Freundliches Personal, flexibel, toll jeder Platz ein Grill, Cocart etc. Viel zu teuer

Friendly staff, close enough to the grand canyon, tentplace oke.

Nice location, and very nice KOA compared to other KOAs

An office staff had cancelled our reseveration instead of modifiying it so there was a bit of a hassel trying to get a site and settle for the night. The owner made things right for us and we were appreicative not to have to move on to another facility that night.

It is the worst campground we ever stayed at! Tight spots for RV mixed with tent sites, we damaged our rig trying to get into it. There were plenty of empty large spaces but we were given tiny one where our RV cannot even fit right. I asked for somebody to evaluate the damage (I was told it will be free), waited 6 hours - I want my $75 back! Bottom line there is much nice KOA park nearby!

Very well run and enjoyable

We stayed in this campground for five days. It is a great place!! The one and only problem is the bathrooms. They are being used so much it is hard to keep them clean and smelling nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. This is a great location with attractions close by.

great campground

A couple of minor problems. The site map and the online map showed our site had 50 amp service. None at the site. Also I knew I had no sewer at the site but the sewer at the park is set up for those coming into the park. On wrong side for us leaving. Other than that very friendly staff for such a large campground.

Need better WIFI
Jul 24, 2013
Very poor customer service. The older white hair lady was very short with kids, and even myself when we asked questions. I asked her when the internet would be working, and she bite my head off and said, "well, like i've told everyone else who asked, its a rural area and you shouldn't expect internet". THEN DO NOT ADVERTISE IT. Bathrooms not clean. WORST KOA I've been too, should not have KOA.

neople not really friendly lot of queuing for the dirty restrooms no charm at all
Jul 23, 2013
Pool water was cloudy and never chemically in balance.
Jul 23, 2013
We stayed for 2 nights, the staff always greeted us with warm smiles and asking if we needed assistance! The facility & camp areas were clean... Good close access to entrance into Grand Canyon Nat'l. Park too! We'd stay there again...

On a cross-country trek with family in an RV. We stayed here overnight before heading into the Grand Canyon. Great location (only 50 min. to the canyon entrance), clean bathrooms, and the grounds were clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. We ate breakfast ($) at the Cowboy Cafe...delicious and good prices.

We had a wonderful time and the office staff was so helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back!

Worst wifi I've run across. Pet walk is a joke. Bathrooms nice. Could use a tree or two all the charm of a WalMart parking lot.

The only negatives I had were the wireless internet was essentially useless, and they need more showers/toilets. My grandson enjoyed the family movie night and the playground. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Property was clean and well taken care of. If i'm in this area again, I would not hesitate to stay here.

We arrived late so harder to rate this camp but overall bathrooms and showers were not very cleaned and smelled very strong.

We reserved a spot on line, by clicking the full hook-up, we were given a conformation #. After speaking with other family members they too wanted to join us. Again on-line reservations were made, again conformation # we chose the full hookup again. Asked if possible if we could get spots close? We were stay 5 nights. At check in we were given a nice space, BUT WAS ONLY WATER AND ELECTRIC.

Very nice campground and very nice, helpful employees. Very much appreciated the coffee bar and lovely seating area in the store. Also nice was the breakfast service. Good location and easy access to the Grand Canyon.

I am very disappointed about the WIFI it is malfunction a lot

Bring ear plugs! Every night they play an outdoor movie, which is great fun for the kids, however, they crank the volume so loud, you aren't able to get any rest or relaxation. Movies begin about 8 and don't end until 10 or after.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Thank you for your feedback. We will be sure to keep the movie volume down to a non disruptive level. Thank you again for your stay.

We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed it. Pool is smaller but ample enough. Some sites have trees, some dont. It's rocky but flat so makes for easy pull-in, pull-out. Love their K9 area with obstacles for the pups! Great camp store and clean bathrooms. Would stay here again!

The bathrooms were very dirty and did not appear to be cleaned very often. Also the fire pits were not in areas that could be used if someone was camped next to you. All the spaces need fences between them to tell where the camp site is.

This KOA is in a good location near the historic Rt 66. There are lots of attractions, places to eat, and things to do! In the other direction you are right on your way to the magnificent Grand Canyons! The facilities were nice and clean, the pool was big, fun game area, and they show a family-friendly movie every night! It was a fun campground to stay at on our vacation!

The staff was very helpful and mindful that this was our first time not only to Grand Canyon but to KOA as well. They were pleasant and ready to help.

This KOA had nice big pull thru sites. My kids loved the go cart bikes. However, the bathrooms were not very clean.
Jul 10, 2013
Laundry room, restrooms and showers were dirty.
Jul 10, 2013
I must say that the staff was very nice. The site was very nice. BUT, the main reason I camped here in our motor home was because we had been in the desert and out of touch by phone and e-mail for a few days and we looked forward to catching up on e-mail and phone calls while we were there SINCE I was told you had free wi-fi.Never was able to get on internet and no phone service. STAY IN William

Great that it was close to Grand Canyon but spaces were close together. The park was very family friendly and we enjoyed our stay.
