Staff was fantastic. The park had so many weeds and they do not appear to clean sites to well before new arrivals.

cable was not working, I checked with other campers and they stated the same thing. Why advertise you have cable when its non operational.

A bit noisy after hours. Should have a quiet time at 10 or so. Other than that, all was really great. Perhaps one more things for kids to do, go carts like Williams KOA or maybe a indoor pool..

Positives: Convenient sites with full hookups, a great front store, and many activities for the kids to do! Negative: Felt the RV spaces were too small, with no space to move around and set up our outdoor items such as rugs/chairs. Inappropriate graffiti in the bathrooms- would appreciate it if KOA would paint over vulgar words. No child who can read should while using the bathroom.

Nice location by hiking trails and stores, with clean facilities and fun play areas for the kids! And we were happy to be able to charge our Tesla at our campsite.

We loved our stay and really appreciated how flexible the staff was. We had an issue with our truck and had to stay an extra night. Kayla made it happen! Not easy in the busy summer season.

Unlevel sites, not very big rig friendly, needed 3 sewer hoses.

Sites small, uneven, lots of weeds and very little gravel. Staff was helpful in changing us to the space next to the original site which was easier to park. Overall the park was not as well maintained as other KOA parks we have stayed in and more expensive than most KOAs.

Great location . Received welcome and thank you text messages. Beautiful KOA , with pine trees . Cool weather , too, when other areas were really hot. Great KOA for kids. Lots of activities for them. My little dog enjoyed the dog park. Thanks for having 2 available. If we ever drive the I 40 on the way to ND or back home, we will be back !

Surely KOA can afford some gravel in campsites. So dirty, esp with dogs. i was in rv site and imagine tent sites were worse. I will pay more somewhere else to not have to clean up every time I enter motorhome

Everything is so outdated, the picnic tables look 100 years old, the bathrooms need to be updated and everything was closed.

This park is very run down, with sites as close as a parking lot. With the money that is being charged to stay there I do not see any of it going back into the park. Initially upon parking we asked about staying an extra night and they said they were full. That night and next morning we saw plenty of spaces available. Boondocking nearby is a better option.

We reserved with a 36 ft trailer and we're put in a spot for a max of 25 ft. Extremely difficult to get in and out of. The sites are also not level. Very disappointing there was no concern other than collecting more revenue.

Flagstaff KOA has good overall features - Clean restrooms, adequate RV spacing and some activities for the kids.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Flagstaff KOA! The grounds were clean, the staff was amazing, and the bathrooms were clean!

Everything at the campsite was great. The campgrounds were nice as well as the amenities. I would have given 5 stars; however the campsite spaces were very tight and small for our 30' trailer.

It was very good! Facilities were nice and clean. It was quiet by dark. While our children are grown, we enjoyed seeing all the fun the children there were having on the trampoline and playground. Will definitely recommend Flagstaff KOA!

Stayed in a basic tent site. Facilities were clean and adequate. Personnel were helpful and friendly. Disappointed the food service was not operating since it's the middle of the summer. Pleasantly surprised by the affordability of our stay. A comfortable place to stay for the night or weekend.

Very friendly staff. Lots of activities around the campgrounds for the kids. Our camp spot was very shady but very narrow way to close to our neighbor. Great location to many different attractions.

Great old school style camping. Staff was wonderful even when I was losing my cool over a site. Most sites are not level, bathrooms a lil outdated but clean, electric posts a lil outdated, many spots are not really shaded. But again this spot is perfect! They have a homemade lil kiddie train they drive the kids around blowing a lil whistle, they have a few things for kids. Really thank you!!

No AC units in the cabins!!!!! Every other KOA cabin I have stayed in has had AC units. The fact that a unit in AZ didn't is infuriating!!! I stay at these specifically so my dog can be comfortable. It was absurdly uncomfortable the entire time. Cob webs all over the cabin, mold all over the restrooms/showers just to name a few of the MAJOR problems w this facility. Double thumbs down!!

Our site was adjacent to a full time resident whose area was very messy. He was also electrically plugged into my 50 amp plug while also plugged into his adjacent site. I also feel full time residents should be placed in a separate area of the campground, as it detracts from one’s stay.

There were some very loud and disrespectful guests and the staff did nothing to put an end to the blasting music (could hear through entire campground) or the constant unnecessary reving of their car engines

This was one of the best places I've camped at. Plenty to do for the kiddos if you have them. I don't but I'd love to camp here in the snow. The off season is perfect and quiet if you love that.

We went on an RV trip from Denver to Phoenix. We stopped in Flagstaff after the Grand Canyon. We didn't have a reservation but the staff got us in. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and nice. Sara was especially awesome. She got us some fire wood for our grill that was left behind and checked on us later in the night. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this KOA!!! Thank you so much!

This is my first time staying at a KOA campground,price is a little bit higher than others but their service is great. The space is large enough for privacy and personal activity around the trailor.
