bathrooms were inadequate showers didn’t have enough pressure to wash soap out of ur hair Crushed grey stone on roads was good but red clay in campsites made for a mess Wifi non existent

The campsite was roomy and level. There was no Wi-Fi in the campground unless you were in the office building. There was no cable word was that it was cut and they were waiting for the off-season to repair. There was no signal on Verizon. Quite a few folks were smoking marijuana in the campground. For those of those that don’t smoke the smell is not good.

This KOA has great amenities for kids and the staff beside Kathy were very nice. Kathy however is extremely rude. I asked if they sold lighters I had looked around but had not found one. She told me well you didn't look they are all round the store. I needed one to light my camp stove and fire not cigarettes. She was also rude to my daughter when she purchased something. Nice ladies at check inn is about it. Campground is unkempt, extremely poor WiFi (don’t advertise it if it doesn’t work). This is a $30.00 a night campground not a $70.00 + a night campground. I understand the water situation but invest in a well, rakes, weedwacker, lawn mower and folks to use them. If it was $30 a night I wouldn’t complain.

Quiet and relaxing stay. We had a pull-through site #4 with full hookups. The place had a fire pit and a picnic table. The Wi-Fi was intermittent, but we had our internet. Tony and Lee from San Diego.

It was a very nice campground the only issue was the yellow jackets. A couple spots were terrible because of these bugs.

Our space had a ditch running through it from the rain where no one has flattened out the space. The wifi was not good even close to the building. Our cellphones didn’t have service either.

Good except the out of control wasps infesting multiple sites. I was stung while packing up. Need pest control ASAP. I reported the issue and nothing was done. Useless little traps were out but had no impact.

We are sorry the wasp were bothering you, they are heavy in this region to the the heavy monsoonal rains this past summer. We have put out multiple traps and have been actively looking for hives that can not be located.

I arrived after 4 PM and the previous occupant was still in the site. Had to wait 20 minutes for them to finish and pull out. This occupant rinsed their sewer hose onto the ground at the site. Next morning the camp water line broke. They fixed it fairly quickly. Other than that, the stay was very nice.

The sites were level, everything was very well taken care of, and we had no issues with water, sewer, or electricity. The employees were very friendly and attentive to the property. The pool and hot tub were nice. The laundry room near us at site number 3 was $3.00 per machine. The store was large and well-stocked. We enjoyed our stay. If we're ever back in this area, we'd stay here again.

People were nice and friendly. Had a pull thru site. It wasn’t even close to level, loose gravel, and rutted from rain. Site was narrow and short. Had enough room for 36 ft Rv but not for tow vehicle. Wi-Fi was awful. No cable.

This was our second time here and look forward to more. Excellent service, clean, always making sure your stay is comfortable. All the employees very accommodating if need anything. Even sent us a text when bad weather hit careful of slippery spots around the office. Highly recommend! Thanks!

The staff are all friendly professional,they are the blessing here.So everyone is correct zero cell svc most of the time,zero internet.I drove into Wms to make phone calls.Back-in site 25 water elec-not exactly level but good.And my escort guided me in.(I drove in just after rain/hail storm.I used dump station. BathroomLaundry working.Espresso coffee bar in ofc-yum on cold falls days.

Site was very tight and had a large rock surrounded by weeds that needed trimmed making it difficult to see when parking our truck. Sewer pvc pipe cut to tall to allow for proper drainage of tanks. Had to manually lift the connecting sewer hose to drain our tanks. No connectivity at all. No cell, no over the air and no wifi even though campground had wifi. Stormed and no idea of how bad it was.

We stayed 2 nights. Loved KampK9 right across from our site. Showers near the cabins could use some extra cleaning but where functional. electric and water worked as advertised. Staff was very friendly. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

We had a great stay. Nice place. The counter staff was awesome!!! The bathrooms could use some updating.

If you're looking for a place to unplug with close access to historic Williams, or short ride to the Grand Canyon, this is the place. If you're looking for a place to park and work online look elsewhere. This park is quiet and clean. The views are nice. I would say that it would be nice if the office turned off its lights at night so the sky was more visible. Great selection of Restaurants nearby.

PROS: Nice scenery in area, close to Grand Canyon & town. CONS: RV Sewer connection almost 1 foot above ground, no way to slope your drain pipe. Campsites are NOT level. Dog waste bags were never refilled at the dog run & other stations. Grass & weeds very overgrown. Gravel in campground road very loose & hard to navigate. Not enough washer/dryers to for amount of campers. Laundry is expensive.

Most sites are "buddy" sites, and REALLY close, and I didn't realize that's what I booked. No privacy among strangers. NO cell service. No wifi. NO cable (as advertised). Tried to switch to one of the non-buddy sites and was told nothing available.. Left after one week of a two week stay.

I actually had booked the wrong KOA. I thought I was booking for the KOA Pine Circle. I showed up there and had to drive back out to this one. We like it better. This will be the one we use for our first stop out of town.

Pros: Park is clean, pool and hot tub are very clean and nice Cons: No cable, park wifi is mostly unusable (even when park is almost empty) , very little cell/hot spot connectivity, standard full hookup pull-through sites are too short to stay hooked up to your tow vehicle.

Campground and staff were great. Loved that there was a dog park with shade. I wouldn’t stay here again. They state they have WiFi but we never got service. We actually left 2 days early and moved to Camping Village where they had great service.

Nice place about an hour from the South Rim and all it has to offer. Decent WiFi during the day but it fails under load as the park fills up at night. No cable. I'd stay there again.

There are some very nice things about this camp ground and some that need mentioning. The staff is very nice and the store is very nice. The coffee bar prices rival Starbucks prices. The sites could use some leveling. The wifi works great. There are two very nice and large dog parks. The laundrymat is very expensive ($3 to wash and $3 to dry) The pool indicated online would not open until 5/15 though the hot tub and sauna listed as open but was closed. There is no difference in price if amenities are open or closed.

Nice and clean. 2 dog parks, rv spaces adequate. Small store but has alot of stuff. Only drawback....jacuzzi was closed. Also has a pool that was closed too. Only 5 miles from the town of Williams where there's restaurants, souvenir shops and a Safeway! Also, don't forget to visit Bearizona!!!
