The check in was easy and the staff was very helpful. I was able to fill a propane tank also. Nice hiking trails but the WiFi was a little spotty.

Staff was very good. Friendly and seemed to care about their park. Our site was less than ideal - uneven (took 3 set of blocks to get even), table and fire pit were awkward placed and uneven. We just overnighted but they had some trails that looked fun. Highway noise on the upper park was very reasonable.

Nice park. We ordered a "super site," and it was!! For $92 per night you get a concrete pad, fire pit, GREAT Weber grill and propane, tables and chairs!! HIGHLY recommend doing this, especially if you are staying for a week like we did!!! Did NOT use restrooms or laundry. Tight, narrow roads within the park.

This is a great campground in a beautiful forest. There's great trails here that we really enjoyed. This campground would get 5 stars if it wasn't for the highway noise.

Overall, it is one of the best KOAs that we’ve stayed in. Usually stay in trailer, but this time rented a cabin. Many activities for kids with friendly staff. Cabin well supplied and clean. Kids loved the playgrounds and “train”. The cabin overall was great but kitchen exhaust fan broken and bathroom door off track. The downstairs bed was really old, squeaky & very uncomfortable.

One of the better ones due to fact that there iare some trees and shade. I did notice most people including myself had to use leveling blocks, but wasn’t too bad. I would stay again if in the area.

I thought it was overpriced for where I stayed. Particularly with all the junk behind my campsite which really screws up the view. I didn't realize I would be sharing the water and electricity with the campsite next to me. They had it so decorated you couldn't even get to the wate without coming around their stuff. The breakfast place wasn't open.

We have stayed at this KOA several times over the past few years. It’s incredibly clean and the staff is great! The cons are that each site we have stayed in has not been level at all and they are often very close to the neighboring sites. A little more light at night would be helpful too!

Very quiet but tired and dated . Definitely NOT ADA accessible. Office has no ramp, only stairs with poor low railings. Toilet stall narrow and no grab bars, showers the same.

We came in a day early and staff accommodated us to stay on site thankfully. Staff were always pleasant in our interactions. Although, bathrooms are old, they are very clean! For safety purposes I wish there was a coded lock for the bathroom as the one attached to the main office is very close to a major street. Also not used to folks ‘living’ in tents or extremely old campers on site.

Very nice wooded/shaded campground. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Bathrooms were a Lil older but kept clean and showers were hot! All around a very comfortable and nice place to camp.

The staff at the Flagstaff KOA are the best staff I have seen during many KOA stays. I am a travel nurse and so I have had both long term and short term stays at many KOA campgrounds. The staff here have been great!!!

No level campsites in the w/e area. The site I had was dirt not gravel, that was also the case of the dog park.The young people working there never smiled and did the minimum amount of work to make the camper feel welcome. The water spigots were bent to the ground on some sites and the breakers didn’t work properly.

I would give them a 5 but the spots are terribly uneven, especially for the price. Otherwise, the people were nice, dog park was cool!

Our lot was not conducive to sitting outside because it was dusty and uneven. Great location for site seeing, and friendly staff.

Beautiful place to stay in Flagstaff. Sites are a little cramped but we enjoyed our stay. Part of exit road was a little rough. Will stay again when going that way.

We had an amazing time staying for 3 nights at KOA flagstaff during our spring break. Place was well organized, staff super friendly and kind and the giant pillow was great!

I always wanted to experience Flagstaff. I booked a one night stay as I was just passing through. This campsite is very nice. There are tons of amenities on site. Having laundry services was a show stopper for me. I camped in a tent site. The ground was graded well and covered with medium sized gravel. Once I put down a 10 mil ground cover I could hardly tell. I picked a spot with electricity by accident but very nice to have if tent camping and you need to recharge devices. There was a bbq grill and a cute picnic table. Usually I like darker campsites for sleeping but I had no trouble in a darker tent. After 10pm, most were getting settled for the night and very courteous. By 11pm there was hardly a sound, just the occasional wind gust and the sound of rustling leaves in the wind. It was lovely.
