Very dated and rundown, the dryer panel fell off and injured my wife! And rusty outdated machine put rust spots on clothing...would recommend to anyone..

This is a very well run KOA. Restroom facilities excellent. Far enough off road/hwy that it is quiet at night. This KOA does have an extended stay section but it is very separate from campers - nice.

The offer of free WiFi is a joke.. the only place it worked was in the office. A total disappointment! J Nelson

I had to have my pare ts call for reservation, Tiffany was very helpful to them and to me when I arrived. She gave me a key fob with member number and was very helpful. The park was beautiful and we'll kept.

Nice clean park with easy interstate access but no interstate noise. We accidentally parked in the wrong spot and instead of having us move they rearranged on their computer.

Very friendly staff. However the door to the women’s restroom would not shut, no reason to have a restroom code when you can’t shut the door; made my husband stand outside so I could shower.

None of the outside stores were open .we tried to stay an extra night and said they were no able to stay on the sights we had mite be able to get another sight but no one let us know,

It’s one that is just ok, needs maintenance and tender loving care. Over all clean. Poor tasting water, good water pressure. It’s just a gravel lot with sites.

We've stayed here several times, & every time is a challenge. The sites are gravel, & we always have to use levelers to get level side-to-side. We've stayed at several other locations that have concrete pads & charge $35/night. For $83/night, this is not worth it. Camping options seem to be rather limited in this part of Wyoming, but we will find something better & probably less expensive.

No wi-fi, weeds and goatheads have taken over. It has gone downhill since ownship change. Will be looking for another came ground.

The girls in the office and managers were great. They were very helpful and accommodating. That being said this park needs A LOT of work. My site was so unlevel I had to find a 4x6 landscape timber to pull the left side of my camper on so I would be close enough for the leveling system. No pool or cable and Wifi was weak at best. Way overpriced! This is a $40-50 per night park. Not $80+.

Not very busy. Not many trees. Pool was closed when online it said it would be open. My kids loved the small playground.

The campground was not clean compared to other KOA experiences. Additionally, there was no Wi-Fi and when we shared that with the front desk they said it was because they had a number of monthly residents and they had the same complaint. However, if you advertise WiFi and charge $87 a night, this is not okay. Lastly, the laundry facilities were lacking. Not the same experience as other KOAs.

Took 3 sites before we found a level one.. very pricey for location & amenities. Staff was excellent and friendly and did their best to find us a level Site (we don’t have levelers on our MH)

We came to do some shopping. When making the reservation I asked about stores and was assured the town had what we needed it wasn't true. We also needed to do laundry and the washer and dryers are in very poor shape they need to be replaced. The staff was very nice.

As with other KOAs we found it too expensive but our options were limited. No other issues.

Great KOA, staff was great and helpful, we are very happy with our stay, they had plenty of room for our RV, the campground was clean and quiet

Best Employees,owner and guest, respectful, peaceful, quiet,and beautiful place and location very clean,and the service is unbelievable Jeff is on it no matter what time of day or night it is..His the best his employees Dana and the girls are very helpful and friendly and not forgetting beautiful in and out....on the lowest temperatures we had frozen pipes, truck and ect and Jeff was here after hours to take us to town bringing us cases of water,propane always willing to help in any wa!!! We recommend KOA 1000% HOPEFULLY WE CÀN BE HERE FOREVER ❤️❤️ WE TRULY APPRECIATE YOU'LL 🥰 Douglas KOA
