Very nice park. Exceptional people. Waffles mornings and ice cream in the afternoon. Huckleberry flavor was the favorite. We have already told several folks to visit as soon as they can. Beautiful BIG country.

The people were very nice but the campground is very old and narrow sites. I was disappointed that a campground with the KOA name was so bad. We wouldn't have picked it if it wasn't a KOA.

Lovely campground that goes out of its way to establish a sense of community. Free waffles in the morning and an ice cream social at 6pm. Campgrounds that provide a chance for campers to meet and share stories are special, and this is one that does it well.

Great grass, trees, and atmosphere. Pool is small - but it was clean. Restrooms and showers were adequate and were clean. We loved the free waffles every morning and the dollar per scoop ice cream at the ice cream social each night. The staff (employees) were happy and friendly. One of our favorite KOA experiences! We would come back in a heart beat!

The women in the office were very friendly and helpful. Ice cream every evening. Located next to sewage treatment plant. Annoying bright lights at night. Outside areas pretty bleak.

All of the staff were very friendly, and Judy was particularly helpful. When we made the res online the header said 50 amp but the description said 30 amp. I didn't notice until I received the confirmation, so I called immediately and Judy fixed it so we would have 50amp. She was so friendly at check in and throughout our stay. Thank you.

Craters of the Moon/Arco KOA was a very pleasant place to park our RV. Very quiet. The ice cream social was a nice touch. I didn’t make it to the waffles in the mornings.

The facility was clean, quiet, and peaceful. The heated pool was a popular place. We loved the small town feel, and the view and history of the “Hill”.

Friendly staff, clean, quiet, well-maintained campground. Spot B9 had ample space between sites, picnic table, firepit with small grill grate, mature trees. Pool looked nice but simple, weather didn't permit use. The kids loved the waffles each morning. Arco is a simple town, but plenty to experience nearby with the COTM NM and the nuclear plant. Neighbors NE of KOA seemed interesting.

immaculately clean bathhouse, nice level gravel site, well-stocked camp store. They even have a little snack shack, which we didn't try, but it smelled enticing (burgers, fried fish and shrimp, pizza). Lots of birds to enjoy, town of Arco has an interesting place in history of nuclear power with the coning tower of a submarine on display.

Disappointed the E/W sites did not have cable as the othe FHU sites did. The pool had just been filled, so not available. Waffles were good!

Welcoming staff and very clean facilities. The waffles each morning were a great touch! We appreciated not having to make breakfast so we could get our day started earlier. Our dogs appreciated the K-9 club which gave them a place to exercise and socialize. We also participated in the ice cream social and were surprised at all the great ice cream flavors. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

We had a late arrival about 9:30pm, they have a late arrival shed, but I did not see out spot assignment. Ended having to move the next day. Not their fault I just did not see the information.

Very very windy. Really far off the beaten path. Campground dated. Has cafe, 12.49 for them to cook a dijorno pizza. Thought it was going to be homemade. Staff very friendly.

KOA campgrounds are the constant in any vacation! You always know the campground will be clean and the people that work there friendly and always helpful! Thank you to the wonderful folks who made all those waffles for us!

We had a really good time at this KOA Campground! The site we've got was nice, we used the laundry (wich was perfect and very clean), the Staff was really supporting and helpful. A big "THANKS" goes to Lyle, the "Mc Gyver" and employee of the Campground. We had a problem with the sewer - he solved it. We had a problem with our shower (in the rental RV) - he solved it. Thanks a lot for everything!

Quiet & peaceful - that and the country atmosphere and beautiful view are some of the main reasons we like this KOA. Friendly folks on the staff help too!

The only issue I had, was all of the thorns where my camper was set up. It made it very difficult to get things up on the outside, because I couldn't kneel down with all of the thorns.

The stay was fine. Big, mostly level site. Not really that close to Craters of the Moon. Friendly people at check in. There are prettier, non KOA, parks north of town on Highway 93.

It was ok but ….. the cable didn’t work and the response was “I’ve only been here a week and I don’t know anything”. Not the end of the world but maybe train the new people better before they are in charge of the park. She was confused on how to run the card to charge us even.

Very kind gentleman opened cabin for me and turned on heat. Cabin was clean and well lit. Very nice experience, even if loop road was closed

I stayed in a cabin Mid June and it was exactly what I needed. I wasn't expecting to see the Tetons from the cabin but I was pleasantly surprised when I could. Highly recommend this KOA. Staff was exceptional. Cafe food was also great.

This is one of our favorite places to stay on our Montana summer trips. Our site was level and everything worked. The staff is friendly and Jasmine is awesome. Our latest stay was perfect
