Staff was great. Pool and jumping pillow were fine and our grandkids enjoyed both. Huge grass areas were neat and tidy and the dog run was good sized. Mini golf course was fun but in really bad shape with some of the surface support either broken or rotted. The roads were dismal and really need to be regraded and potholes filled. Our experience was below par for a KOA.

All the park electric went off and we lost some food in the fridge but it is understandably cause other people for many miles around also lost electric. the elderly KOA men that we talked to and guided us to our site were very nice, polite and friendly. Disappointed that the rec bldg/KOA store was closed but they had a lack of workers. Can't find fault as that is a problem everywhere.

We liked the campground and the hosts were great! I think it would've been great if all the planned activities over the July 1st/July 4th weekend actually happened and weren't cancelled. There was a lot of hype and then to have to tell you child that it was cancelled because someone called in sick was pretty lame.

We’ve been using this location for 10years. This was a more frustrating experience. And says a lot because we have seen it change hands so many times, we’ve been there under extreme weather conditions, and stayed true to you. But this last time had our hearts hurting a bit and it was more because of silly policy and the feeling that tent campers are not a priority and that RVers are catered to

The Women's restroom had several backed up toilets the first day of our stay. Very bad odor from one stall that remained broken and closed the 2nd day. We had to leave 2 days early due to our son being sick. I had also made reservations for 2 kids but only had one. I was hoping for some credit or partial refund. Store was not open due to staff shortages. But nice campground and friendly

We had the best Site (97) according to staff members. We arrived Friday at 16.00 and the shop was closed . The roads were very bad, bumps and holes. For children was enough to do, however the pool is very small. Indeed we had the best site compared to others. WIFI is a complete disaster. Cars passing by drove to fast, big dust clouds. Got breathing problems due to excessive useless wood burning.

2 of the 4 Women's toilets were closed for the duration of my stay. I have ADA needs and their solution was to hire a stinky, nasty porta-potty instead of fixing the ADA stall. The campsites were piled on top of each other - I have never camped so close to my neighbors. We were told on check-in not to use the water but were never told when it was safe again.

Our site was very difficult to back into due to the many trees, narrow road, and large rocks. The gravel provided on the site was not ample enough for us to keep our rig off the grass. The camper next to us was so close, we could not extend our awning. Then in the middle of our stay the water stopped flowing. Besides the high cost to stay at this park, we had to pay for our internet connection.

The spot we camped in needed additional base gravel to park a 13,000 pound RV on. It was difficult to level the RV and made a mess in the camper.

Camp grounds and facilities very clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Kids enjoyed the pool, bounce pillow and play ground. One of our favorite places to camp.

I think we would have had a great time if my daughter hadn’t fallen on the playground and broke her arm. Because of that, we had to cut our trip short and only got to stay one night and it was pretty rainy so we didn’t do much.

I love how quiet our stay was. The staff is very friendly. We have a Motorhome and I wish the trees were better trimmed and the picnic tables were closer to our campsite, but I will come again and reccomend this campground.

Staff were nice. Laundry facilities very nice. Site was nice but we were told it was satellite friendly but the sat direction was straight thru trees which is fine but should be known by check in staff. However in the rain the roads are extremely muddy and full of potholes. Finally the wifi was terrible. We paid $6, called tech support twice with no call back and no requested refund.

I really liked the place. We had fun at the activities. The only drawback was the muddy roads. It probably isn't like this in dryer weather but it's nasty during rainy weather.

2 years in a row the employees failed to inflate the jumping pillow by 10 am as the sign indicates. It may seem like a small thing, but we chose this campground as a pit stop for our longer drive due to that alone. We even requested a site right across to be close. It’s unacceptable to make kids wait more than a few minutes, let alone an hour or more.

Beautiful park. Love the trees and wide space between sites. Lots of green space. I do not like the muddy roads and pot holes---needs some maintenance, possibly gravel. I also expected sites be gravel based but mine was mostly mud and weeds, hardly noticeable from surrounding weeds. A beautiful setting that with some maintenence could be a great park

Spent two nights, staff was nice. Heavy rain impacted drainage at sights, might help to grade and gravel some areas.

A KOA staff member was mowing the lawn within 10 feet of my tent and threw a rock like a bullet through my tent missing my head and my 2-year old's head by inches. We could have died. The KOA is completely responsible and negligent in its safety measures to protect property and people.

It was a really nice campground although it was somewhat rainy when we stayed and the roads were a little muddy. Some areas were more crowded with campers than others, but there was a good amount of open space/fields around. There were alot of activities for kids on site. We wish the dog park could have been a little bigger, there's plenty of space for it. The store wasn't easy to find.

Was very surprised to see the hot tub closed the entire weekend and the pool closed on sunday duringthe opening holiday weekend. Heard a mom telling her crying sun that there wasnt anyone available to "test" the water. I found that hard to believe. I never asked

Great campground and great amenities. We had a lot of fun. It seemed severely understaffed. Bathrooms weren't super clean (granted, it was raining off and on), the store was closed most of the time, and the pool was closed all day Sunday for no given reason. The pool being closed was the most disappointing part.

This was our 6th stay and we always have a great time at Grandy KOA. The sites are very nice. The staff is very friendly and tons to do.

Wonderful place to camp with kids. The staff was AMAZING! They were super friendly, helpful and busy. Even with a full campground on a rainy weekend, they kept the facilities clean and provided a variety of activities that all ran on time and were fun for the whole family! The playground and sports equipment was all well maintained and plentiful. My three kids can’t wait to go back!

Very nice campgrounds also a very clean restrooms. Staff was very friendly. What can be improved on, would be store hours. the store was closed a lot of the weekend we were there on Memorial Day weekend.

All of the roads in the campground have lots of low hanging branches from the trees, it would be nice if they got trimmed up so they don’t drag the top of my motor home.

Always love this campground, and the staff are awesome. 3rd party wi-fi is a joke. Paid for a week of service and it was worthless. Could not even connect to media on the phone, let alone stream to a tv.

It is a great camping place to be with lots of activities to do. We loved our stay there except our site was too close to the septic tanks. We could smell it every now n then especially when it was hot. Otherwise it's an awesome place to be.

Great layout. Grading on paths needs attention as it gets really mucky when it rains [and it did]. I feel price wise Grandy Creek is on the expensive side. Firewood is OK at $6 but the size of the bundle is very tiny compared to what you get at other campsites. Staff is friendly. Need a 2nd washroom closer to entrance. Thanks

We stayed at this KOA last fall while we explored North Cascades National Park. Nice RV park with great amenities. We upgraded to one of the premium spots and the patio with Adirondack chairs and log bench swing were nice additions.

Grandy Creek KOA is a great place. ALL Staff works very hard to make everyone stay awesome. I'm not someone who has only been here one time, I've been coming for over 5 years and always happy. It saddens me to see review of people complaining about stuff when I know there doing the best they can. Thank You Grandy Creek Staff. :) The Menzies
