Scenic area, nice staff, but RV sites are mainly dirt and not level. Hot tub water was nice and hot but jets haven't worked for weeks and it was quite dirty. Very nice pool area. Nice views.

We drove from Albuquerque up the coast to Oregon and back through Idaho, Utah and Colorado. This was a very memorable spot and we wish we had spent another day here. It is beautiful, very well kept and the owners are friendly and helpful! Definitely a great stop!

There was a mix with our reservation and they made it happen regardless! In a great area and the people are wonderfully friendly, we will be back!

Nice campground, could use a little TLC on the sites. No Wi-Fi available. Lots for families to do.

When we arrived we were given a different site than one we had asked for several times. Pam wasn't very helpful and doesn't seem to care about good customer service. She finally at least put our friends closer. She said she would let us know if things changed. The next morning the people in the site we had requested pulled out and it was empty for the next two nights. Disappointing trip!

Very quiet, though we stayed there midweek. We loved sitting by the pond at the end of the day with a beverage and be entertained by the ducks. And the swimming pool was great. Will stay there again if we can.

Very nice stay park was well equipped. My only minor complaint is with regard to trees on the road in from the 101 and the private road to the campground, there are a number of low hanging branches that need to be trimmed back.

We loved the campground but had a few comments. There was not an easily accessible trash receptacle for the back of the campground. Also there were a lot of people not following the rules at the pool. This included bringing in multiple dogs and glass. We did not feel comfortable taking our children swimming due to the character of the individuals at the pool.

Great family fun. Fishing pond is a must see and must use. Movie night on the lawn with snow cones is a blast. Overall, really great ‘park and stay’ location for the whole family.

Staff friendly and nice, but in the three days we were there, there was no maintenance of the restrooms. Same toilet paper all over the floor, same trash in and out of containers. In shower area, part of the ceiling was falling in and looked like maintenance there had been on hold for months. RV site was very uneven , sloped and hard to get in an out of trailer. Staff was very unorganized, frustrated and overwhelmed with all the confusion of computer errors booking same sites to multiple people.

Bathrooms were clean. Laundry room was very dirty; washers/dryers ok. Attendant had no knowledge of area-visitor’s center, attractions, etc. Referred us to kiosk! Some permanents. Shade in some sites.

I was surprised by how out of the way it was. The place was nearly empty so it was very peaceful. The staff was great.

The road to the campground is very steep and narrow hardly large enough for a Class A to stay in the lane. Our site had water hookup 30 feet away and not level had to move to different site which also was not level . Directions said to follow signs off 101 south exit 217 to campground and there are No signs at that exit for the KOA! Very disappointed in the campground !

We enjoyed our stay. I liked the space between each site. The pool and patio area by store was a great hang out. There was campers that had very loud music on until 2am. As I love a fun party, this was so rude. I’m not sure why this was tolerated. I saw the guy in the golf cart pass by the large group twice. I expect a different standard at KOA.

We liked staying there. We probably won't stay there again because we are older and it is pretty far for us to drive. Your property is lovely.

My wife and I have enjoyed staying at all of the KOAs and comfortably provide positive ratings for all. The only negative I had towards this particular KOA was the price, especially when comparing the price with all of the other KOAs I’ve stayed. I’m not sure why or how you justify the price for your members.

First of the park is very difficult to enter especially for big rigs. The road in is steep and windy and trees on the road up need to be trimmed. I realize some of this road is county road. But it seems the park has not bothered to work with the county to improve the situation. The 3:00 PM check in time is late, with check outs at most parks at11:00 AM and most of us don't drive 4 hours a day

We booked a back-in site for our trailer but were assigned to a pull-in/back-out site. After an hour of being offered similar incorrect sites, we finally just gave up and chose a site just to be done. The hookups were on the wrong side, so we had to run our hoses underneath our trailer. Our neighbor had plugged in to both outlets, so we had to wait for that. He also had a leaky sewer hose. Awful!

In a word: nope. It’s hard to get to but that’s fine. The sites are just wacko. We were in a back in with our trailer and next to us was supposed to be a motorhome pull in, but our neighbors backed in. This put their picnic table 12 inches from our bedroom. There were 8 people in their small motorhome, it wasn’t great. Then the sewer drain didn't work to end the trip. NOPE!

First, I love the park and would return. The front desk staff was very pleasant and eager to please. I was sad to see the mini golf was abandoned, the outdoor movies were not offered but I do understand staffing issues are tough. The pool not being open on Sunday at the posted time was a disappointment Maybe use the evening time to ensure it is clean even if you have to close it a bit earlier.

Charge per person in addition to the price you pay for your over priced campsite. I have requested reimbursement twice now for people that were not able to join us for the weekend. So only put 2 occupancy when making reservations because if someone doesn’t show then you won’t be charged like I was.

This place is great! I had a short stay I one of the basic cabins. The cabin was clean and cozy. The property itself is beautiful!! They have a nice little pond in the middle that can be fished in. There are plenty of tent, trailer, and cabin sites to choose from. The restrooms, showers and laundry rooms were very clean. They also have a pool, and lounge/ eating area. The staff are really nice and helpful
