Staff was all friendly. Rented a premium sight. Patio had many weeds growing in it. Grass area was dead brown. BBQ was dirty on outside and inside. Table was dirty and required major cleaning to use. Cig butts on ground in site. Not what I expected when paying the premium price. Park was generally clean and picked up. Hope they pay better attention to these sites. Garbage pickup was nice

Very friendly and helpful staff, very good services, clean facilities. Nice park. Too much early morning noise from I-90 on ramp in sites close to Highway..

I would recommend not going too this Joe. I made reservations for the free weekend, charged me full amount for the reservation ,said they would refund the one nite on arrival, when I arrived said they were not honoring the free nite. Told me first nite full amount and 2nd nite $20.00 , received my recite and it was full amount. Then I warned to exchange my rewards and at first did not want to,

KOA rewards member weekend is for participating campgrounds only. Our campground only had a certain number of spots that were reserved for the free member night weekend and when you made your reservation you were told that the free member weekend spots were not available for your stay.

The campground has a lot of traffic noise because of the freeway. In our site the grass had not been watered so it was brown and dusty. The facilities are kept clean.

Very friendly, quiet place. Even though this place is right off I-90 it’s pretty quiet. We had a good 2 night stay. Pull through spot was nice with full hookups. We all enjoyed the swimming pool and the kids played at the nice kept park. Bike riding was had and games were played as we had s’mores and sat by a campfire!

Given site 70. We were sandwiched between a metal barn and chain link fence with green slats separating us from the adjacent site. The pull through site had width enough for my camper, picnic bench and 5 ft to spare. All gravel as well. Site clearly appeared to be an after thought. Remains sites had grass, room to roam and meet your neighbors. $100 wasted.

Staff were amazing, site was not worth the $. We stayed while moving our kid to CWU, but if we had stayed for fun, I’d have been very upset with the site. Not wide enough for our slide and awning to be open, stairs opened almost into the fire pit, barely enough room to walk around the RV, no grass, mostly dirt. Others looked great, ours had a view of a garage and freeway, but staff was very nice

Managers and staff not what I would call helpful. Water was off and on for almost 3 days. No notification at all by park management or staff. While we were there we had our awning out, a gust of wind came up and ripped our awning down. A staff worker was riding by at that time and didn't even stop to help .My husband is elderly. Thank goodness another camper came to help us. The staff sucks!

Thank you for your feedback. Our water was off for 6 hours one day to repair a broken line. Since we could not predict a broken water line we gave our guests as much notice as possible. Due to liability reasons camp staff is not allowed to touch guests homes or other personal property.

Highly over priced. They rip off people. $85 next year. Bullshit. It will be our last visit. We went from there to another KOA for $40. We come for Rodeo 30 years now and this is robbery. Monday came to camp after Rodeo and had such low water pressure, couldn't take showers. We are self contained, but days before we left, our well pump died, no water at home. So couldn't fill it up

When we checked in the water was off, After we got setup did we discover the water issue. I go to the office and the mgr said it should be fixed soon. After talking with other campers did we find out this has been an issue for a couple of days. We asked the office if they would supply bottled water and they pointed to the water for sale. Very poor customer service thru out this situation.

The water was off for 1 day in order to fix a broken water line. Our maintenance staff worked on the issue without turning off the water for as long as possible in order to cause as little disruption to our guests as possible but the water did have to be turned off to complete repairs.

This place really needs care of campsites. We had no telephone reception n very little internet service plus their water line got busted n we had many hours without water .

