The workers were awesome, helpful and friendly. We got tripped up by how small our lot was. We couldn't open our awning or park our truck near our camper due to it being too small. The overflow lot was filled up so had to park out by the road. Smaller campers could fit but we registered for a 30' travel trailer. Camped at KOAs for 35 yrs and this was first time for this. Time to upgrade!

Although the spacing is tight, the staff the amenities to include the pancake, breakfast and karaoke and train rides, and ice cream makes this one of the best KOA’s in the country

Service was great. It would be nice if there was a vegan option for the pancake breakfast but we really enjoyed our stay.

Staff was great, especially, Ruth, who was very friendly & helpful. They are attentive and keep things clean. I couldn’t give a top rating for this elderly KOA because of the way they’ve squished many camp sites in, some are fine. Needs to be a limit to the size of RVs permitted here. One site shouldn’t be forced to accommodate the slide outs of another, etc, especially in the 4 premium loca

There is no room for vehicles at the sites even with only a 23' travel trailer. The secondary overflow parking is just off the main road. Since I had 2 eBikes and a generator in the truck, at 8:30 pm on Tuesday night I asked if I could use one of the five empty spots in front of my site to park for the night. The manager's response was that I could pay extra to rent one of those spots.

Spaces are way too tight. Cannot enjoy campside of RV, it's so tight. Parking can be challenging. Park is clean. Need bigger space in front, as registration process was a mess.

We really enjoyed this park and have already booked again for next year. The staff was particularly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay and really was a major contributor to making it such a great place to vacation.

Very nice location, the RV site and area were clean with lots of amenities. The hosts were always available and checking on campers to see if we needed anything. Very nice

People were very nice. Breakfast was great. Site too small. We couldn’t even put our awning out because it would hit the camper next to us. They need to make sites bigger. Too tight. And as far as koa’s supplies in store….we needed a 30-50 amp adapter and your price was ridiculous. $50! Amazon was under $20. That is a rip off. You shouldn’t rip off your customers.

Well maintained. Staff is super nice & accommodating. Pancake breakfast was great. It is small with very few amenities. Kind of tight & cramped. Too many sites on such a small area. Overall great and would recommend, the tight cramped space is my only complaint.

Nice clean campground in Estes Park. It is quite "tight", meaning if you have a big rig, this is probably not the place for you if you want space. WiFi was not good, but your phone data will work just fine. The only thing I wish they would stop is texting at 7AM about breakfast, Sunday church service, etc. I ended up silencing my phone to not be awakened after a couple of days.

The blonde lady working the counter is extremely rude. The passive aggressive notes that she tapes to car windows is unprofessional. There is plenty of additional parking around the entire place. The parking situation is beyond ridiculous. The cost is outrageous for what you get. Not many amenities and you're on top of each other. The pancake breakfast is a scam too.

Best KOA in the US. We love the staff and the owners. Clean, fun and a fabulous view of the Rockies. We can't say enough about this campground. Highly recommend and is a favorite destination for us every summer. Thanks Greg, Jaime, Lynette and Henry for a fantastic summer.

Thank you for everything! I only wish we could have stayed longer. The friendliness of the place and the professionalism of the staff was absolutely amazing. Also, very kid-friendly. We loved the "train"!

We had a wonderful stay in Estes Park. The campground is conveniently located by the lake and provides easy access to the lake loop and Estes Park. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well maintained. The pancake breakfasts were icing on the cake.

Great friendly staff!!! Great karaoke night and amazing all u can eat pancakes with coffee or juice for $7 adults….then a church service on Sunday morning. Super clean as well.

Friendly staff. Tom was awesome in helping me back into my site. I loved the little extras like a bottle of water to douse the fire and a step stool in the bathroom so littles could wash their hands.

Awesome KOA!!! Love the managers, Henry and Lynette, love the owners, Greg and Perry - and we just love this place! It is so well run, so much to do and the KOA staff takes such good care of the clients. We ARE coming back next year.

We stayed for 3 nights. This was just a mini vacation for us. We visited Rocky Mountain National Park, spent time downtown shopping, and had wonderful food. The KOA is a perfect location for all kinds of family fun. Our last night there a spike bull elk visited our camp site and was 12 feet from our camper steps. Just an awesome KOA and a great place to visit.

Beautiful campground, great views, awesome amenities, the kids especially loved the train and the pancakes. The adults were grateful for the propane fire pit provider for our tree-canopied site so we could still have a nice fire at night. Would definitely stay here again! Really, really enjoyed it. Thank you!

This was a wonderful KOA and I’ve stayed at many. Beautiful area, clean, friendly, and what a great pancake breakfast. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

We stayed at T17. There are horses right next door and when the wind shifts you get blasted with their lovely smell. Other than that camp was clean and staff was friendly. After BLM and primitive National Park camping for 2 days it was nice to have warm showers and electricity. The sites are small and cramped, but it's KOA camping. If you want private there's plenty of wide open space in the National Parks and BLM lands where you can also pack out your poop. Sometimes you trade privacy for flushing toilets and warm showers so don't let the negative reviews on it being cramped sway your decisions. If you're looking for a place to clean up, recharge devices and enjoy a warm shower this place is perfect.

Great place and great people running it. The place is very clean and well maintained . They have everything you need in the Deluxe Cabins with full size fridge and great views out of this world .

The most tightly packed spaces of any KOA site we stayed in. Fantastic wi-fi coverage for a change. The shop is small and does not stay open late. If you're European, it's a nice walk into town along the edge of Estes Lake, where you might encounter an elk or two.
