Pool was not available. Lots of torn up dirt and grass areas. Electric power kept tripping out. Some people left early and one told me their surge protector was blown up due to power problems. WIFI very poor. Great waffles and the ice cream each night was a plus. Great buy at $1 per scoop.

We really enjoyed the campground. When we were getting ready to leave, we had issues with our travel trailer. The camp host and another camper helped us get things fixed so we could make it home. Everyone was so helpful.

Everything was just great, except we wanted to watch the Olympics and the cable was down. Yes, we would definitely stay here again if in the area.

This was our second stay in Arco, and both have been wonderful. The property is well maintained and clean, and the staff is super helpful and friendly. The real star of the show is the night sky in Arco: You can see every star, and a gorgeous arm of the milky way. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Pool was empty. Requested 50 Amp site got 30 instead. The campground is run down and used up. Needs to be refurbished.

Facility was okay. We booked for the pool and wasn't told it was unavailable. Our site had a huge dip and water stood at our camper door. Stay was okay

Their description says trees many sites did not have a tree on quite a few sites. . Once their electrically repairs are done it should bea nice place to stay. Their Belgium waffle in the morning was yummy. Staff was very friendly.

We were so excited to come visit. However, excitement soon turned into disappointment when we learned all of the amenities we were looking forward to we’re not working or closed. The pool is closed, sounds like from other reviews it has been closed for a while and didn’t seem like it was going to get fixed anytime soon. Cable was out. Cafe was closed. Wifi didn’t work.

This is a great little campground. Easiest KOA we’ve stayed at to get in and out with a big rig. Friendly staff, free waffles and coffee in the morning was very nice, ice cream social in the evening was fun. Our only disappointment was that the pool was closed for renovations. Great base location for Craters of the Moon, Atomic Museum (currently closed due to COVID, so check before you go).

They were having some electrical issues and the pool was down. We were there paying for pool and wifi as a break from boondocking. The wifi didn’t work on any of our devices, so we paid an insane amount of money for a piece of grass to park on and a light. Was refunded for second night and left, but the one night should have been discounted as well since all promised “amenities” weren’t av

Nice people, the waffles in the morning are great. The free dump and easy in and out were great. The WIFI is terrible. The pool was closed. That’s the reason I booked this RV park was so my kids could swim. It was a big deal for us. It would be good to update your website if the pool is closed.

This campground does not not live up to what I thought was KOA standards. This is an old campground that needs a lot of work. The pool was closed for electrical work. The workers cut the cable wires while working on the pool, but no one bothered to try to fix it. This place would be ok for an overnight stay. They do not provide what is advertised. We were charged more than $50 a night.

This was a very pleasant place to stay while exploring the unique history of the vicinity. The ice cream in the evening was a great way to raise money for cancer camp. Also, they were very informative of things to do and see. But when they discovered we’d left our laptop behind they promptly called us, then mailed it to our daughter’s house! These guys are great.

Great staff, very friendly! The park itself could use a little refinement. Campsites need a little releveling or maybe should be paved. Also there really needs to be more trees planted for shade in this hot area. Otherwise the park is nice and if I was in the area again I would likely stay there.

The day prior to our stay we were notified that our site had no power. They could not relocate us. When we got there we found that the pool was also not open and it was very hot there. That night we found that they do not ask guests to turn off their generators, try sleeping with that. Sites are not well kept and unlevel, could use some grading. Staff was nice though!

We enjoyed our stay and the surrounding area. The pool was closed due to electrical problem which ultimately didn’t affect us but did for others. The ice cream social was good. Overall enjoyed the small town feel.

We arrived a day after the state cut power to part of the KOA for aperantly unsafe electrical installation. The park only has trees in the front spots. No shade in the back. The "playground" was tiny step 2 plastic thing and a small dome. Gravel roads and very small rv spots. Some of the staff were nice and others rude. I would only stay here if no other choice in a pinch for 1 night. Wont be back

We had a friendly reception from Todd. He gave us a quick overview of the facilities and features of this far flung campground. The ice cream scoops in the warm evening under the large cover with plenty of chairs was a great treat. It was nice to know the proceeds would be helping kids in need. The store offered postcards to my add to my collection. All in all a nice clean and friendly facility.

Great campground. Grass large grassy sites were a big plus. The outdoor common area where social events where held is something every KOA needs. Really added to the experience. Plan to stay here when passing through again.

Planned this stay to meet up with family from the West as we came from the East. My husband and I had an ok spot with at least some shade. My brother's family got stuck on the opposite side of the campground in direct sun, no shade, electric only for our 4 nights. We all did a lot of walking back and forth as overnighters came and went beside us which could have gone to my brother. No more.

The electrical system doesn't work and was shut down by the state of Idaho while we were there in 90 degree heat. We were not given a refund after the owner said he would refund. Had a dog been in an RV with no power in the heat, it could have died. Horrible way to run a business and terrible customer service. Reflects very badly on koa. This park should be shut down.

I filled out the area for a special request. When I called to make sure everything was ok, she hadn’t even seen my request. If you’re going to have a place where people can make requests, etc, why don’t they get read?!!!

Staff are friendly, efficient and address any concerns quickly. The grounds are maintained well. Good access to Craters of the Moon. Biggest negative is the Dog Park, it’s abysmal, a joke, sucks!

Very kind gentleman opened cabin for me and turned on heat. Cabin was clean and well lit. Very nice experience, even if loop road was closed

I stayed in a cabin Mid June and it was exactly what I needed. I wasn't expecting to see the Tetons from the cabin but I was pleasantly surprised when I could. Highly recommend this KOA. Staff was exceptional. Cafe food was also great.

This is one of our favorite places to stay on our Montana summer trips. Our site was level and everything worked. The staff is friendly and Jasmine is awesome. Our latest stay was perfect
