We came in late just as a stop over on our way north. It was nice to be able to check in after hours. We found our site on in the dark. The site was not very level, but it was close enough to level it with the tongue jack on our trailer. The campground is very nice and garbage cans are placed about every three campsites for easy disposal of waste. We would definitely stay here again. I’m

Everything was perfectly all right, everyone very friendly. Very little objection: the cover of the electrical outlet was loose all fell down

Need some landscape help there is more weeds than grass, for the amount of money for the premium sites you charge is not acceptable, bbq grill is worthless, the furniture was all over the place, yes place needs work!!!

Seems like the sites have become more dirt than gravel. The rain caused mud. No drainage.

We were told that only deluxe patio spot was available. There were many spots open when we arrived and still open when we left early the next day. This same “claim” seems to be the KOA way of selling the high $ spaces. As to the space we were given, I had to put the rear wheels on 10” blocks to get level and the front of my moto home was 3” off the ground. Won’t be back.

Not up to par for a KOA needs some clean up grounds weeds everywhere new gravel trees trimmed etc. Need to put some money back into grounds!

We arrived after dark around 9pm. Check-in was smooth. Tent site boundary was a little confusing. Campers around us seemed to be respectful of the rules and noise policies. Staff were friendly as were other campers. The only issue we had (which I didn't notice until the morning) was a pile of spilled dry cereal and ants underneath our picnic table. Otherwise great stay!

This review has been removed by KOA due to profanity.

I would recommend it to any traveler coming through flagstaff. Clean, quiet the spots were big. The staff was AWESOME.

Nice place. Unfortunately, the site we had was next to some private property where the dogs barked quite a bit. Not KOA's fault.

Clean , quite and a great location !

Not the worst KOA we’ve ever stayed at, but close. Tight rows and turns. Sites are really close together and not level. One night ok,but not a KOA Holiday. One plus… near Flagstaff.

Overall, it was excellent! I very much enjoyed the setting and orientation of the Wigwam Cabin. Two comments: 1. Perhaps there's a need for an additional restroom. I had to wait multiple times for an additional toilet. 2. The Pine Tree Cafe was not open, though the signage indicated it would be. Not a problem to me personally-I had food-but maybe to others who might have been counting on it.

This is a beautiful campground; however I found It to be a little pricey for what was offered. The campground is set amongst beautiful trees but our sight was so uneven we had a very difficult time leveling off and we actually were unable to level off side to side. The sight was also very tight as a pull through and when leaving we had to back up into another unoccupied site to get out.

Great staff. Our 11 year old grandchild loved being with all the other kids on the “Jump Pillow”.

Not very crowded and meets all our needs!

Lots of sites available but we were put in a no sewer site right on the highway. Horrible huge beetles in the bathroom.

Staff is great. Very helpful during an unexpected medical emergency. They went WAY out of their way to be of assistance. Overall, the campground is in a great location and is very well maintained. Only downside is the small size of the campsites.

It was a great place to stay. We had a basic tent site, but we loved the raised tent base and picnic table and fire pit. Noise from Hwy 89 was a little annoying, but it was a good stay.

It was a nice stay. The only thing is there were yellow jackets bees above the outside porch ceiling.

We had an amazing time staying for 3 nights at KOA flagstaff during our spring break. Place was well organized, staff super friendly and kind and the giant pillow was great!

I always wanted to experience Flagstaff. I booked a one night stay as I was just passing through. This campsite is very nice. There are tons of amenities on site. Having laundry services was a show stopper for me. I camped in a tent site. The ground was graded well and covered with medium sized gravel. Once I put down a 10 mil ground cover I could hardly tell. I picked a spot with electricity by accident but very nice to have if tent camping and you need to recharge devices. There was a bbq grill and a cute picnic table. Usually I like darker campsites for sleeping but I had no trouble in a darker tent. After 10pm, most were getting settled for the night and very courteous. By 11pm there was hardly a sound, just the occasional wind gust and the sound of rustling leaves in the wind. It was lovely.
