I'm glad the laundry room was open 24/7 despite the sign - it was too cold to read anywhere else.

Very nice facility

In your book it says they have Cable TV, & WiFi. We check in for full service w, e, s, tv, & wifi. The cable tv, has not worked for 2 years and the wifi is almost impossible to get on. It should not still in the BOOK, 2years later. They Should have told us when we checked in. They never mention no CABLE TV and we would have left then.

The ladies at the desk were very nice. Man working wasn't at all helpful when we ran out of propane and it was 21 outside. Was told we couldn't get any until noon when the lady that knew how to do came to work.Found a gas station that sold it.Surprised to find the dumpsters full the entire stay. Hard to put our trash in.Very windy but out of their control. We have stayed at many KOA's!

very nice koa everyone was very nice and helpful

Friendly very helpful staff. Bathrooms/showers were clean and well stocked. Sites were wide enough but wish there were more full hook ups.

We had a good time the campground was a little bare, as in bare minimum of everything. It is in a beautiful area.

Friendly staff, location is closest KOA to south rim of Grand Canyon, but still almost 50 miles away. Restrooms not very clean, lots of dust and dirt, not many amenities available.

Too far from Grand Canyon.Campground was very dusty and all gravel.

It is very dusty - a little more groundcover would be very much appreciated. The dust, however, will not stop us from returning. Just had to bathe the dogs after their walk - which is not easy in a small trailer.

Convenient and easy one night stay grate

Enjoyed the stay. It was easy access to the Grand Canyon and Route 66. The kids loved theĀ four wheel bikes we rented.

Loved our stay in a cabin. Bathrooms were clean and warm!

Overall the campground, cabin and facilities were neat, tidy and functional. Although the highway was near, it was not noisy at all. The heater in our cabin was noisy but it did do a good job of warming the room and one of the shower room doors needed work on the lock to function properly. We wished we had booked more nights here and will likely do so next time we are in the area.

quite a way from the Grand Canyon but otherwise good. Some better signage would help in finding the location as we thought we must have missed the site

Very nice campground. Glad that you were open, it really made our trip convenient.

This KOA is great as a base camp for visiting the Grand Canyon,Williams, Bearizona & Sedona. Staff is friendly and camp ground is clean. Showers are clean with great hot water. It can be very cold in the evenings. The pipes did freeze but they defrosted by 8:30 am not a major problem. We made sure we had water handy for coffee and used the KOA restrooms.

We lost the cabin key because it fell off of the key ring. The office staff was ill tempered about the situation and did not offer help. We did find the key on the ground, but if we had not found it my car keys were locked in the cabin and there for we were locked out of our car and all of our belongings. The laundry room was also very dirty.

Was the perfect place to stay when visiting the Grand Canyon which is only 50 miles away. People were very friendly and campground was very clean and charming.

Not a particularly attractive location. Very disappointed that we did not have a dump site to use. The regular dump site was full, a rv site was supposed to be held open but never was during my stay.

We had a small glitch with a second cabin reservation and the staff went way above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. They were amazing!

too expensive for what you get compared to other places. Too many dogs barking...people leave them locked in trailers, no privacy between sites small sites for today's big units, wifi sketchy ! It;s best feature is that it's close to Grand Canyon!

Appeared this KOA is relatively new. Rear campsites border a dusty roadway. Clean facilities. Family restrooms are convenient. KOA personnel are helpful and courteous.

The campground was very clean and the staff friendly. The campsites would have to be upgraded to rate this higher.
