Check in was a breeze. I emailed them to ask for a shaded cabin as I am undergoing chemotherapy. I never heard back from them but when I arrived they made sure to save me the shadiest cabin. It was so nice of them to do that. The gentleman at the front desk was really nice.

We loved the campground but had a few comments. There was not an easily accessible trash receptacle for the back of the campground. Also there were a lot of people not following the rules at the pool. This included bringing in multiple dogs and glass. We did not feel comfortable taking our children swimming due to the character of the individuals at the pool.

Great family fun. Fishing pond is a must see and must use. Movie night on the lawn with snow cones is a blast. Overall, really great ‘park and stay’ location for the whole family.

I loved Oscar the doggie and the deer in the campground. It's also perfect for little ones. All of the staff members were very friendly yet very professional. I loved it the 1st time in June...so much so that I returned in August.

The staff was great to talk to and customer service was great. I was disappointed on the first couple of nights that I had to "yell" at our neighbors as they were 2-3 tent sights together playing music, singing, and sometimes yelling throughout the night (didn't stop until close to midnight). I'm pretty sure nobody did a drive-by or check after the 10 pm quiet time to ask them to quiet down.

Been going to the cloverdale KOA my whole life and I’ve always had an amazing and wonderful time and this past trip was the exact same as the previous. Will continue to go here till I pass

Wonderful cabin, beautiful grounds, and lovely location! The cabin was so nice, clean, and comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. The nature trail onsite is very nice and not too strenuous. The proximity of the campsite to the Russian River and surrounding wineries is a big plus! We had so much fun and can't wait to come back!

The restrooms were very dirty and didn't appear to be cleaned at all during my stay. Very disappointing for a KOA, I expected better.

Staff friendly and nice, but in the three days we were there, there was no maintenance of the restrooms. Same toilet paper all over the floor, same trash in and out of containers. In shower area, part of the ceiling was falling in and looked like maintenance there had been on hold for months. Have been going to the Cloverdale KOA for years. Stay at L1 love it and will return next year. Family event.

The bathrooms need attention. Put some lightbulbs in already. Lots of kids riding bikes threw campsites. Pool was fantastic though. Mini golf should be torn out and replaced with something functional.

RV site was very uneven , sloped and hard to get in an out of trailer. Staff was very unorganized, frustrated and overwhelmed with all the confusion of computer errors booking same sites to multiple people.

Bathrooms were clean. Laundry room was very dirty; washers/dryers ok. Attendant had no knowledge of area-visitor’s center, attractions, etc. Referred us to kiosk! Some permanents. Shade in some sites.

I was surprised by how out of the way it was. The place was nearly empty so it was very peaceful. The staff was great.

The road to the campground is very steep and narrow hardly large enough for a Class A to stay in the lane. Our site had water hookup 30 feet away and not level had to move to different site which also was not level . Directions said to follow signs off 101 south exit 217 to campground and there are No signs at that exit for the KOA! Very disappointed in the campground !

The front desk NEVER answers the phone or replies to emails. We finally booked a cabin with kitchen online without being able to talk to them. $846 total for 3 days. The facility is run down. Many activities they are advertise are no longer working or in operation. The store was out of many basic things and nearest store wasn't close. Firing range us very close by so if you're sound sensitive...

Website outdated- bad info!! Can't contact office as I called 5 times, no return call... seemed unorganized. The campsite and cabins were good. The locations is beautiful with nice views, tons of stars, and a fishing pond. Bathrooms and building just ok and the old rundown mini golf is currently an eye sore. The campground could be awesome if updated and cared for. All said... We had fun.

We enjoyed our stay. I liked the space between each site. The pool and patio area by store was a great hang out. There was campers that had very loud music on until 2am. As I love a fun party, this was so rude. I’m not sure why this was tolerated. I saw the guy in the golf cart pass by the large group twice. I expect a different standard at KOA.

Beautiful location BUT… Pool and hot tub are nice although the bottom of the pool is cracking with pieces of it breaking off and some sharp. Neighbors flying drones over our site?!? DRONES SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED! The deluxe cabin we booked was given to a person who didn’t book it. So we didn’t have a stove top or other amenities. My wife and I have enjoyed staying at all of the KOAs and comfortably provide positive ratings for all. The only negative I had towards this particular KOA was the price, especially when comparing the price with all of the other KOAs I’ve stayed. I’m not sure why or how you justify the price for your members.

Our stay was fine. The upper toilets by the fishing pond could use some work with plumbing and the lights didn't work in the ladies shower area. The pool was great. The store was good and stocked ok.

First of the park is very difficult to enter especially for big rigs. The road in is steep and windy and trees on the road up need to be trimmed. I realize some of this road is county road. But it seems the park has not bothered to work with the county to improve the situation. The 3:00 PM check in time is late, with check outs at most parks at11:00 AM and most of us don't drive 4 hours a day

This place is great! I had a short stay I one of the basic cabins. The cabin was clean and cozy. The property itself is beautiful!! They have a nice little pond in the middle that can be fished in. There are plenty of tent, trailer, and cabin sites to choose from. The restrooms, showers and laundry rooms were very clean. They also have a pool, and lounge/ eating area. The staff are really nice and helpful
