This is one of the best rv parks in the US! It is laid out and maintained perfectly, and Tim and Scott are incredibly customer focused. They, also, just happen to be 2 of the nicest people you will ever meet! We definitely will be visiting again! Mr. Cooper was fun to meet as well!

Scott and Tim have done the most amazing job creating a getaway spot that is super-clean, beautifully landscaped, well-maintained and full of amenities. And their twice-yearly wine tasting afternoon is an added bonus. The best KOA!

Very clean. Had nice amenities I haven't seen before like some sites have dog pens, there is a dog wash, one of the tent sites has a utility sink. Probably nicest site we have stayed at.

This was one of the nicest KOA's that we have stayed at. The patio sites are very nice and we especially liked the dog wash. The owners were very nice and attentive to all our needs.

What a wonderful place to stay! Scott and Tim are Great! They go out of their way to make your stay the BEST! The campground & Restrooms are very clean! I am looking forward for my next stay in September!

The Coleville / Walker KOA is the cleanest, best maintained, and host friendly RV resort we've ever been to. The Resort has it all, huge well maintained park for the kids with pool, game room, fenced in large and small dog runs. The trees are beautiful, the sites have grilles, tables and umbrellas, most have cement patios, and I dare you to find one weed within the resort. 6 out of 5 stars.

GREAT time at a beautiful campground. Super neat and clean at the foot of spectacular rocky mountain side. Gorgeous. Tim and Scott are wonderful hosts. Look forward to my next outing here.

This is a beautiful KOA,. The sites have plenty of room and are well-maintained. The area is pretty remote, but we knew that going in, and we enjoyed the peace and beautiful setting. There is lots of pretty country to explore in this part of the eastern Sierras.

This is one of the best RV parks I've ever stayed in. It is well run, well laid out, probably the cleanest, and in a pretty location. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we plan to return. We have already recommended it to several of our RVing family and friends.

The grounds were very well kept, the staff super friendly and helpful. I loved that they had put in individual dog runs at some sites. I may not have had my dogs with me this time, but it was nice to see. The other campers were friendly and outgoing, not always the case at some campgrounds.

This the best place to stay. Staff was friendly and very helpful, even loaning me an extension chord for the weekend. Always clean, grassy area always well maintained and the pool was amazing

Our stay was awesome. This KOA is a little gem for a quick get away from Reno/Carson area. Everything is maintained very well, bathrooms and showers and clean and well kept, the pool is heated and clean and the grass area is nice. Can’t beat the views of the cliffs and sunsets. The staff are helpful and obviously care about the operation. Will be back again for sure.

This is one of the finest, well maintained and personable KOAs I have stayed at in many years. The location is wonderful with the magnificent mountains at your doorstep. The onsite owners do everything to ensure your stay is memorable, as they are "actively" managing the property; which provides campers a sense of "family" and safety. Ten stars is minimally rating this country-setting getaway.

Excellent KOA! We had a perfect pull thru spot and didn’t have to unhook our Jeep. This was the second time we’ve stayed here and plan to return when we can stay for a few days.

The guys who work here are friendly and they helped us back the Airstream into the back-in site by verbally guiding us which direction to turn the wheels. Thank you so much for that help!

As an EV driver, one particular reason for me to choose to stay at KOA is for the electric outlet that I can charge up my car, even it’s for only 110V (very slow charging) that still helps. Unfortunately this KOA did not offer the option. Very disappointed!

Walker KOA is one of the nicest maintained and comfortable RV parks we stayed at during or 4 week trip across multiple western US states. While we visited Walker with just a quick stay, I will certainly be back when visiting the area for some of the best Trout fishing in the country this fall.

The owners and staff have poor communication skills. They use intimidation tactics to enforce rules and do not make you feel welcomed. They hover over you waiting for you to break a rule so they can yell and threaten you. I will never return and will never recommend this site.

Very well maintained koa, everybody super helpful, nice sites and grounds, coachwhip cafe out front was a bonus with some good food with heathy choices. Store is pretty well stocked, if you get a premium site they provide firewood daily if needed..i would return in the future if I’m up that way.

Expensive and to many fees, you charge for kids and not dogs. To many rules, no visitors, no extra people. Staff is not friendly.

Great campground. Well maintained- gravel and concrete patio made it dust free (didn’t even have to use our patio mat). Excellent adds for dogs- enclosed dog park/dog wash tub/etc. Pool was nice. Only downside was all the little extra fees for extra car and campers - we had 2 adults and 2 kids and 1 extra car- kids and extra car $5 per day each. BBQ was nice, but lots of ants had moved in.

The owner did what ever he could to make the stay uncomfortable. We were having a kids birthday party and he virtually broke it up over a vehicle with no tag showing in the front window. Someone stopped by out of the blue and he threw a fit and kicked them out instead of renting a cable to them etc. we were a large group of law enforcement and were treated like criminals. 3 people pulled out early

There is not enough space here to explain how horrible the Coleville/Walker KOA is. The worst camping experience ever, this is not a family friendly campground, this is not a place to have fun with people you love, this not a place to connect to the outdoors as the KOA mission says. The owners/staff are hostile, provoking, berating, threatening, and run the place like a correctional facility.

The owners and working staff were very disrespectful and made our stay terrible. We came with a large group of friends, all in law enforcement and they forced some of the group to leave due to their awful communication skills. None of us will ever come back!

9 day stay. The deluxe sights are fantastic with free pit clean every day and free wood every day. Who does that. The staff I dealt with were very nice. We were there in mid July it was in the 90's but the sun goes down behind the mountain around 6:00 for a nice cool dinner outside. The wifi is the best I have had in any RV park ever...really good. Nice clean park.

Our stay at COLEVILLE / WALKER KOA was wonderful. We have stayed at other KOA campgrounds throughout the country and this one exceeded our expectations on many levels. The entrance signs are very visible along with all the other signs for parking at check-in and throughout the park. Walking into the office I was greeted by a friendly smile and all the details for checking in to our RV site. They made it easy to navigate to our site and made sure we were good with setting up. Walking throughout the park we were thoroughly impressed with the level of detail taken from the superior clean conditions, plenty of signs, meticulously maintained gravel for your RV, level sites, just the right number of lights at night and the list goes on and on. We felt very safe and comfortable during our stay. The owners take pride of all aspects to ensuring the park is at peak performance. We stayed 6 nights and just in that short amount of time they made several improvements for the safety of the guests thus making an even more enjoyable stay. The K9 park is ideal for letting your pup run around and burn some energy off. The cliffs are beautifully lit up at night. Everyone working there was friendly and helpful. There were ample communications prior to check in and during our stay. We are looking forward to staying here again!!
