Beautiful location, friendly staff. Just wish there were more than 2 bathroom stalls for the entire campground and the staff didn’t clean those two stalls at 8/9am busiest times. Maybe wait until 11? Also lots of unfinished projects. No dog park/no pool/ no bathrooms in certain locations and no br in main building. Locked. Maybe do one project at a time?

Mowing in the back tent area was going on all day long, 2 days straight. Toilet was backed up for 2 days. Heavy construction going on in the laye afternoon wasn't a great sound either. Felt like once we got back from our hiking we couldn't relax and listen to the birds. Ladies at the front registration desk were amazing and friendly. Can't beat the views and stars.

This KOA is located just outside the park entrance. It is a great location. Other than that, the campground is mostly dirt. When it rains, it gets very muddy. Pool was not open, putt-putt was being worked on.

Friendly people. Perfect location for hiking Devils Tower. I wish they kept their printed information up-to-date. The website says that there is a dog run, but when we got there, it was under construction. This should be noted on the website. Our confirmation email said that there was a countywide campfire ban due to drought. This was not true, and I only learned it was not true by asking.

Was excellent customer service! we showed up with a miss communication on our reservation and they worked so hard to get us spot and they were able to get it done and right beside our other family! Highly recommend!

We would not have booked this campground if we known the pool was closed. An employee told me it’s been closed for a few years. This campground should not be allowed to have a pool listed as an amenity. I requested a discount at check in but none was granted.

Great place. You couldn’t ask for better facilities and surroundings. The view of Devils Tower was spectacular and the fireworks on the Fourth were amazing!!!

First, the Park was in excellent shape. We could tell an investment was made for improvements and that was appreciated. The ONLY downside was a topic I did address with the golf carted "escorts" bringing in new campers. My own experience and upon observation with others is the exceeded the 5 MPH limit without exception. Thereby nearly all campers followed their example during our entire visit.

I am a local, every year I go to watch the foreworks at the tower. I have company and we get together 1x yr just for this! Iwent to great lengths to reserve a spot in thefront facing fireworks. At check in a few hrs before the show, they told us they changed it. We are older couples, and were put behind the playground with our view of giant trees instead of fireworks! refund my $!

Campground and staff were great especially Pat and his helper in maintenance. Our site server rd our needs but was disappointed that we were not placed in a better site for the length of time we were there. 4th of July activities were awesome especially the fireworks show.

Got double booked into a tent site with another camper who was very rude and aggressive. They left us alone after I refused to relocate but it really soured my experience. Neither the person at the kiosk nor the person who led us to the site noticed the overlap.

Only negative was the slightly muddy site - perhaps more gravel could be brought in to keep us all out of the mud when it rains.

This had to be the best campground (and KOA) stay ever. You were greeted, escorted to your campsite. The store and cafe was great, could use a few more things since there was nothing for miles. Very touristy and camp alittle tight. People were great and service awesome. Great view. The firework display awesome bonus. Awesome experience. THANK YOU

Normally I check places before staying, but last minute plans changed, I called and got a spot. Our reservation experience was great. The stay was not. My husband is disabled and experienced micro aggressions from staff as his disabilities aren’t easily noticeable. Our experience there swung from positive to extremely negative. A camper across from us told us most KOAs are more friendly.

We camped here in our 5th wheel. Site was clean and level. Ou view of the Tower from our window was a WOW moment. Check in was quick, everyone friendly and courteous . We especialy liked watching the movie with the tower in view. Would definitely recommend staying here. Quick access to the entrance of Devils Tower.

Best camp store. Fantastic location. We walked to Devil's Tower!!! The cowboy bar/restaurant right down the road run by the ranch is a great, too. Facilities (laundry, showers etc) were very clean and the service was excellent. All the people who worked there were super friendly and helpful. Could use more shade on our side of the campground. Otherwise, we have no complaints.

No reservation, walk in on July 4th weekend and got a space! Very helpful and friendly staff. Lots of rain and the park remained very comfortable. Recommend this campground highly.

We checked in at the store and were given directions to our campsite. A man in a golf cart followed us to our campsite and was visibly angry with us for not stopping to check in at some other check point. We didn't see another check-in point and we were not told to check in at another place by the employee in the store. It was very awkward. Spaces were too close together and power was weak.

We only stayed for one night due to us PCSing... we didn't make a reservation, so that wa since they had an opening for us as we called like an hour before arriving. The reason I only give 4 stars is that it is summertime and their pool wasn't in operation and no word was said. My kids, of course, have been disappointed cause they were looking forward to the pool being open.

We love it there! All of the hospitality is amazing and everything is clean. Andrea was so nice! We loved the tent/hammock site, and the view is breathtaking. We have been there before and we will definitely be back.

We had a rude encounter with the lady running the cafe. We were told we could not eat inside with our service animal so we went out to deck and waited more than 30 minutes only to go in and find our food cold sitting on counter. We were not allowed to use the condiments on the table and had to even go back to get utensils to eat the cold food. This needs to be addressed. Thank you!

Nothing to complain about. Clean, well cared for campground with a great views of the Devil’s tower. Good food in a nice little restaurant with very friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Nice place. Visited Devils Tower and surounding towns. Disappointed the pool wasn't functional. Would have liked to the wagon ride around the ranch but weather didn't cooperate. Staff was very welcoming and friendly.

My husband and I were delivering freight nearby. I will confess I actually had no idea we were so close to Devils Tower. I'm always moved by our spectacular surroundings and just how special this great nation of ours truly is!!!

Great place to camp if you want to be close to the Devils Tower. We drove in when it was dark and reserved a front spot. The view we had the next morning was stunning! The bathrooms were super clean and the dining area had some delicious choices for breakfast.
