Love this particular KOA. Always great views and always clean environment. The staff here are always accommodating. Also, the pancake breakfast was amazing. Looking forward to coming back.

We have stayed at many KOAs over the years and are quite familiar with the structure of the types of Kampgrounds. The Estes KOA felt much more like a Journey than a Holiday. The amenities did not match the criteria in our opinion, especially for the price. Sites were jam packed together. Cabin and bathrooms were clean. I would not go out of my way to stay at this KOA again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The view is breathtaking no matter what site you are in. Only down side is the tight camp sites. Would definitely stay here again!!!

The stay was good but we received a phone call asking how many were in our cabin. We were a group of 3 friends staying at 3 different cabins but we were hanging out for breakfast at my cabin.It felt weird to get that call. The staff thought all 11 of us were staying at my cabin when we had booked for 4 . How can 11 people fit in one cabin?

We loved our stay. Staff were extremely friendly. Cabin was clean. Location is excellent. Parking was tight, I had to ask the neighbor to back up their car to fit mine.

Staff was incredible, stay was priceless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone for a stay in Estes Park. Lynette, Martha, and Jeff were the real deal and made the choice even better to stay! Thank you, hope to see you all again soon!

The staff was amazing! The activities were great. The parking was a mess. The spaces were VERY small. Didn’t make for a relaxing time as anticipated.

Amazing views, right across from Estes Lake. Clean and very well maintained place. Our kiddos spent a lot of time outside enjoying the weather and the playground.

This property is very well managed with a long list of positives, however, the futon in our cabin was totally uncomfortable as a sofa; and the bed and pillows left much to be desired. Bringing our own pillows might have helped, but the bed and futon/sofa deprived us of the rest and relaxation we expected with this really nice cabin. With a true sofa and comfortable bed, we would have rated this 5!

We loved the location,views, aesthetic and the helpful and kind staff. We appreciated being able to walk to a shuttle for the park and a Resturant for a nice dinner. Would give 5/5 except for the space. Even though the website says the parks suited to smaller RVs we thought all the sites were pretty tight.

The area was beautiful with the Rocky Mountains in view. The office was very helpful and polite. Unfortunately, the campsites were very small, barely fitting our 20 foot trailer and car in the space. We were not able to put out our awning without hitting our car. Many larger trailers had to park their trucks in a parking spot away from trailer. This impart is due to the terrain of Estes park.

An absolutely fantastic RV site. Well maintained, immaculately clean and a fantastic location. The hosts are super friendly too and really care about your stay and experience. Yes it’s documented by other reviews that tha site is a little tight but it’s absolutely fine so don’t let them put you off staying here. We’ve stayed in a few KOA sites and this for me is the best one.

Everyone is incredibly friendly!!! We loved the location and view from our cabins. I am not sure we would be as pleased if we were tent campers, but the cabin location, cleanliness and amenities available were all top notch! Thanks for a great stay.

My wife and I always enjoy this campground. It’s been 3 years since our last visit and the upgrades/renovations are great! As always very clean and very good people working there!

The campground is close to Rocky Mountain State Park. The biggest issue is the bathrooms here. There were only three next to us and they have showers in them. So every morning and night there is a line of 4-5 people waiting and if you really have to go you could be waiting a very long time. The showers and toilets should be separated!

The cabin I stayed in was very comfortable and I loved seeing the elk across from my cabin. Very relaxing place to be and you can sit in the swing and read a book! The campground is very cleaned and the restrooms were always cleaned. Very friendly staff!

Awesome campground; just 10 min to RMNP hikes to Gem Lake and Twin Owls via Lumpy Ridge.

We had a large family reunion where some had trailers, motor homes and tents. Those who didn't rented the wonderful cabins available. The whole facility was great and were very accommodating to our large group.

Great staff! So friendly and helpful. Clean sites and facilities. Only complaint is how incredibly crowded this campground is! Campers are practically on top of one another.

We love it here. Come every summer This year our cabin was not to our liking and they went out of their way to get us the perfect cabin! Way to go staff!! It’s clean and have fun activities and store is supplied well perfect distance to all areas of Estes Park!! Will return again and again

Excellent campground and very friendly staff. We loved the location and the campground itself. Sites were a little smaller, but that was clearly disclosed on the website. We had plenty of room and loved our site. The grounds and buildings were clean everything was close by. We would definitely stay here again. We really liked the host/manager on the golf cart. He was friendly, funny, and helpful.

Very quaint campground with perfect amenities for advertising. Playground for the kiddos and loved the cabins. Ours had porch, swing, and padded fire area and cozy beds.

A true gem minutes from RMNP. Staff very helpful and friendly. Happy texts for events at the campground plus easy to ask questions this way. Staff helpful with restaurants and attractions. Smaller campground with gravel terrain that is neat and well maintained. Quiet with occasional wildlife sitings nearby.

Our space was very tight, table on back of camper by septic. Should check your space before reserving. Overall very nice and helpful staff. [ most spaces were spacious]. Well kept grounds. Perfect distance to RMNP.

Loved our time at Estes Park KOA. It was by far the cleanest & friendliest KOA that we have stayed at & we have been to quite a few in the past year. Our children & their families also stayed at 2 of the deluxe cabins & you could probably eat off of the floor! They were so happy that they were so clean & quiet! Great time & will definitely be back! Thank you!

What a great KOA, great location and great amenities! Everyone was very nice! Karaoke, ice cream socials, train rides for the kids! The location was perfect and easy to get around Estes Park. If you're going to the area, KOA is the way to go.

We stayed at T17. There are horses right next door and when the wind shifts you get blasted with their lovely smell. Other than that camp was clean and staff was friendly. After BLM and primitive National Park camping for 2 days it was nice to have warm showers and electricity. The sites are small and cramped, but it's KOA camping. If you want private there's plenty of wide open space in the National Parks and BLM lands where you can also pack out your poop. Sometimes you trade privacy for flushing toilets and warm showers so don't let the negative reviews on it being cramped sway your decisions. If you're looking for a place to clean up, recharge devices and enjoy a warm shower this place is perfect.

Great place and great people running it. The place is very clean and well maintained . They have everything you need in the Deluxe Cabins with full size fridge and great views out of this world .

The most tightly packed spaces of any KOA site we stayed in. Fantastic wi-fi coverage for a change. The shop is small and does not stay open late. If you're European, it's a nice walk into town along the edge of Estes Lake, where you might encounter an elk or two.
