Very nice campground! A concrete pad would have been nice, but all in all, we had a great time. Hopefully, we'll be back.

Personnel and hosts are great and friendly. Bathrooms are kept very clean. The reason for the low rating is because, as often is the case with KOA, there are too many campers sitting practically on top of each other. It is noisy, lots of dogs and barking. If you are used to KOAs, you may be fine with this place. If you are used to camping in nice state parks (and nature), this is not for you.

We really enjoyed our stay! I read previous reviews before I came. We stayed in lot 164 a dirt spot but still nice with a picnic table. One of my neighbors were a permanent resident who was nosey but didn't bother me. The bugs weren't to big of a nuisance especially with a thermacell running. All in all we really enjoyed our stay. They have plenty to do in park and the island as well will return!

Have plans off the Island? Good luck getting off. One lane. Had to cancel a golf tee time, traffic was 5mph average. Site 89 we were on was probably the narrowest run down lot in the place. Could not extend our canopy. It would have hit the RV next to us. Power post was damaged previously and never recorded. Wish we could have given more stars because the place was well managed and clean.

Beautiful and Nicely run Campground! Please think about a two gate entry for the Dog Park. This prevents a dog from bolting out of the park when someone is coming in and it reduces the excitement from the dogs in the park when a dog comes in. Thanks. We will be coming back!!

This KOA has some nice amenities but it lacks decent size sites and shrubbery for a bit of privacy. Also lacking is a central dog park area. There is one fenced area and it's a long walk when you're in the middle or back of the park. Pine Island is okay for a one-time visit. There are no beaches and we were hard pressed to find city or county parks with water frontage.

We stayed 2 weeks. Very nice!! Our pup became ill and needed veterinary attention on Feb 14 when we were scheduled to leave. The wonderful staff in the office made arrangements for us to stay an additional night. I was so stressed out about my pup that I was in tears and do not feel like I thanked them enough. KOA staff make a difference. We also had fun at BIngo and other activities. :-)

Campground is large and very nice. It can be a challange to get to and from the island due to traffic, but once at the campground, there are plenty of things to do on the island.

Very long walk from our site to the office. We were by community building 2. There should be a dumpster or at the very least a large trashcan on that side of the facility. Other KOA’s pick up the trash in the morning. The welcome folder is nice, it would have been nicer if the monthly activities calendar was in it. Since we were pre-checked in, there was no reason to go in the office and get one

Very late reservation. Appreciated accommodation on short notice. Backward site, some services on each side of vehicle. Luckily we had 150’ cord (only 20 amp for emergency) and could not hook up to water. The thing is we saw other normal sites empty.

Beautiful park a little too large for my taste but staff awesome...the only things are more lounges needed at pool with such a large park everyone seems to grab all the lounges..also you definitely need another dumpster at other end of park. It was a very long walk to the dumpster and back for me....or have garbage pick up every morning like alot other parks have other than that I enjoyed .

We love EVERYTHING about this campground except for the third party Jabba wifi (we've encountered the same problem with Jabba at other campgrounds). If they were able to fix that issue, we'd give them a six out of five rating!

Worst KOA we've ever been in. Very old, very congested, no Wifi unless you drive up to the office, no accessible garbage drops. For $100.00/night I expect more.

Great Staff - very organized, informative and friendly! Huge property filled with happy, friendly RVers and Campers. The “small house” cabins are really cool!

The campground is very clean, easy to navigate and has a friendly staff. It's a quiet campground and had activities and lovely heated pool.

We stayed two nights. Showers, laundry and pool facilities were very nice. Staff were helpful. I would stay again. Because this campground is on an island plan for a little extra time in traffic to get across the bridge.

Great KOA. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our site had an electric issue when we arrived. Although things were pretty busy with arrivals, a staff member came to our site about three minutes after we called to fix it and returned a while later at make sure everything was good. Really nice pool. We had no issue with bugs. Our site was very nice. Several nearby bars and restaurants.

The site we were given had sewer on one side and water/electric on the other. I had to use every extension I had. Maintenance was helpful getting us parked and promised to bring a cable extension and additional water hose the next day. That never happened. While the location is nice, the site we had was unacceptable. The site next to us was better and stayed empty 2/4 nights we were there.

Most of the park was still shutdown from the hurricane. I'm not sure if any of the showers were open. Very small crowd made our stay much nicer.
