Beautiful and clean camp site. We stayed in the tent area. The only complaint is that it is quite a home to the bathrooms. A portable restroom at the end of the tent area would have been appreciated.

The nicest and prettiest scraped gravel campground I'll probably ever be at, high up in the hills, surrounded by tall timber, with clean bathouse, wifi in a family oriented game room, and a rock-solid deal in a high priced area.

This place is always top notch. Bathrooms are always clean. Great location, and with 10 minutes of downtown and the lake.

I have been camping for many years and this was perhaps the cleanest and best maintained campground I've ever stayed in. The location near Eureka Springs could not be better. The owners are super friendly, helpful, and responsive. For example, lightning struck a tree at about 7pm in campground. It was barely standing. They had it knocked down and cut up within 90 minutes. Very impressive

The staff was so friendly and the location was beautiful! Our tent spot was gorgeous. Some of the cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen at a KOA! Would absolutely recommend!

My girls and I had such a fun stay. There was plenty of shade for our tent, which was a blessing with all the heat. The staff were all very friendly. They had some fun activities for the kids and a 10 ft deep pool. They even had a glow in the dark pool party one of the nights we were there. So much fun. We hope to be back again one day.

Super friendly and helpful staff, great place to stay. Pool , bathroom/shower facilities super clean with hot water and good pressure. We had the best tent site ever! Camp was quiet, clean, easy access and easy to get to. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

This was my second visit to this campground. This was just as pleasant as the first. The staff is excellent and they keep the park very clean.

Excellent, well maintained campground with lots of amenities. Very clean, and the bath/shower facilities are recently updated. Quiet, and located in a beautiful part of Arkansas.

Facilities were very nice. The restrooms were very clean. Didn't use the other facilities as I was out seeing the countryside. The tenting spot was very nice with wood chip base which was very nice.

Very friendly and nice stayed open a little longer for us to get there then helped us get what we needed instead of what i had reserved online ..... the next morning told us a great please to have lunch thx again guys

Very impressed with the whole camping experience! Wonderful campsite and was easy to find. Clean and well kept restrooms and shower. We highly recommend staying at Eureka Springs KOA Journey! If we are ever needing to camp in the area again, we will definitely be back to enjoy this campground!

I left a message letting them know I would be arriving after 10pm and they were very accommodating. I had no problem with checking in. The showers were clean and the water was hot. The game room was nice and clean. We didn't bring wood with us but it was available there and delivered for a small price. Staff was very nice and respectful. I will stay here again.

Everything was great, except for the thicker gentleman that was working. Couldn’t tell if he was rude or if he just has dry humor. Either way it was unwanted.

We were the first ones of the season! We camped in our tent 2 nights. It was perfect & the staff was SO helpful! Nicest campground I have stayed in!

Excellent as always. Even though we were told it was fully booked it was so quiet the whole time. Peaceful and relaxing and nature filled weekend. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Extremely helpful staff, very quiet. Wish there was more grass (alot of gravel) but still very well maintained. Bigger than it looks from the road. Very good amenities. The pool is HUGE.
