Friendly and helpful staff! Clean showers and restrooms. Staff provided recommendations for car rental, which allowed us to rent a keep and tour the area. Good food too at the cafe.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our pull though spot was with full hook-ups and we did not encounter a problem with any of them. The only issue we had was with the levelness of the spot. We had to drive our class C on top of ramps so our front tires would not be off the ground. The campground was within driving distance of many of the sites we wanted to visit.

Friendly staff. Helpful with information. The smokey skies muted the scenic views, but we still enjoyed the scenery and attractions. Breakfast was great!

This is a beautiful large, kid and pet friendly property. VERY clean with great staff. Close to town and Monuments. Has a nice on-site seasonal cafe. Will definitely recommend to fellow campers. Thank you for your hospitality! Debbie and Larry Denver, Co

Very friendly management and staff. The sites are large and widely spaced apart. There are many choices from tent sites, RV, and also cabins. The bathrooms were very clean.

The laundry and showers were very nice and the camp store offered some items but not much for groceries. The sites are very close together and the campground was very bright all night due to the lights at every site. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I would recommend this campground.

We had a beautiful, large, shaded camping area which was close to the very clean restrooms! It fit us perfectly. The staff was warm and welcoming as we got settled. We had a pizza at the KOA restaurant, The Buffalo Cafe, and ate breakfast there too. Again, food was fine and staff was so nice. Showers and bathrooms were spotless!! We will return. Thank you.

We have been staying at KOA campgrounds over the last two weeks and this is by far the BEST!! Shower house is like new and very clean and spacious. (we have a shower in our trailer but these were to nice to pass up!). Maintenance staff were very friendly as they went around the campground checking on things. Will be back if we are in the area again! Thanks!

This was by far our favorite KOA of our summer vacation. Clean, friendly, easy access, plenty of room for big rig, truck, and bike, close to the major national parks. We came to ride during Sturgis Week. We will be back.

We loved the location of this KOA compared to another one we found in the bigger city because it was more of our preferred camping setting with tall pines and more space for the trailer campsites! Also everyone we encountered working the grounds was super nice, attentive and helpful with our requests. The jump pad for the kids and tether ball were a big hit too with our family Would stay again!

It was a good stay. However we were in a tent and there were mostly RVs there and very few tents. The road traffic was also loud. Showers were great.

Had a great stay. Campground hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Clean restrooms and showers. You are in the Black Hills so the terrain is hilly. Took a bit to get level but the site was good. Big rigs can navigate the campground but some corners are tight.

This KOA was the best KOA we've ever stayed in. What made the difference for us was the staff. They went out of their way to provide the best customer service we've experienced at any campground in our travels. The icing on the cake for us was when the gentleman delivered our firewood to us in his pajamas. Having said that, it wasn't for the wonderful attire, it was that he did this with a smile even though we had not arrived back to the campground until well after the office was closed and it was already dark. This KOA is beautiful and has all the amenities that a traveller could ask for. It is located within a half hour drive of so many of the attractions in the area. We'll be back and we're hoping to have the same gracious and friendly staff to greet us again.

Our 2nd time camping here! Loved it 2 years ago & just as much this time! We splurged for a patio site this time & it did not disappoint. Nice, comfortable sites, clean restrooms & laundry area, well-kept grounds, super friendly & helpful staff (Special thanks to John & Janny, who were amazing!). Beautiful location & positioned perfectly to easily explore so much of what the Black Hills has to offer. Nice to be able to come back to your campsite after a fun day of exploration & be able to relax comfortably outside with a nice fire (some of the KOAs where we stayed on this trip, simply did not have enough room between sites to do that comfortably). We certainly hope to return...love this area & this KOA is one of favorite campgrounds in the US!
