The sites are so small they say 45 ft but your parking your camper 3ft of nose and tail in the road. There isn’t enough room to pull out or hookup until people across from you leave. If all KOAs where like this one we would demand our money back on our KOA card. Also the manager was talking bad to us about previous guests. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL on her part. We will NEVER STAY there again!!!

Great and friendly people running it. No cable, no wifi, most of laundry machines broken, and only one dumpster up front. $20 fine for using the trash bins by the site. Full price for not many amenities. Okay for over night stop.

Outstanding customer service with help on late check out. It's never a problem making changes with this crew. Might consider backing off on dog restrictions. Dosen't seem to have been thought out completly.

We got everything unloaded and hooked up, but turned out the electrical box was not working. Sounded like it was frying and it immediately shut off our AC units. No apology but they did move us to a different site. Funny thing is they put someone else in that same site 1 hour later knowing the electrical box was not operational. Next issue was laundry. 50% of the machines were out of order.

No signage coming through town after grocery shopping, we had to drive miles out of town on the interstate to find a turn around and drive miles back to take a service road. Very unkept, weeds everywhere. We arrived at 7:10 pm after a long, hot drive all day with no air conditioning only to find the pool was closed, no hot water at bathroom sinks, mini golf unkempt and pitiful. Never again.

This is one the highest price KOAs we have visited and we were very disappointed. The main issues were 1) the trash bins at all sites (and at the end of rows) were LOCKED and we had to use dumpsters that were less convenient, 2) despite being a "dog friendly" campground all dogs were relegated to the tiny K9 Camp area, and c) we were told we may have to unhook our tow vehicle to fit into our spot.

Nice place but could be greatly improved with better trash disposal. Dumpster overflowing with trash on the ground, yet trash cans at each site are unusable??!! That plan needs correction!

Paid almost 85$ for 1 nigjt stay and 50 Amp electric service did not work properly. Breakers kept shutting off. Trash dumpsters were overflowing. No partial refund for proper electric not working was offered. Will never pay that much for bad service again. Never staying at that location again ever.

The staff is incredilbly rude. My 7 year old went to use the bathroom at 10:40am, the sign said closed between 11-1 for cleaning. The lady cleaning the bathroom yelled at my 7 year old to get out, then proceeded to comment to another employee "That little jerk came in while I was cleaning" not realizing my wife was close by. We wont be back.

Rough roads into and on the property. Short uneven sites. Weeds. No WI-FI. Trash containers on sites were locked with a threat to fine if used. Trash container at the exit was overflowing. Not well maintained.

Disappointed no cable. We had a tree come down in the storm on July 3 rd hit my truck door. No one was even around to check on storm damage the next day

Dirt area at my site with other sites had grass. The site is over priced at $90 a night. I felt it should be valued at $60

I know there isn’t much around this location and it does offer a place to stay on your way to other locations but things could be cleaned up a little around the sites. People in the office were very accommodating and the restrooms were very clean!

First, the hookups were really difficult since they were so close to the ground. The site itself was wide enough to park the car next to the RV. Wifi was very good. Lastly, the site itself was leaning to the driver's side which made it difficult to get the RV level. All said I would stay here again if in the area.

We were just traveling through. Check in was slow. Front desk didn't have paperwork ready and talked too much. Older property, could use some updating. Site was not level. But satisfactory for 1 night lay-over.

Best Employees,owner and guest, respectful, peaceful, quiet,and beautiful place and location very clean,and the service is unbelievable Jeff is on it no matter what time of day or night it is..His the best his employees Dana and the girls are very helpful and friendly and not forgetting beautiful in and out....on the lowest temperatures we had frozen pipes, truck and ect and Jeff was here after hours to take us to town bringing us cases of water,propane always willing to help in any wa!!!