I always enjoy staying at the koa everyone is friendly and the facilities and campground are always taken care of and kept clean. It's in a convenient area away from noise but close enough to gas stations, stores and restaurants

Every time we sat down to eat we would fight wasps off for 20+ minutes. We had to spend $70+ on traps & spray because they didn’t have anything. They gave us 10% off, $20. There were kids unattended at the pool & put all sorts of nasty stuff in it, bathrooms were gross, sites all had dead grass, & barely any room for tents, no activities, store was barely stocked & overpriced. Highway noise AWFU

Thank you for your feedback. Our ground crew sprays regularly for wasps and bees and sets out traps. Being an outdoor setting it is inevitable that there will be some outdoor pests. Children under the age of 13 are not allowed in the pool without an adult. The store is as fully stocked as can be.

I've stayed at many KOA campgrounds in many states, as I am a motorcycle enthusiast and enjoy traveling. Your facility was nice, but the price to pitch a tent was twice what other KOAs charge. I was saddened when your agent told me your rate was $60 for a tent site. That is outrageously high. However, I was very tired and beat from traveling all day on the motorcycle, so I bit the bullet.

The site was very close to the highway, so noisy. Plenty of vacant sites were available, but most of the campers were allotted spots around us.

Unfortunately while we wish we could do something about the highway noise we cannot. The site type you were in is very popular compared to others. Let us know if you stay again that you would like more privacy and we can do our best to accommodate that.

One of the worse KOA ‘s in the country.poor service, Wi-fi never worked, 30 amp was totally unreliable, facility was dirty and grass needed water. Would not recommend…….side of the road would be a better choice.

During summer weekends our campgrounds is usually fully booked. High levels of usage can can create slower internet speeds. We water as frequently as possible and have to find times to water that are convenient for our guest during these high volume time periods. Thank you for your feedback

We were only there overnight two nights while traveling back and forth from Seattle. Bathroom were decent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Site was lovely. Pool looked clean, but it was chilly and night time, so we did not go in. Store had a fee essentials. Would have liked to see more options if we had been camping.

Everything was great. Employees were very friendly and helpful. The wind was just brutal as usual in Ellensburg.

We ended up staying an extra night because the kids had so much fun. My kids are 5&6 and there was plenty to keep them busy for three days. It's clean and well taken care of. Location right on the river so quite scenic. There is mild highway noise. If I had one recommendation, I'd have another bathroom area. But the showers are hot and clean. We'll definitely be returning.

Camped for 3 nights to float the Yakima river. This is a beautiful park with lots of amenities. The staff are very customer service oriented. The park is well kept. The outdoor pool was very clean. Close proximity to a variety of restaurants, wineries and shopping. We'll be back next year.

$90/night for pull-thru, 50amp and full hookup. Dead grass, burnt table, fire pit full of ashes, bits of trash (bottle and can caps, candy wrappers, cigarette butts, etc) in site. I have paid $90 for a deluxe patio site at other KOAs. The washing machines were absolutely disgusting with dog hair, rocks, sand, dead grass. The office clerk didnt seem very conc bout the washing machines.

Staff was very friendly. For some reason we were put on the RV side, as tent campers. So grateful for this. The tent side seemed very neglected and almost like the overflow area for storage. Women’s bathrooms ran low on soap and needed paper towels And the counters could’ve been cleaned off more regularly from all the dead bugs. Website advertised free firewood- falsely. Not worth $70 a night

First time at this location. We have gone to several KOA’s all over and this one is at the very bottom of our list. Pros- location. Cons - they don’t allow outside firewood, store closes early,can’t guarantee a spot, requested near river didn’t get it, those spots sat empty our entire trip, no activities, mosquitoes and flies were the worse I’ve ever seen! Put us in a site with a dirty bar b que, weeds growing everywhere, brown grass. The next day the power was off. Knowing the power was going to be shut off, they could have given us a space that wasn’t affected by the construction. Plenty of empty sites. We like KOA, but this one is far below your standards. We left a day early and moved to Cascade Locks KOA.

A good place to stop in. The laundry did not have a coin machine and it was a bit expensive for a campsite. $71. But that's kind of what you get with a KOA, and this specific campground probably doesn't have much control over that. They had a very clear area to register for the night if you came in after hours, which we did.
