Staff was very helpful and friendly. Park is handy to I-90 and Shipshewana. Park needs some lipstick.

Have stayed there plenty of times over the years and it is the best campground in the area. Always clean and safe.

The campsite was nice but the water was horrible. It was rusty and had a bad taste.

Descent stop for visiting Shipshewana, a little traffic noise in the morning , but bearable

We pulled in late but we called ahead to let them know and our paperwork and lot# was left in a registration box for us upon our arrival. Map was well marked for us on how to get to our spot. Water is well water so make sure to bring bottled water. Even though we didn’t use any of the facilities, we enjoyed our stay and will consider staying here again. Shipshewana is only a 15 minutes away.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful campground, and we couldn't be more thrilled with our experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Our pull thru site was spacious and clean. The dog park was nice sized. Great activities for kids. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

The campground is very nice, but the Staff is absolutely phenomenal.

Very runned down. Everytime I walked the grounds to the office I would see either or both the men whom check you in, on their phones. They were friendly but I didn’t see much work being done. Paint chipping everywhere and generally old fixtures and finishes in common areas.

The staff are amazing. They make your stay feel so welcoming. I love staying at this campgrounds

The roads are tight getting in and out. Streets are marked strange as we turned one street too soon and had to go around.

Very clean and well kept. I highly recommend the hiking trails in the back of the camp, they were a nice place to roam. The bathrooms were clean and warm. The men’s shower had a cloth shower curtain and a vinyl one may be better (just my opinion). The hookups worked great and everyone was friendly. The other campers were quiet and courteous. Overall I would recommend this camp.

Nice park. Suited our needs very well. We arrived late and everything was waiting for us at the gate. Perfect!

We were there late in the season so there weren't many campers (a bonus). The bathrooms were clean & updated and the showers were hot. The service was friendly too. After staying at the Coloma KOA, which is the creme de la creme, it's hard not to compare to that beautiful campground. Even so, there's nothing wrong with Middlebury KOA.

The campground is getting run down looking, especially at the entrance. We stayed after the pool and other amenities are closed and they still get top $$$.

This KOA was a great place to stay while visiting the RV manufacturers, the RV Hall of Fame and Museum, Shipshewana, and other nearby locations. The concrete patio site was a treat during the rain. The camper who failed to clean up after their dog was not a pleasant experience. Campers, please pick up after your dogs. It's your responsibility, not ours.

Two nights nice and quiet clean showers and rest rooms , would stay again

For a Holiday property it was trashy and unkempt. First impression on driving in was poor, very trashy. Our site number 28 had at least 10 piles of dog poop that had been smashed into the grass , we’re tried but we’re unable to clean up all of them. Sites are on a side hill no leave a lot to be desired when it comes to being level. Streets are narrow for big rigs but passable.

Great location! Just off thruway! Restrooms were clean! Grounds are also well kept!! Like being able to have pull thru sites!

Our one night stay ws very comfortable and convenient to I-80. The bathrooms were clean and accessible. Nature trails around the campground were nice for short hikes. Would stay here again.

Other than all the rain, it was very nice.

Great park in a great location to do RV factory tours. The park sits at a busy intersection that can be noisy at times.

This KOA campground in Indiana was a lovely surprise on what could have otherwise been a disappointing spring break. After our initial plans to head south and Camp with another family were cancelled due to severe thunderstorms, we looked into what else was open for camping closer to the great lakes area, and found this campground. A couple calls later and we were all set and arrived and I have a hard time putting into words how wonderful the staff is. They're genuinely friendly and very helpful! Fortunately the campground was nearly empty and we were able to get two nice sites together so we could be next to our camping friends and we all had a great time. While tent camping would probably be OK too, our small travel trailer was perfect. There were some HUGE travel trailers there, quite possibly the biggest I've seen. But there are a lot of pull-through sites to accommode that and all the sites have a mostly-level drive. There are cabins too but we didn't look into the details of those. The kids enjoyed riding bikes up and down the camp road, and there was a little pond which offered license-free catch-and-release fishing. I was not prepared for this (and even more surprised when my son said he wanted to put down his electronics and go fishing with his friends!) so I had to drive a few miles into town and buy a rod and hooks and worms at a local sports shop. My son even caught his first fish! And our friends daughter stayed occupied catching garter snakes. Not that I'm a huge outdoorsman, but it was a very nice parent moment to see all the kids off their electronics participating in nature. There's restaurants and a great donut shop nearby and lots of horse and buggy traffic from the local Amish population. This was nice as it gave us a chance not to gawk, but rather to discuss with our children about different lifestyle choices and possible rewards/challenges associated with that, and hopefully instilled some acceptance of other people's choices. There are a couple nice hiking trails on the campground as well. They're perfect for just taking a stroll through the woods with one little hill to contend with, and a little minigolf course for the kiddos to play on a bit. There is also a fenced in dog run for Fido to do his business off-leash, just please pick up after your pet. I cleaned a lot of old dog-logs just so I/my dog didn't step in it, and was rather irritated that dog owners wouldnt have done that themselves. I imagine in high summer when the campground is packed, it might not be as ideal for a quiet camping trip, but that also opens up more chance for social interaction and those quirky little temporary camp friendships that kids are so adept at creating, so I bet it'd still be fun, just in a different way. Overall I recommend this KOA (more than any other KOA or certain picnic basket stealing bear campgrounds I've been to in the past!), and will likely return, even if theres no other cancelation to drive the necessity. It was just a good time.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful campground, and couldn't be more thrilled with our experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. One of the highlights of our trip was the spacious dog park. It was great to find a campground that truly values its four-legged guests. For families with children, this campground is an absolute dream. The variety of activities available can keep kids entertained for hours. The campground was well-maintained, our pull thru site was level and clean. Overall, our experience at this campground exceeded our expectations. A huge thank you to the staff for their hospitality and for providing such a fantastic environment for families and pets alike!
