We had a nice weekend here. The water pressure was to none, so we asked the young man to turn off the water from filling the pool until we showered. He was kind enough to do so until the campers were done getting ready. The pool was refreshing, and we enjoyed watching the kids play with the water wars. We would stay here again. Our only thought was that they should have more events going on.

Staff was very friendly, always saying hi when they saw you. Laundry and game room were both clean and comfortable. Sites were roomy and level. Lots of things for your kids to enjoy.

Couple purchased campground approximately 4 years ago. Very friendly and super helpful during our stay. Campground is spotless and impeccably kept. They are in the process of several improvements that will be terrific. It's a must stay in our books and we will definitely plan our trip to stop there next time we're headed their way.

The problem wasn't with the KOA itself but rather the owners. From the moment we arrived we were met with an unfriendly vibe and confrontation. The owners have no people skills and talk down to their clients. We were habitually harassed during our stay and scolded like little kids. The campground itself was clean and well manicured. It was solely the authoritarian owners that ruined our weekend.

Owners were very helpful and easy to talk with. The laundry room was nice as was the game room. The site was very long and was level. The location was easy to get in and out of and the types of sites was nice. If we are ever in the area again we will stay here.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Erie KOA. The only downfall were the incredible amount of flies. We could not even eat outside because of them. We ended up buying a fly trap and caught thousands of them!! Pool was small but nice and all the facilities were very well maintained. We will be back.

We came to the area to meet new friends. Campground was well kept. We had some trouble with some noise. Owners were great. Made it right. Great people! We don't stay at KOAs often, as they are quite nice, they have amenities we just don't use. But, this one was very nice.

The camp ground was nice and facilities were clean. What stood out the most was the kindness of the entire staff and them going above and beyond to make sure your stay was pleasant.

This location is perfect for our reason to stay. The staff has been always nice, kind and helpful. The add of the "choose your site" is much appreciated. Very good amenties, super clean facilities and overall, very well maintained.

There is a ton of stuff to do in Erie and staying at this campground was close enough to everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It is sad you go to relax and the owner is screaming at your neighbors for sitting around their own fire . You not allowed to bring wood but you are made to buy the wood from there which cost a small fortune. You were almost afraid to leave your camper in fear that the owners wife would threaten to call the cops on you for doing what your supposed to while camping. Also a extra $35 to park a car

The campground is wonderful. Very clean and well kept. They make sure everyone has what they need and are very accommodating. We will definitely go back!!!

One star is being far too kind, but zero stars isn’t an option. I could literally copy and paste the DAILY reviews from people recounting their terrible experiences with owners Sharon and Jamie. Read the Google reviews that offer much more room to share the horrible experience so many people have had since this website so conveniently limits people’s ability to warn others. DO NOT CAMP HERE!!

Nice clean and warm pool. Kid movies every night in a great pavilion. Game room with a juke box for when it rains. Friendly and responsive owners. Well stocked store. Plenty of gravel at the sites and grass. Lots of shade spots for smaller campers and tents. Private bathrooms in the woods. Water wars where the jumping pillow used to be, Wish they could find a new spot for the jumpers.

We had a beautiful and very clean campsite. We also enjoyed the friendly atmosphere with the KOA employees. The only thing we would have liked to be different would have been a bigger pool and more chairs at the pool otherwise our stay was amazing. We are going to return next year for sure!!!

This place is just not worth it. The owners are extremely rude and instigate fights. They way they talk to you is completely unprofessional and just down right mean. Did not enjoy our stay here and will not be back.

The owners were aggressive and rude. For a place that should've been packed for a holiday weekend they weren't, and after dealing with the owners it was easy to see why. We were all anxiously walking around on eggshells to avoid the wrath of Sharon. She turns into a monster at night seeking out prey. We will never return.

First time staying at a KOA. Really enjoyed it! Beautiful property. Owners were very nice to talk with. My sons enjoyed fishing in the pond, swimming in the pool, and the old-school arcade. I was glad for the laundry facilities. The owners put a lot of heart and soul into this place.

