This was our first stay at Douglas and we found it very relaxing and enjoyable. The whole staff were very helpful and pleasant. We hope to spend more time on our next stop there.

The location isn’t as pretty as some of the KOAs we have stayed but the cleanliness of the cabin, bathrooms and pool were excellent. Probably the cleanest around. The staff was super friendly as well. Thank you

A fullye quipped campground and ell served. Wi Fi (after a talk with manager) needs work . Sometimes it was excellent and prompt.Other times it was a struggle (Mornings was best before everyone was up!)

The people who work at this KOA made our stay for 5 days very comfortable. They were all so nice and helpful. The only thing I wish was different is that the pool would stay open a little later. And it would be nice if there was maybe an hour set aside for adults only. The kids at the pool were so rowdy it was hard to enjoy time there.

The kids are nice at the office, however the trash bins at the sites were overflowing with trash, looked like it had been there awhile.

Nice Campground with pull through for big rigs pulling toads. They have an outdoor cooking area with grill, sink, refrigerator, fireplace and chairs. It is very quiet.

Great campground, clean campsites. All the hookups were in great shape and easy to use. The pick-nick table is getting a little weathered but still usable. All the staff was very professional and friendly. I received nightly texts about the events offered. The only upsetting thing is the Wi-Fi is not strong enough to satisfy your users needs. It was that way 10 years ago, it hasn’t changed

If you're going to close the bathrooms at 10 AM, this needs to be clearly stated for tenters when they check in. I attempted to use the toilet at 10 AM, an hour before check-out time and was not allowed to do so, only to brush my teeth, by a male KOA staff person. This caused a lot of intestinal pain at the time, I ended up relieving myself behind a tree. A modern KOA campground can do better.

Very friendly and helpful lady checking us in. I had mistakenly reserved our stay for the wrong day but she quickly corrected it and got us settled.

The stay was good. I wish the internet password would have worked and the cable TV would have worked, but we got past that. The only other annoyance is the layout of the facility: rather than the RV/trailer sites being on an angle from the driveway, the sites are perpendicular making it difficult to get properly situated. I had difficulty and watched all of the others later have the same issue.

What a cute Kampground! Checkin was super easy and quick. The kabin was adorable and super clean. AC was running when we got in so that the room was on its way to being cool. And there was a little basket with snacks and water and water flavor packs. Just lovely!!

It's a older campground but very clean and the best shower ever. Pool looked awesome but couldn't use because of storms in the area

The cabin was clean & cozy. They had all the amenities that i was looking for. The staff were fabulous, friendly and very helpful. I hope to go back again someday.

No YFI working ! Tractor equipment left in open sight next to us with employees out working at 5:30 am. Quit time is 7:00am till 10: am.

The campground is extremely well maintained and all the staff were friendly and eager to help with whatever we needed. The monthly rates are very reasonable and the campsites are generously sized. The camp store and laundromat were clean and convenient. If we are ever in Douglas again, this is the only campground we would stay at. 10/10 Thank you Douglas KOA for a great stay!

Nice campground. Wish pool and mini golf would stay open until dark, which is around 9:30pm in July. We came for the pool, but it was closed.

Just stayed one night passing through and glad we did, very rough looking grounds for a KOA and even higher priced than other KOA’s with nicer settings. I thought KOA prided themselves a little better than this.

Most koas I’ve been to are just people crammed together. It didn’t feel that way here. Also, most dog runs are very small and this one had one that was sufficiently large to exercise my dog.

Very nice and clean. Friendly staff willing to help when needed. We weren’t able to check out the pool because there was a lightning storm in the area. Staff made sure we were kept updated.

After a long day of travel, it was vetry nice to see the friendly staff at the Douglas KOA. The sites were unique as all had there own trash can and every aisle was wide enough to access our site with our 5th wheel trailer. We definitely have this KOA saved for a teturn trip!

Facility is beautifully kept. Showers and laundry are great. Mini golf was a lot of fun. Pool was refreshing. Would definitely stay again.

Very accommodating, friendly & helpful. Level site pull Thru, no need to unhook. Enjoyed the shower, clean & not as cramped as my RV. Will use again when passing thru.

Best Employees,owner and guest, respectful, peaceful, quiet,and beautiful place and location very clean,and the service is unbelievable Jeff is on it no matter what time of day or night it is..His the best his employees Dana and the girls are very helpful and friendly and not forgetting beautiful in and out....on the lowest temperatures we had frozen pipes, truck and ect and Jeff was here after hours to take us to town bringing us cases of water,propane always willing to help in any wa!!! We recommend KOA 1000% HOPEFULLY WE CÀN BE HERE FOREVER ❤️❤️ WE TRULY APPRECIATE YOU'LL 🥰 Douglas KOA
