Great Cass made the welcome the best of any places that I have ever stayed. MENY THANKS TO CASS, we will see you again

Cass was a great hostess and helpful in many ways.

The lady in the office is beyond awesome making sure our water was turned off the night so it wouldn't freeze. However, I don't like to see very run-down permanent type campers in a prominent position. I also don't appreciate pay ing $74.90/2 night stay in a park with W/E/S/wifi only...If we had children I'd be upset since there is no playground or pool. Poor appearance for prime price.

If the weather had been more cooperative, our stay would have been great. As it was, with temperatures getting below freezing at night, full hookups become questionable. The park is a little on the primitive side (time of year) but the host makes up for any shortcomings. Great location.

Area was a little scary, but the park itself was very nice. A river, trees, and grass made the stay very nice. I appreciated the grass for the dogs and since there were very few sites taken, the person in charge let me take the leash off and let my dogs get a much needed romp in the grass. Thank you. We traveled late in the year and many things were closed. I really appreciated this site.

We hadn't stayed here in 30 years and chanced to make an overnight break in a longer journey on this occasion. The setting by the river, the intimate small town were just as we remembered it, including the helpful greeting by the lady host and 9 week old pup! Enjoyed it very much.

Cass was a wonderful host. She is the reason I rated our stay so high. We felt very wecome and she even gave us a personal handwritten thank you note. She also fsve us alot of info for our stay. We never had anyone do that before. She also makes a mean waffle and rhubarb pie! We were located close to the main street so everything was handy. We enjoyed our stay.

Clean, pleasant, easy set up and take down, convenient to the highway, with thoughtful, intelligent staff. What more could one ask for? I stayed once on the way to my destination, and once on the way back. I will be back next year!

Great staff. Very friendly, informative and helpful. The pull thru slots could be wider, we would probably choose a back-in site next time.

Cass was fantastic with my kids and her new puppy was a huge hit as well. She made a great breakfast Sunday morning. The Clark Fork river was 6 feet from our site and we got to see trout feeding in the morning. Great place to spend a night or two while traveling through Montana. Visit all the museums while you're there.

Great little KOA park. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very hot when we were there. A few tree for shade would be nice. If in the area we will stay there again.

Very personable owner. We got in late but she had a note on the door telling us where to park. Some barking dog problems across the road from the KOA but they quieted them down later. Cass made us feel very welcome and (sidenote here) she makes the best pies!

I called to make reservation, and was treated with respect and kindness..I could even feel 'a smile' over the phone. When entering the office, my greeting was warm and inviting...This campground was the reason I will stay with KOA...with so many campgounds to choose from, what stands out...Friendly and warm human contact...LOved Deer Lodge..

We were very disappointed in the condition of the campground i.e very dry , no pool,no doggy bags the wi-fi was only good if you were very near the building. We found that the charge of over $30 was to high especially when we stayed in Miles City the next night for less. This is not a campground we ever want to go back to
