Convenient access to highway. Staff very nice. Pancake breakfast was nice. Restrooms and showers clean. My kids liked the small playground. We were “off season” but our kids still had fun riding bikes and playing on the playground. Wished I would have realized only certain campsites had fire pits. Now I know for next time. Very happy with my stay.

Overnight stay as we were traveling west - friendly, helpful staff. Site’s extremely tight, picnic table at site but not enough room to enjoy. However, we strolled through park and enjoyed sitting under pavilion and getting fresh air after the days drive. Pizza on site was good’

Lovely people working there. They were very nice and helpful. Bathrooms were clean and nice. Spaces for camping are too close together. Heard noise from the highway all night long unfortunately.

Very convenient stop right off of I70. Sites are all gravel, no grass. Small dog park. Very friendly helpful staff.

Very convenient off the highway but the highway noise was loud when outside. We stayed here twice and would stay here again when traveling through the Denver area. Thank you for having us.

Saddened. The electric at our campsite is wired backwards, risking electric issues; the pet/dog walk area was poor and had sharp stickers that ended up in paws. Not a value that equaled the price. ON GOOD note, the staff was wonderful on the phone to make the reservation on short notice. Our Thanks to her!

On arrival 2 men in golf carts met us outside with our map and led us to our site. We never entered the office. The park was full. Our site was fairly level and roomy enough. The trash bins were overflowing. The grounds needed some attention. There is a huge pothole on the exit side of the road right in front of the office and dump station. There was no way to avoid it.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Thank you for the notes. The trash service comes Monday, Wednesday and Friday. They do get full over the weekend. There is a speed bump on the North side of our building to keep most guest from going more than 5 miles per hour through the park. Thank you for staying with us.

The grounds are very neat and well kept. The employees are very friendly and happy to help. I feel pricing was very reasonable. This was my 2nd time staying here and it definitely won’t be my last.

The personnel were very nice and very helpful. The parking areas could’ve been a little wider. But overall it was a wonderful place to stay. The showers were nice. Water was hot and clean.

Great staff, great location. Easy access to Anschutz cancer center. Was hoping to stay for the winter, but they are already booked full. The owner called me back and recommended a couple other rv parks. I’ve stayed there several times recently and it’s always just a great place to stay with a helpful staff.

Friendly staff but park is dated and way to close to freeway. Unable to sleep even with ear plugs. Great restaurant across the road.

We have read reviews that give this campground a low rating and I don’t know why. Is it next to I70? Yes, however, it actually didn’t bother us at all. In fact, we couldn’t even hear the traffic during the night while we slept. The facilities are well kept and very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

One of the best (except for the road noise, which they have no control over) that we have stayed at. The staff and especially the owner were great. Make sure you stay on the weekend and have some pancakes !

We stayed for the summer due to a medical situation. Scott and his team are always friendly, helpful, and made the stay very pleasant. They called us when we had packages, and checked in to see if we needed anything. They are always making improvements to the campground and it is spotless. Highly recommend this campground!

Nice park helpful workers. Quite along the back row away from the road noise (it wasn’t bad) clean everything works. Several long term campers looked like maybe construction workers. Would stay again 41ft 5th wheel

This is a well maintained campground with fairly clean amenities but very close to I-70. Good pull thrus for larger rigs and readily accessible off the interstate. My only cautionary warning is if you have a pop-up camper or primitive tent camping intentions, bring your ear plugs because the interstate is quite loud.

Very easy to get into, even with big rigs. Staff was really nice. It's right off I70 but I didn't notice the hwy noise.

Great RV park! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rented a deluxe cabin and it was wonderful. We will stay again!
