The lady who helped me was the bomb! We didn’t have a reservation, although the camp ground was pretty empty. It’s a long drive from the exit and I believe a mileage sign such as KOA 7 miles ahead (follow additional signs) would be helpful. The pool was great except for the children who were unsupervised throwing water balloons constantly!! That was a drag!!

Getting there is miserable. The 50 amp connection at our site was non-functional.

We liked our site as usual, but there were really noisy dogs in several sites around us. Being left in RVs and barking, as well as barking while people right there but not trying to quiet them.

We loved staying at this KOA. The road in was a little tight with the RV and it was a bit off the main highway, but that said we felt like we got away and were in the outdoors there. We loved the setting and the pool was spectacular on the hot days we were there. We would stay again.

The young kid who checked us in and seems to do it all there was excellent. He is very nice and accommodating. The campground overall seems run down and is in need of landscaping attention. I like the natural look to the place but it could be kept up better. It’s also a shame the old mini golf course is in the shape it’s in. Kind of an eye sore. Either remove it completely or fix it up.

We loved having the swimming pool and was excited to play mini golf with my kids just to find out on our walk that it was run down and overgrown with weeds. Kids enjoyed the movie night and snow cones so that made up for lack of activities. It was a nice place to go for a few nights since we are local, but it would be nice if the campground got cleaned up from the weeds and better maintenance.

Very dusty the description of gravel or grass should say dusty campsites with a lot of sap on everything there.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The staff was friendly and helpful. The camp sites are quite rustic which has its charm but ours was far from level. The area behind the clubhouse looked like a homeless encampment and needs to be cleaned up. We enjoyed the area and will likely return but the place could use some TLC.

Nice pool. Cloverdale is a nice small town with good shops and restaurants. Koa is old, poorly maintained, and unwelcoming. The bridge that they mention on the reservation has been gone for at least a year. Never answer phone or return messages. Instructions on reservation are wrong. A nice stranger helped us.

Well on the website it says Wi-Fi available and when we get there I am told that the Wi-Fi works spartanly and only in some areas. It would be best for me to use my hotspot on my phone if I have service. I needed to do work so I trusted the website that it said there was Wi-Fi available. At 10:30 the whole camp ground was still noisy and lots of people drinking. Will not stay there again.

to far off the highway.(10 minutes) many places with low branches along the road to the camp that scrape your rig. Prices not posted i was not happy with a $95 price for a dirt site

It wasn't too bad until we got neighbors that had there music blaring all night and there language was very inappropriate. We were staying 2 nights but cut it short and stayed only 1 because of this issue. My kids bday Vaca, not so great!

I made the reservation that morning. We arrived around 7:30pm that evening, but there was no map/information left for our reservation or site number. The after hours phone number went straight to voicemail but that mailbox was full so I couldn’t contact anyone. I tried the 800# and left a voicemail. I also texted the after hours number. No one ever contacted us.

Location is great, our site (23, back inn) was not maintained well. Very dirty picnic table, some kind of machine on it, probably from a neighbor. Not really welcoming. Bad WiFi. We stayed only for one night that's why we did not complain, otherwise we would have asked to move to another site

We had reservations for a neighboring campsite on Friday night. When we arrived we realized we weren't interested in staying at their location. We came by this KOA Saturday morning. When we arrived we were greeted by a gentleman that quickly assured us there was room for us. We had the best spot just in front of the pond. The location and grounds are beautiful and employees are beyond welcoming!

My family had a great time during our stay, we went with friends and it was both of our fist time there. We lii oh bed the fishing and remoteness of the campground. We will definitely be back!

i hate to leave a bad review, but this was my first time to the Cloverdale KOA, and all my other KOA stays have been so great, my expectation was that this KOA would be on par with the others, but it really wasn't. it has amazing potential but much of it seems neglected. the mini golf is just rotting away. seems like no one cares about this place, needs improvement.

It’s always a Pleasure staying at this CLOVERDALE/HEALDSBURG KOA. The Office Staff is Great, When I ask questions About what I need to know if something isn’t clear to Me. They are there with the right response! I also like that it’s kept very clean and inviting!! Thank you so much for making our stay at KOA A WONDERFUL STAY! Thank you Jennie Gutierrez and Tim!

Beautiful campground. Was good until the party with the speaker system. Completely ruined the ambiance. Also need to do something more than just post signs restricting hot tub to 18 and above. At one point I counted 15 very young kids.

KOA was very nice with varied places for your rv’s. Deer were wandering around the playground. I rated it a four because it was not designed for big rigs and we struggled with tree limbs. Nick made our stay by helping us leave without scratching the bus with trees. Thank you Nick.

Nice area campground is keep clean and presentable. There should be some warning about how tight some of the sites are and how challenging it can be for big rigs to navigate some of the turns and sites can be. It's an adventure to get there but well worth it. Would definitely stay again.

Plenty of activities for the kids and adults. The fishing pond was great. Kids loved the snow ones, movie night, playground and pool. The only downside is that the full hookups were on the wrong side of a back-in site, causing the sewer line to run THROUGH our site and we wish the pool was heated.

Customer service is horrible. They never answer their phones. We had a group of 5 trailers. We finally got a hold of someone (20times trying) they told us they would put our group all next to eachother. We showed up and they messed up all of our reaervations and only 2 of the 5 trailers were put together. It was a mess. They were unapologetic & made every excuse in the book. We won't return.

Facility is lacking and staff is incompetent. They double booked sites and moved our whole group around. They do not answer phone calls and communication is poor. I like Koa facilities but do not plan to come back.

This KOA is pretty rundown compared to most of the other KOA's we have been to. The management is very unorganized. We booked our spot and paid in advance to have it held and when we arrived, it had been given away. Luckily, we were flexible and we found another spot that would accommodate us. We would consider going back only because we live close to this campground. The Wi-Fi is really weak

The mini golf should be taken off the site and if you're not going to allow groups to book together you should charge less and make that clear. You're got a beautiful spot out there, but you should start taking care of it. So much potential, constantly disappointed by poor customer service and maintenance.

This place is great! I had a short stay I one of the basic cabins. The cabin was clean and cozy. The property itself is beautiful!! They have a nice little pond in the middle that can be fished in. There are plenty of tent, trailer, and cabin sites to choose from. The restrooms, showers and laundry rooms were very clean. They also have a pool, and lounge/ eating area. The staff are really nice and helpful
