The staff was completely wonderful! They were so friendly. We loved our paw pen site, it was big, clean and beautifully decorated with plants. This was our first visit and we loved the fact that even our site was surrounded by blueberry bushes. I am only bummed we didn't come while they were in season. Well, we will just have to come again. Thank you so much! :)

Our stay was great we really liked our site we picked.Many improvements were done to the campground.we have stayed at this KOA many times.

Incredible staff and facilities. Many options are a plus. Tent, cabin, deluxe cabin, Glamping Trnt and nice RV sites

The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly! Our cabin KL5 looked nice and updated, but we saw at least 20 dead and dying large brown stink bugs inside the cabin. It appears that the cabin may have been treated recently just prior to our arrival because they were crawling out in droves, and they were either dead or dying when we found them. That was the main point of frustration for us.

The campground was very clean and well kept. The staff we came n contact with couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We changed campsites during our stay only because we were having A/C issues and needed a shaded spot. Luckily there was one available and the whole process was easy. We would love to come back again!

We were there Memorial 2023 weekend. Everyone connected with the campground was very helpful and always friendly. Site was nice, did find others we would like to have in the future.

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend the campground was full. Eventhough it was full it didn't seem like. The sites are spacious and plenty of room throughout the campground for people to spread out. The staff was exceptional.

We didn't like that there were golf carts racing everywhere. Too much sand in the roads. Bikes were wiping out. Bathroom/ shower house was clean but in desperate need of updating! Enjoyed the pool and splash pad. Very clean park. We are likely to return in the future.

Expensive for not getting a full hook up. Very clean. Other guests were very rude. Kids allowed to drive golf carts without parents

Was a very nice camp ground and the employees were helpful. They need to spray for bugs. The showers at the office were cold, and the bathrooms were far from the cabins. The bathrooms by the tents were hot.The kitchen was kind of hidden, very dirty, and the water was ice cold. You can tell they have been making improvements. Fixing the water issue and spraying for bugs are definitely needed.

We had a GREAT time as always. I would recommend on getting a water sprayer. If you mix water and DOW Flake and wet the ground it will keep down the dust.

This park has all the amenities an RVer could want. Sites are decent in size and some are beautifully landscaped. Staff is friendly and helpful. Our camping group had a great weekend!

For tent stays, the bathrooms in the back close to tents leave a lot to be desired. The showers need painting and to be tiled. Dim lighting and shoebox size make it uncomfortable. There is only 1 stall in the men's room for the dozens of campers and women's bathroom stall is broken and cannot lock the door and Toilet in stall 1 rocks back and forth. The tent pads could use some sand for comfor

We stayed here before but really notice all the upgrades! Our kids loved the Volleyball court and I absolutely loved our spot. We have already booked another trip for this summer and can't wait to come back!

When reserving we asked to be in the back of the campground due to the road noise. They put us right in the front. The road noise is so bad I hardly slept and my husband was woke up during the night. They used 25,000 of my KOA points which I did not authorize. When I asked about it the young girl at the counter just said oh well. I did not get my points back.

The friendliest staff I've encountered yet! Park is well kept with great amenities. Caught them right at their season opening as spring is starting to creep in, the weather was beautiful, the flowers on the trees just starting to bloom. Plenty of areas with trees for shade, but also plenty if you need open sky for a satellite dish. Cabins and yurts if you're not pulling a trailer or driving an RV, and a splash pad for the kids, or whoever can't handle their wine and shouldn't be trusted with a pool.

It was actually at the South haven Location this year. Last year was Covert. Both are always great campgrounds. By FAR though, the south haven location is the cleanest, most organized, nicest place I've ever camped at. The showers are hot, clean, room to move around, plenty of hooks for your clothes, etc...Just overall very clean and amazing friendly staff...Cant wait to go back. We always go for the Halloween trick or treating events. Tons to do for kids and adults. Worth It!
