General Campground Information

CURBSIDE CHECK-IN

If you prefer to not come in the office, please call the office prior to your arrival and we will be happy to meet you outside.

CABIN PET FEE

There is a $20 Pet Fee for the Camping Cabins. No pets are allowed in the Deluxe Cabin. If we find out that pets are in the cabin, but were not mentioned in the reservation, we will charge the card on file.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIME

Check in time for all sites is 2 pm. Check out time is 11 am.

ONLINE RESERVATIONS

Please put any special requests in the NOTE section of the online reservation.  We review all reservations and will do our best to accommodate your requests.  If you are traveling with friends and would like sites next to each other, it is always easier to call the office to make sure we can accommodate.

LAUNDRY

Open 24 hours for your convenience. Quarters are available in the office.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

We understand life is full of surprises, and unforeseen circumstances. If you find yourself needing to change or cancel your reservation, please call 970-824-5105. Please note that we can only change or cancel your reservation by speaking with you, no emails please. A $10 cancellation fee is charged for all cancellations made 48 hours prior to your arrival date. If cancellations are made inside of that time, your one night deposit fee will be forfeited.

CAMPFIRES

Please check with the office for any fire restrictions before lighting your campfire. If your site does not have a fire ring, please notify the office and we will gladly bring one to your site.

EXTENDED STAYS

We are open year round for extended stays. Please call the office at 970-824-5105 for rates and availability.

BATHROOMS & SHOWERS

Our bathrooms and showers have recently been remodeled and are only for our registered guests to use. We do our best to keep them very clean! Please help us keep them nice by picking up after yourselves. Thank you!

TENT SITES

We do not offer monthly rates on our tent sites. All tent sites have a 14 day maximum stay during a 6 week period. If a reservation is made online to extend or renew past the 14 days, we will call and cancel with a full refund.

CABLE TV

We offer  Dish Network. When you hook up your camper please go to the cable tv/antenna source on your tv and run a channel scan. There are 40 analog channels and 40 HD channels. A channel guide is attached to the campground map you received  at check-in. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to call or stop in the office.

NIGHT REGISTRATION

Our office hours vary depending on the season. If you think you will be arriving after hours, please add a note to your reservation or call the office to let us know. You will be able to find your site information, bathroom and WiFi codes in an envelope in our night registration box. This box is located to the left of the front office door. Please come into the office by noon the following day to complete the reservation process.

CAMPGROUND PHOTOS

We periodically take pictures of our campground to use on our website. If you do not wish to have your photo taken, please notify one of our team members.

CAMP SINK

We provide an outside sink for washing dishes that is located just outside the laundry room.

GARBAGE & RECYCLING

We have 3 large dumpsters located on the campground. They are emptied every Wednesday and we will do our best to make sure there is room for your trash if they happen to get full. Recycling cans are located behind the main office.

PET POLICY

In an effort to maintain a quality camping atmosphere for all campers, please take care of your pets. All pets must be kept on a 6 foot leash or less and under control at all times. Any dogs that show aggressive behavior or excessive barking, may be asked to leave. Please use the designated Kamp K9 and dog walk areas and clean up after your pet. Pets may NOT be left unattended at your site. Please do not let your dog dig holes at the campsite, No pets allowed in buildings or pool area.
