Arrived late, check in was easy, but the arrival shed could have used a little more light inside(too dim to see arrival board). Morning reveille thanks to the neighbor was special...but otherwise it was quiet and relaxing.

Someone was in our assigned spot and we were uncomfortable knowing how to handle it. There was no one in the office, nor were there instructions for how to deal with this. The store was closed and the sign said it would still be open, as did the web site. We were counting on that. We called the number, left a message about the other campers taking our spot, and no one returned our call.

Tents sites were nice enough with picnic tables and clean bathrooms. The website is very outdated and does not have current info. Office was closed when we arrived at 6pm (we didn't realize winter hours are 10-4 and begin right after Labor Day, not on website). Also NO BREAKFAST as specified on the website. We tried calling before arriving to confirm breakfast but never got a call back.

Wonderful hosts, great location, clean bathrooms, other nice amenities (pool, free waffles, loaded gift shop/store, movie nights). I've stayed in other KOA's and have never been impressed. We chose this one on short notice because we were exhausted and didn't want to stay in another crummy motel. It's not fancy but its just right, and the price is incredible. Slow down and see Arco! So worth it!

It was fantastic. Nice staff, clean restrooms, the pool and the propane service. We totally enjoyed our stay.

No potable water, lady at front desk was not friendly at all. Other staff was fine. Barking dogs. Facilities were run down.

Amazing people! They helped us so so much with our broken car and all the trouble. We had an amazing stay and we were welcome from the minute we walked in. Kind regards from the Dutch people with the broken car�

This is a good little Campground with great perks. The waffles every morning are an awesome touch. The staff was all great - Caleb, Molly and Shon were wonderful.

This day at the campground itself was pretty good. I was concerned about some of the neighbors around the campground. They seemed a little weird. As far as the campground itself the only problem is I had were at night time when it was completely dark at the office and by the bathrooms. No lights on at all. Overall it was good. We pre booked and paid for a site with hook ups so we could charge everything, but when we got there, we didn’t have any.

The staff were courteous and helpful, and the bathrooms and showers and laundry room were clean and recently painted. But the grounds are not kept up - the grass is not watered and and brown, and half the trees are dead/dying back. The supposed camp K9 is a patch of brown dirt and weeds inside a yellow picket fence. It's quite small and not at all attractive. This camp needs some investment.

Tent site was grassy and level. Staff was friendly and efficient. Even loaned us an adapter for the electric! Free waffles for breakfast was a pleasant surprise. It was great that you could order something for dinner…. and they delivered it to your campsite!!

This is a nice little place with a lot to offer for such a small campgound. We didn't get to do much in the campgound because it was just an overnight stop off so we left before the store opened or breakfast was served. Our small tent site was at the end of a loop with no driveway. We were instructed not to park on the grass but there was no other place to park except in the loop itself.

There was a lot promised that didn't happen - the pool was not heated and the chemicals were not what they needed to be, the water was very cloudy. The playground mentioned was just a few small things for the kids to play on and there was mention of a float in the parade (even in the email we got at checkin) that didn't happen. Management was great but not the other staff.

We have stayed at a lot of KOA ( Holidays, Resorts & Journey’s) so we knew wha to expect with this reservation. Our original plan was for only one night but due to unforeseen circumstances we had to extend the reservation an extra day. After checking we went to our site. Pros: big site. Cons: bird poop covered the picnic table, tree limbs littered the spot and was infested with ants. Left early.

Wanted to stay one night. Arrived on a windy day. Very windy and exposed as a tent camper. Bathrooms clean and staff was great. Very interactive and sociable with the campers. Walking around cleaning up the grounds. Campsites could use a wind block and a few more trees. No recreation room on site. Wifi was great. Pool stayed busy. They offer an ice cream social. Has potential to be great.

Pro: the staff was very kind Cons: The spray painted and abandoned trailer, scarecrow holding the automatic weapon, and rattlesnake conservation area sharing a fence with the campsite was disturbing and unsafe. There was a large uncovered metal pipe in a different site that I was worried about my children falling into. Green pool with low water. Ended up finding different place to stay w/o refund

Staff was SUPER nice and helpful. Sites had flat grass, shade trees, electric and water. Well kept pool, VERY hot during the day. Bathrooms were SUPER clean with roomy shower stalls. Small convience store on site with just about eveything you need, prices were VERY reasonable. Free waffles/coffee in the am and cute ice cream social in pm. Pickles down the street has great food!

I had reserved a tent site with electric and water. That type of site didn't seam to exist. I was instead given a site that had electric hookup for a camper but no 120 volt outlets (which is what I assume everyone ebooking a tent site with electric is looking for). I wasn't able to use the electricity I needed for my cooler.

The showers need some attention. The water kept going from hot to cold in the middle of a shower. The location is nice and the employees or very sweet

Super helpful and friendly staff. Had waffles in the morning and ice cream socials in the evening. The electric tent sites had 30 amp hookups, but thankfully they had a 120 converter. Pool was in working order, had nice showers, and covered patio area. Bonus: If you’re near the field to the left there are prairie dogs.

Very nice campsite and helpful staff! Laundry facility was nice, but the outdoor sink area could be nicer. No place to set clean dishes and the faucet was really to large for the sink.

Nice large site I was given but not the type I had reserved and paid for so on checking in I was charged an additional $14.48 . Staff working the counter was on her second day and said that is what their system showed. I showed her my email confirmation for the $20 basic no frills site but no luck. Another staff member, Kaleb, told me he would see what he could do, he was not on duty next day.

We wished that the toddlers on motorcycles would have been discouraged from riding through the campground. It would also be wonderful if RVs and campers were encouraged to turn off their lights at night.

This was a great place to stay if you are visiting Crsters if the Moon and the Arco area. The campground is in a great location. The campsite was very nice. The pool was great after a day of hiking. They had waffles in the morning which were amazing and the ice cream social hour was a fun treat. My family had a great time at this KOA and we would definitely come again.

Loved renting the banana bikes and riding around the campground! Friendly staff who clearly cared about the campers and even though they weren't officially opened took care of us all. Only thing I wish was that our tent site had electricity available.

Very kind gentleman opened cabin for me and turned on heat. Cabin was clean and well lit. Very nice experience, even if loop road was closed

I stayed in a cabin Mid June and it was exactly what I needed. I wasn't expecting to see the Tetons from the cabin but I was pleasantly surprised when I could. Highly recommend this KOA. Staff was exceptional. Cafe food was also great.