Campground is nice and many improvements are being made. I believe it was the owners came to my site at 11.30pm and claimed we were being to loud . We had no radio on and were within 5 feet of each other just talking. They were extremely rude about it saying “you should say your sorry and go in your camper like the people around you “. Kept threatening to kick us out in the morning.

The Owners were extremely rude to our group. They would drive around after 11 and instigate campers who were quietly enjoying themselves. Instead of enjoying ourselves camping, were on eggshells the entire time. The amenities were nice, but it wasn't worth the hassle of dealing with such difficult people.

The campground itself and the facilities are actually very nice. But the rules are enforced to the letter at all times and that made it feel at times like a prison camp. Owners stalked campers at night to enforce "quiet time" which should be called "curfew". Friends were verbally accosted in front of their children. Very uncomfortable. Won't be back. It is a shame.

The staff was rude and ignorant. The quiet time was unreal. You could not stay up. They wanted you to go to bed before 11. They wanted you to go to bed. And I would never do it again never never. I would never do it again, nesir.

Very nice park. Clean and well kept. New owners of three years are doing renovations and additions to the park and they will be nice when complete. Owners Sharon and Jamie are great! Follow the rules about no outside firewood and stay off the new grass and you will be good. Lol... common sense and being respectful.

Sharon, the owner, and her husband made the entire weekend stay so miserable with constant monitoring and insignificant grievances that we felt like we were being watched. Ten minutes after arrival my 13 year old daughter got in trouble for being in the water wars section, being told she can’t be there without an adult when I was standing right there with my dog on a leash! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Great staff. Good sites.. once the new site improvements are completed it will be wonderful. Only suggestions would be a paved area for younger kids to ride bikes that have difficulty with stone, and a bigger off leash dog area.

Grounds were clean, pool maintained and refreshing, laundry facilities adequate… perhaps understaffed as none of our attempts at phoning were successful.

We've been going here for years and it's always very well kept and always enjoy our stays there. We had a newer patio site, which was very clean and quiet. Looks like they are updating many of the sites there with more gravel and landscaping. We all went fishing in the pond and we all caught bass, bluegill, catfish and saw some big turtles, as well. Definitely recommend this KOA, thank you!

The park is located 12 minutes from Lake Erie. The camp ground is especially beautiful with a nice heated pool. The owners and staff are very friendly

The owners are extremely rude. After witnessing Sharon and her husband verbally attack several other campers, my family was left on edge worrying that we could be next! While we understand the are rules to be enforced it appeared the owners were looking to fight with and belittle anyone who made a mistake. They would approach campers yelling at them, instead of calmly addressing the issues.

The female owner is a wacko. She yelled at us for having 7 people, not caring we paid for 7 people. Tried to kick us out after our did barked at her after she stepped on our lot and aggressively approached us. Lied to everyone saying we could not burn our own wood as there was a county wide ban on outside wood. Went to two local campgrounds and they told us that was false.

We just spent one night at this quaint KOA. It's our last overnight stop on our way back to Canada from FL. This KOA is a bit smaller than others but we love the quietness of it. There are plenty of things to do while staying there. Great place for families. There are several sites and a whole upgraded section of sites which I believe were 30 Amp. We required a long site for our 45' Motorcoach and the site we were given was amply long enough to keep our tow vehicle attached which is a huge bonus if you're just staying overnight. Unfortunately we had a bit of trouble making the turn into our spot and damaged the grass a little in the process, but Jerry (the Manager) was stellar at making sure all was well. Thankyou Jerry. Have a great season.

We had the best experience at this KOA. We were actually upgraded as there had been so much rain- they wanted us to have a dry spot. It was quiet- well kept and in a great location. Host was very friendly. We will come back!

First off, this campground was opened early for the Total Eclipse event. We were handed a thoughtful gift bag of eclipse related items. The grounds are beautiful and clean. We were in space #27, a graveled area fitting our 35-foot fifth wheel truck, Our campsite was surrounded by families with pets who were all so friendly. A huge "THANK YOU" to the owners and staff for making our camping experience amazing!! The hard work put into making sure us campers had what we needed was much appreciated.
