was covered in flying ants. When we went in to ask about fixing these issues the lady was very rude and not friendly. She didn’t help fix our concerns. This is very disappointing.

The lack of WiFi and phone service made my 25 days were very rough. Some of the staff were very helpful but others were rude. The price doesn't match the amenities. I would not return to this KOA.

it's a wonderful place with easy access to the Grand Canyon, however their internet service is terrible, you have to sit next to the office building to get any reception.

We opted to stay at your campground based on the fact that you advertised that you had Wi-fi. We had to work a few days of our vacation. What your website fails to say is that there is only Wi-fi at the office, not at the actual RV sites. There isn't any cell serve either. So you are in a virtual dead zone. I had to get up and drive to sit in-front of the office and work. We cut our stay short.

The campground and store are very nice, but the Wi-Fi was terrible. We were on a 3 week trip and just need it to check on medical reports, and things at home. For $89.00 a night, I am hoping you can upgrade this.

Arrived after hours. Park is VERY, VERY dark. No lights anywhere. Had a hard time finding my spot due to being so dar. Spot barely accommodated my 43' motorhome. Hard to level due to rough gravel pad. Almost ran over water spigot/supply because the road and spot was so skinny. Staff at store not very friendly. NEED LIGHTS AT EACH SPOT!!

Campground hosts don't care when you have a concern. Several problems, they never cared, just ignored us. Will never stay here again.

Very few shower stalls, had to stand in line for about an hour to take a shower. WiFi does not work at all. Mobile communication does not work (it is worth to drive 2-3 miles away and mobile communication starts to work normally). A godforsaken place.

Staff was friendly and campground was clean. Our only compaint was our camp site. The back-in sites are awful! If there had been a camper across from us, we wouldn't be able to get in. No trees, tiny and ugly. The electric hookup equipment is ancient and the dump station is inconvenient for the only trailers that will have to use it. Those sites should go or be improved.

Unfortunately a huge group arrived and ruined being able to do much of anything of the campground. Wasn't to happy with having our neighboring camping inches away from us. Wish we also would have had our own power source and not had our camper using the same electric box as our neighboring camper. Tried to try the coffee bar but unfortunately the employee ignored us as we stood there for 20 minute

Staff was friendly, cable TV was nice, lots needed leveled and need more shade, WIFI was terrible unless you where in the club house.Lots of traffic noise coming from Hwy 64 next to campground.

Lovely place and lovely stay. A pity that children under the age of 14 were not allowed in the hottub.

There are some very nice things about this camp ground and some that need mentioning. The staff is very nice and the store is very nice. The coffee bar prices rival Starbucks prices. The sites could use some leveling. The wifi works great. There are two very nice and large dog parks. The laundrymat is very expensive ($3 to wash and $3 to dry) The pool indicated online would not open until 5/15 though the hot tub and sauna listed as open but was closed. There is no difference in price if amenities are open or closed.

Nice and clean. 2 dog parks, rv spaces adequate. Small store but has alot of stuff. Only drawback....jacuzzi was closed. Also has a pool that was closed too. Only 5 miles from the town of Williams where there's restaurants, souvenir shops and a Safeway! Also, don't forget to visit Bearizona!!!
