Nice site. Nice staff. Horrible bathrooms. I waited till I packed up and went to a gas station. Having said that… that may be the fault of some long term campers, as there was a need for a “please don’t spit on the floor” sign on all the toilet stalls.

I've stayed at this location more then a few times and it's always perfect. The office staff is amazing and helpful super friendly. The maintenance guy is on top of any issues and if something goes wrong he's on it. I will definitely be back.

Really enjoyed our stay!! Our tent campsite was phenomenal tucked right in the trees and the showers were nice. The people working there were very friendly. There were things to keep the kids occupied. And not far from jedediah state park where u could drive through the Redwoods!! Definitely worth staying at!

The bathrooms are plugged for 2 days in a row. They only cleaned the bathrooms once a week. The bathroom was nasty and they stank. Not only that we didn't even get warm shower. The shower water was ice cold. We were there a week my son paid for the first few days and we paid the last two. Not happy at all.

We loved this camp ground and all it has to offer, but sleeping in the redwoods was amazing . We were given a huge privet spot , and great memories.

The campground is in a beautiful location and the store and showers are nice to have available. However, it was frustrating that there was no running water in our tent site and that it was such a long trek to get to the bathrooms and the closest water.

Amazing!! Thank you for the stay. Trees everywhere and spaced out grounds so no tripping over the neighboring camp.

Honestly, it was just okay. -Staff was friendly, location felt safe, and I loved the self-guided local tour info that was available. -Wifi did not reach my tent site. That was a big inconvenience as I work on the road from my vehicle; I wouldnt have booked if I knew this. -Shower water would randomly get freezing cold or scorching hot.

The mens shower in the back by the tents was never cleaned. It was a mess and unacceptable. The cleaning crew cleaned the womens more than once. Fortunately the one in the front by the trailers was very cleaned and I was able to use this one. Someone must have been cutting corners

We got there after the office closed, and they left a map out for us with our name on it. It was super clear where we should go! The bathrooms were clean and easy to find, there were great facilities (dog park, playground and laundry!). We couldn't use them because we were in a hurry to get on the road but we hope to use them next time we come!

Amazing campsite! I have already recommended it to my friends and family. Quiet and private. Out of town, but close to EVERYTHING! Great base camp for my little surf trip. Well kept, clean and most importantly, DOG FRIENDLY! If you're looking for great wifi, this is not the place, but you can get wifi if you are near the camp office/store. I will definitely be back!

We tent camped for one night and enjoyed every minute. We were sad we couldn't stay longer! I would highly recommend this to friends traveling in the area. The only bummer was getting lost on the way to the site inside the park -- twice. But eventually we found our way. We loved it!

This koa is beautiful! The staff was very nice and helpful. Clean area. Comfortable spot just a little bit out of town so we could enjoy that camping feeling and also go to the beach as well. I can't wait to book our next trip here!!

We stayed in a tent inside the redwood forest. It was amazing!! We don't like to tent but we gave it a try and with all the amenities the campground provides it did not really feel like camping. The staff is friendly and helpful even bringing ice and firewood to our site. I highly recommend this campground. Next time in Crescent City we will be staying here. :-)

Wonderful campground and facilities. One drawback is that our tent site was on grass that had many bumps unsuitable for tent placement. We solved this by moving our tent and picnic table out into the open grass near the playground, where the ground was more level.

we love it and have a blast at the KOA. The only thing that I recommend is that you work on the bathroom cleaning. The towels and shower curtains should be changed every day. The bathroom in the tent caping area is used so much that it should be cleaned every day. it was not and that's the only complaint that I have. We do plan to return next year. We loved it there.

We were assigned a really poor small site in a bramble patch with literally no tent pad- I turned my car sideways in the entrance and we put our small backpacker tent on the vehicle parking spot. We stayed in a tent site and were very happy! Our site was huge and set right in the Redwood forest. Our kids were happy climbing and exploring all of the giant tree stumps and hollowed out trees. It was nice that Jedediah Smith Redwoods park was so close. We would definitely recommend this campground!

Such a great place. Clean and well stocked in amenities. Was pleasantly surprised to see that ice and firewood were cheaper than in town. So close to places I wanted to visit. Camping spot was huge. Next time I come I know what spots to ask for. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I could tell they honestly wanted the Kampers to have a good time.

The staff of this KOA went above and beyond, especially Amanda and Derek. The morning we headed out on the road we ran into vehicle issues and did not know what to do. Deciding to head back to the KOA while we waited for our truck to be worked on at the shop, we were graciously accommodated. Thank you so much for the great experience! -Mishka & Nate

Really great KOA, cabins are in the midst of Redwoods. Clean campground overall. Office hours are not that great, 10-3 only.

I love all the great staff that work there, they have a few young helpers that bring you wood or whatever else you need. Debbie is great in office and well Steve the main mantance man is amazing. Keep up good work
