Unfortunately, in this case, the negatives outweigh the positives. The cable TV was not working. The site was out of level side to side than most. We had multiple families staying on the adjacent campsite. The pool was down for repairs. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful. The daily ice cream social was a nice touch. Our next stay will be at the nearby Mountain View RV Pk.

Needs a lot of work. Site was uneven. Store was not well stocked. No trees on East end. People nice enough, but not too accommodating.

This place was a total dive hole. This did not meet up to the KOA expectations. When we pulled in there were open wires and pipes at our campsite. When we asked about it they said they were having electrical issues. There was yellow hazard tape around the unit that we were plugging into. The swimming pool was broken and drained due to electrical issues. The grass was dead and there was no shade.

DUSTY. Loads of gravel needed at each campsite. People who work here are very friendly.

Every one was very helpful. The only thing I would like to see changed is to add some lighting (motion sensing like the front of the building) to the walkway by the showers. it really was a good time.

Arrived late-the cabin was ready for us when we arrived. We bought linens on the road-wished there had been an offer to rent through online reservation. Cabin was ideal for our family of four. The bathroom/shower facilities could stand an update.

Pool was not available. Lots of torn up dirt and grass areas. Electric power kept tripping out. Some people left early and one told me their surge protector was blown up due to power problems. WIFI very poor. Great waffles and the ice cream each night was a plus. Great buy at $1 per scoop.

The ice cream social was very nice and we people from the east and west coast. We were disappointed that the pool was not operational during our stay.

We really enjoyed the campground. When we were getting ready to leave, we had issues with our travel trailer. The camp host and another camper helped us get things fixed so we could make it home. Everyone was so helpful.

Everything was just great, except we wanted to watch the Olympics and the cable was down. Yes, we would definitely stay here again if in the area.

This was our second stay in Arco, and both have been wonderful. The property is well maintained and clean, and the staff is super helpful and friendly. The real star of the show is the night sky in Arco: You can see every star, and a gorgeous arm of the milky way. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Pool was empty. Requested 50 Amp site got 30 instead. The campground is run down and used up. Needs to be refurbished.

Facility was okay. We booked for the pool and wasn't told it was unavailable. Our site had a huge dip and water stood at our camper door. Stay was okay

The only power was for an rv despite being a tent site. Small plastic picnic table and just horribly uneven. The Staff were great and lended me an adapter for power and the guy in golf cart made us feel welcome and the host breakfast in am and ice cream social every night...

Their description says trees many sites did not have a tree on quite a few sites. . Once their electrically repairs are done it should bea nice place to stay. Their Belgium waffle in the morning was yummy. Staff was very friendly.

Our campsite was assigned to us and we arrived after office had closed. The site was between a dog walking/ pooping coral and a hissing, gurgling pipe in the field behind us. A smell of feces / sewage occasionally drifted thru site as we set up tent and slept. I believe it was from a bad septic field discharge. We would have left but we had a family of six that need sleep. I'll never go back.

We were so excited to come visit. However, excitement soon turned into disappointment when we learned all of the amenities we were looking forward to we’re not working or closed. The pool is closed, sounds like from other reviews it has been closed for a while and didn’t seem like it was going to get fixed anytime soon. Cable was out. Cafe was closed. Wifi didn’t work.

This is a great little campground. Easiest KOA we’ve stayed at to get in and out with a big rig. Friendly staff, free waffles and coffee in the morning was very nice, ice cream social in the evening was fun. Our only disappointment was that the pool was closed for renovations. Great base location for Craters of the Moon, Atomic Museum (currently closed due to COVID, so check before you go).

We were happy to have a level grassy spot for our tent and we had plenty of room. The bathrooms were clean although the shower was cold. And we were thankful for the dishwashing station with hot water. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the electricity that we paid for since the hook-up was only for the rv type plug. The gentleman at the desk was not helpful or friendly.

Very kind gentleman opened cabin for me and turned on heat. Cabin was clean and well lit. Very nice experience, even if loop road was closed

I stayed in a cabin Mid June and it was exactly what I needed. I wasn't expecting to see the Tetons from the cabin but I was pleasantly surprised when I could. Highly recommend this KOA. Staff was exceptional. Cafe food was also great.

This is one of our favorite places to stay on our Montana summer trips. Our site was level and everything worked. The staff is friendly and Jasmine is awesome. Our latest stay was perfect
