We love the Emmett KOA we try to make it at least a couple times every summer.. the staff is great, lots of activities for the kids , bathrooms are always clean..

If we would have left after Friday night I would likely have given a 5 out of 5. Saturday night however, was no different than my experience at any other state park. Loud fighting drunks, the pungent stench of marijuana, and obnoxious teens screaming obscenities in the shower house while trying to wind down for the night. I suggest some calm/fare/firm security with immediate expulsion authorities.

Our family has been going here for many years and we continue to enjoy our stay every year. Our deluxe camping lodge was well maintained and the large bed was comfortable. We would appreciate more than 2 coffee cups in a lodge that sleeps 6, a brush to clean the grill, better wifi and a tv in the bedroom. None of these items were critical though. We enjoyed the beach and crafts.

We love it at Emmett KOA..its a nice campground well maintained and lots of fun activities for the kids. Really wish you would revert back to being able to book your site again for the next year when we are there , but overall we will be back

Clean and well laid out. Only complaint would be the booking process. We made a reservation 10 months in advance for a particular site so we could be near our friends. Campground moved our reservation to another site without any sort of notification.

We had a wonderful stay. We get together with several families for camping that weekend. Unfortunately we’ll have to look somewhere else for next year. September 11th will not work for us to be online to try to reserve our sights since several of us already have a Disney trip planned and we will be at a park on that day so unfortunately we are looking for another location.

I am really impressed with all of the changes that the current owners are making! The parking lot looks great and the walking path is way more useable with the bushes removed. We were hit with huge storms while there, and the staff came out immediately to assess any damage and remove fallen branches. Keep up the good work!

We stayed for christmas in july it was awesome other than the torrential rain on Friday, They cleaned up quickly and kept everything running smoothly. Fishing was fun and floating at the beach was refreshing. Lots are spacious, lots of trees and shade.

Way too many weird strict rules. Making everyone wear wrist bands like it’s some amusement park is crazy. The workers however did an excellent job clearing out the water after we got a ton of rain. And the pizza was very good also.

The smallest premium site I have ever had with KOA. My awnings were almost hanging off the site into the road. A 42' fifth wheel doesn't fit into a 45x15 site very well, yet alone a tow vehicle and a dog leash area. Traffic was light and the construction on the Interstate was minimal, so I arrived early, and was greeted with an early check in fee of $15.

Our camp site did not have any grass or gravel so, when it rained , our campground was in the mud. Very unpleasant. The piknik table was covered with mold and moss . We could not use the table, because of that and were surounded by mud. They need to level the lots and add gravel.

Emmett KOA is one of our favorite campgrounds. The staff is competent, friendly and professional. In recent years many improvements were made to the campground to make a good campground even better. We love bringing our grandchildren to play at this campground. They thoroughly enjoy the lake, the beach, the jumping pillow and the playground. The new parking lot is well done and much needed.

I feel the amount paid for cabin, you should not charge a fee for amount of people staying in the cabin. I also don’t feel it is right to charge for a second vehicle that you can’t even keep at the deluxe cabin.

Thank you for your feedback, we hope you were able to enjoy your camping trip with us. Our cabin rates are based on 2 adults and 2-4 kids depending on the cabin sleeping arrangements. All campsites include 1 vehicle to reduce traffic and help support a safe environment for children.

Highly recommended to families! We loved staying here. The kids had so many things to do and the staff was friendly and attentive. Not overly packed and the fireworks were amazing :)

The staff was more concerned about raking the leaves and needles than cleaning the laundromat (which was very dirty). There were only 2 bathroom/shower buildings for the entire camp. Those unfortunate souls who were camped at the far end of the pond had a long walk to the toilet. The handicapped toilet/shower was not pointed out to me. Nor was it indicated on the map.

The only reason I give it three stars is for the train. Its something that can’t be corrected, but it is quite annoying to have the train horn blaring in the middle of the night when sleeping. Outside of that, our stay was great, even in the rain. The restrooms and showers were very clean, the staff was friendly, and the tent site we were on (R04) was very large. We had a excellent time.

For sites with electric and water bring a very long hose. You will need it as taps are in awkward places. Quite noisy for a KOA.

Always a great time. Lots to do with the kids. All activities were clearly communicated. Only thing that could be changed its please please please lower the sewer connections at the full hookup sites. They sit quite high even when using a hose bridge. Site 4 sits super high, making it hard to empty tanks.

A major flaw this KOA has is the entrance gate. After shopping for some frozen items we returned to be stuck at the gate while it melted, the dump station is located right in front of this gate and you can't get by when it's being used. A solution is to move the gates west about a hundred feet or so, and switch the entrance to the north side and let the exit side be on the side of the dump station

We've been staying at the Emmett KOA for the better part of 22 years. The sites we currently use used to be the group campsite that we stayed with when our kids were in school and came with many many friends. Now we go with my husband and I on one campsite and my daughter's family on another in that same area which are now individual sites. We love that they have added the bathrooms in that area

It was wonderful! Staff was attentive, friendly and helpful. The activities were so fun for the family! We especially enjoyed the fireworks show. We were very impressed!

Fabulous 4 th of July weekend, despite the rain !! Staff could not be friendlier !! Activities were great and the swimming lake was a blast ! Texting reminders are such a great idea !! We are booked for Labor Day and hoping for Halloween !!
