From the New York State Thruway I-87:
Exit 21 to RT-23/Catskill. Turn Left onto CR 23E, merge Left towards Hudson. Cross over Rip Van Winkle Bridge (toll) stay on 23E to NY82 (11.7 mi). Turn Left onto CR-7 (4.5 mi). KOA on Right.

From the New York State Thruway I-90: ALTERNATE ROUTE DUE TO BRIDGE CLOSING
Exit B3 NY-22 toward Austerlitz stay on NY-22 . AT HILLSDALE LIGHT Turn Right onto CR-23 FOLLOW TO ROUTE 7 TURN LEFT ONTO 7 FOLLOW 7 TO THE END. KOA ACROSS INTERSECTION.
IF TRAVELING ON ROUTE 22 BRIDGE CLOSED on 7A Bridge just before our campground on 7A is closed for repair. Follow Detour or Call for alternate directions or see below.
From Route 22 traveling South. Turn Right at Light onto 23 in Hillsdale. Turn Left onto Route 7 follow 7 all the way to campground.
From Route 22 Traveling North alternate route will be to either follow the detour signs for the bridge or turn much sooner off of route 22. You would be turning left at the Citgo Gas Station county route 3) go two miles then turn right onto Wiltse Bridge Road go two miles to 3rd right onto Four Corners Road. Go to end of road and turn right onto County Route 7 Go three miles to Copake KOA on right.

Please remember the Taconic is a quicker route by car from NYC, but large trucks and RV's are not allowed on the Taconic Parkway. No road in NY that is called a Parkway allows trucks or RV's.Get Google Directions
