We drove two hours to get there and didn't even stay. I wouldn't book this place unless you know it. If there is space available last minute, there's a reason! Lesson learned. Nothing like the other KOAs!

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating which was awesome! The grounds are pretty. The pond and pool are nice amenities. The downside was how compacted it was. The camp sites were on top of each other and very small. We had booked a double site for up to 12 people and were given a regular campsite that only had room for 1 tent. After a lot of back and forth we got a site to fit us all.

The whole place is chaotic and unclear. Signs don’t match what you’re told, it’s impossible to figure out which tent site in the group area is which, there’s no designated parking there and not actually the amount promised at all, and everything is so jammed together it’s incredibly loud and difficult. It’s also very rundown. This is my first koa as an adult and I’m disappointed.

The fishing pond was a treat!!! The office/store staff was knowledgable and friendly - love the free coffee! Spaces were a bit tight (we had #39), a lone tent surrounded by RVs. But the proximity to the pond made up for it! The bathrooms needed more frequent cleaning, but it was great to have two sets to choose from. We loved the heated pool, and deck seating above it. We'll return!

Bathrooms are much cleaner!! The staff is very helpful, we stayed at a group site and it was big and clean. We only had 1 table and requested another one and the staff was able to help us out. They showed 2 movies while we were there and had free ice cones during the day. I would give it a 5 stars but it's so HARD to get a hold of them since they never answer the phone.

The property that the campground on is beautiful but the administration is appalling. Don't bother calling if you have questions because they don't answer the phone. They won't let you choose your own campsite, the "cafe" does not exist, and the miniature golf course is abandoned. But the pool was clean, the fishing pond was a big hit, and the children enjoyed themselves riding bikes all around.

It was super overpriced considering other KOA’s I have stayed at and the others were WAY NICER. Our neighbors had bright lights and were blasting music until 3 am and when I tried to call to make a complaint I got a messaging system. Bathrooms were neglected. No where besides the floor to put shower stuff on and the lights shut off in the middle of my 10 minute shower.

We had a fantastic time. My one suggestion would be this - I know it's tricky to contain, but there's a ton of poison oak at the fringes of a number of the campsites. Might need a spray to keep it in check.

A great place for families with kids or friends who like to gather around the RV and socialize. Very nice grounds, pet friendly. As a tent camper who prefers a quiet, private/secluded camp site and goes to bed when the sun goes down, it was too noisy and bright for me.

A party of 10-12 very young adults moved in at the campsite directly next to us. Based on the emptiness of the campground I think they could of been placed elsewhere. My husband warned them about playing loud music & they were good. They probably wished they were elsewhere LOL Pool was not heated at all. It seemed every time we came to the store it was closed. We had a nice, relaxing tent camping experience. The area is beautiful and full of nature. I spoke to Pam prior to our arrival and told her about my set up. She was really helpful and put me on a spot that was suitable for us. Bathrooms and common areas were clean. Washers and dryers uses an app to pay. they have a store where they sell lots of necessities incase you forget something. Will return.

Nice big campsites with trees. The lake and fishing is fantastic. Cabins look nice too especially the fully contained ones. THE BAD The pool was very cold even for a 90+ degree day. My girls came out shivering. The buildings have an overall rundown look/feel to them. Showers look and feel to be 20 plus years old. Playground was in the hot sun and not useable. Staff unfriendly

Wow this place is pretty! Staff were great. Place was clean. Pool was a little on cold side but kids didn’t mind. Our site overlooked the valley and vineyards. Love this place.

Nice older park. Plenty of trees for shade. Nice staff. Pool was great. We had an issue with the water connection on our first day, which is a plastic tee above the ground that broke. It never got fixed so we didn’t have water.

It was a decent place to camp for the night, probably worth the price if you have time to enjoy the amenities. A bit tricky finding our way in the dark to the spot they assigned us. Unfortunately we ran over a nail (tire suddenly went flat while looking for our spot) and it kinda clouded our experience.

Overall was great, would of given 5 stars but we were dissapointed that the game room/arcade was closed and that movie night has been cancelled aka wasnt happening.

I thought this KOA was maintained well. The staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, some of the amenities were closed (due to Covid?) such as the spa and game room. And one thing I didn’t like was that the pool was closed until noon. That seemed pretty late especially when the temps were reaching 100°. But I would definitely stay here again & it’s great for a quick getaway.

Very nice maintained, nice and clean pool area. Great views and atmosphere. Sadly the bathrooms are a different story.Toilets are super dirty,not cleaned at all! We stayed 3 nights and only the floors were cleaned but the toilets were left the same..with poop smeared. The sinks were not cleaned either. I wish they were kept cleaned,It is gross.

When we came in late, there was no map with our site marked waiting for us on the door where it was supposed to be. Thankfully, there was an extra map in a box that helped us drive around and see that all the sites were full. Most of the tent sites would have been too small for us. Thankfully, we found flat-fish ground next to one of the cabins to park our van, pitch our tent and sleep.

We have stayed here once before and really like the location. It is expensive but close to Santa Rosa and Healdsburg where we came for a doctor's appointment.

I feel that the price for a tent site is expensive when the only activity available, was the pool. The pool was excellent, though.

Lovely property and location (5/5). Staff was good (4/5). Facilities were great, arcade games some didn't work 4/5 . Bathrooms could be a little cleaner..(.3/5) Overall 5/5 will be back

We paid $99/night for a group site which is steep. For that amount, you would hope you get your money’s worth. They didn’t have clean-up of the bathroom facilities on Sat. My 8-year-son had to crap in clogged/filled toilets and was traumatized. Half of the games in the game room took your quarters. The general store was not stocked and they didn’t provide wood drop off. Not worth it.

Site itself is fine and well-maintained, Fatima at the main desk was lovely. But the games room was disappointing, full of broken games, and refunds weren't easy to get. Restrooms at the far end of the site were very dirty. May seem like a small issue but the hand-dryers near the T1-14 sites were so loud they kept waking us up. Some promised events didn't materialize. The devil is in the details.

This place is great! I had a short stay I one of the basic cabins. The cabin was clean and cozy. The property itself is beautiful!! They have a nice little pond in the middle that can be fished in. There are plenty of tent, trailer, and cabin sites to choose from. The restrooms, showers and laundry rooms were very clean. They also have a pool, and lounge/ eating area. The staff are really nice and helpful
