The woman working was very pleasant and the entire grounds, shop, showers, everything was clean and ready. The ONLY downside was that we used an RV and the RV dump was out of order. There was no indication that it was not operational and the employee didn't know either. That was the selling features that brought us to that location. We drove 10 miles away, spent gas and paid to dump elsewhere

The location was great for getting to the Canyon and other sights within driving distance for day tripping. Biggest issue was the free Wi-Fi. It was free but not accessible anywhere except sitting in the store lounge or in front or behind the store If you went more than 10 feet beyond the building, NO Wi-Fi. This place needs help catching up with the rest of the world when it comes to Wi-Fi!!

Great spot - very clean. Liked the dog run area with things for the dogs to do. Bathrooms very clean. Staff very friendly. A good place to stay while visiting the Grand Canyon!

We stopped on our way to the Grand Canyon and decided to stay at the KOA. We were impressed with the cleanliness and facilities of the KOA. The staff were friendly amid knowledgeable. The only problem we had was our hose froze up, as the temperature plummeted overnight.

Andrea (I think that was her name) at check-in and during our stay was great. Very helpful. I have one major complaint and that's about the WIFI. We literally were the closest to the office and still had to walk over to the office or go inside to get it. I understand the KOA is in a forest but it was a challenge even to message our group that was traveling with us.

Excellent park a mile away from the Grand Canyon and near by Williams. This KOA sets the standard for clean bathrooms with lots of hot water and good water pressure. Nice level spaces with good pull through.

Stay was awesome except for ONE thing. You have a 4.5 mph speed limit. ENFORCE IT! There are children, pets, peds, etc. Most folks enter the park, complete with rig and get to their spot or around the park at NASCAR speeds. There is no need for this. There is a posted speed for a reason. Will it take a pet, or worse, a child being hurt or killed to figure that out? Otherwise, it was great.

Nice place for an overnight. As with most KOAs, spaces are too close together. The staff was very friendly, with notable exception. At the end of my stay, I had a problem with my slides, and was waiting for a service person to come. I kept getting visited, and told I was late getting out. This greatly added to the stress of the situation.

Enjoyed our stay. Our first day the wifi was non existent. I know they were working on installing cables though. It improved after that. We had no cell service here so we really relied on the wifi to even text. So if you need very good wifi that is consistent this isn’t the place for you. We did have cell service in Williams and even at the Grand Canyon. Just not here.

My only complaint was the showers had a lot of someone other than myself’s hair and the mats and floor were pretty dirty. I did like the fact that the showers were individualized, meaning 1 person. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were having a problem with not having heat and they attempted to resolve it, but weren’t able. Kids loved pool, and adults loved hot tub. Donuts yumm

It was great! The staff is helpful and friendly. We loved the lodge with the fireplace. And it’s nice to find a campground store with good prices.

Great location. I was up front and could hear road noise. Overall staff super nice and everything was clean. One night stop worked out well. I would highly recommend as I will come back for the GC.

There are some very nice things about this camp ground and some that need mentioning. The staff is very nice and the store is very nice. The coffee bar prices rival Starbucks prices. The sites could use some leveling. The wifi works great. There are two very nice and large dog parks. The laundrymat is very expensive ($3 to wash and $3 to dry) The pool indicated online would not open until 5/15 though the hot tub and sauna listed as open but was closed. There is no difference in price if amenities are open or closed.

Nice and clean. 2 dog parks, rv spaces adequate. Small store but has alot of stuff. Only drawback....jacuzzi was closed. Also has a pool that was closed too. Only 5 miles from the town of Williams where there's restaurants, souvenir shops and a Safeway! Also, don't forget to visit Bearizona!!!
