Tons of wasps, could not sit outside in nature to eat food. I’m allergic to bee stings so it would have been nice to know this about the campground. Pretty place, however…close to wineries.

They knew we were coming in to the park in a 40' motorhome and gave us NO warning that the road into the park (which was about 5 miles long!!!!) was lined with low hanging oak trees and a one lane road over a very small bridge. This is not a motorhome friendly park!!!

We came in on August 10 and stayed four nights. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed the pool and fishing pond. Everything was well taken care of. We had a fifth wheel, and our only issue was trimming a few tree branches that were hanging a little low for us. Other than that everything was perfect! Thank you.

The campground was clean and well kept. I just don't like to pay $60+ to set up a tent for one night.

Only 2 things I would change about our stay. 1.Campsites are very close together (talk about highfiveing your neighbor from inside your campsites) luckily, we didn't have anyone in the sites next to us. 2. YELLOWJACKETS, SWARMED every day (stayed 2 nights so 3 days). You cant take food out of an ice chest, let alone try and cook. Everything else from staff, cleanliness to amenities were pr

And this day was awesome as always this is our second time here and we will be back again next year... At our campsite it was so hot and our bench was right underneath the Sun so the campground hostess brought us over a outdoor tent for the bench to keep us cool from the Sun.thank you so much .the kids left the pool we also love the pond and watching the ducks. It was just an all-around great time

It’s camping. Granted, this location is a bit run down than other KOAs we’ve been to. But that’s the beauty of it! It’s a much better camping feel! It’s not 100% unplug from the daily hustle & bustle but it’s just enough nature to have that feeling of unplugging & spend ACTUAL time with family. I would rate this a 0 if I could. What a dump!! Bathrooms were filthy. NO shower curtains. No air conditioning in bathroom. Doors were wide open. Unlevel dirt site with just a tad bit of gravel. And all for $92.00 for 1 nite stay. What a crook! Waaay off interstate on narrow, sometimes 1 lane road. Can't believe KOA would even let them be a KOA!!! Where are standards. More...........

Site 41 was excellent for our stay and would be our choice on our next visit. While exiting there are several low hanging branches that rubbed against the roof. It would be helpful to have those trimmed. Located on the stree exiting site 41 and on the street as you make a left turn exiting.

Love the campground. Did not love that there people wandering around carrying Bluetooth speakers blasting music the entire day. There was a campsite of about 20 drunk people blasting music after 1am. I callled the office. They told me to turn it down and they did for a few minutes then they kept blasting music and being loud and drunk till one in the morning. Left messages with the

Had a 3-night stay. Campground has a nice location and has lots of activities for children and adults. It is the nicest campground in the area of Healdsburg and Cloverdale. Both Petaluma and Cloverdale KOAs are a bit expensive, however.

Setting very pretty, nice views, pool, hot tub.Road to campground challenging, big elevation gain in 1 mile, very narrow winding, low hanging oak trees. River Rd and Asti Rd (the 2 approaches) are terrible roads with Asti only open certain times of the year.Sites uneven unpaved, sharp entries and drop offs. We are VERY experienced RV'ers used to towing big rigs, Not good for rigs over 30 feet!

This is place is great for family… I love the view of Alexander valley, the pool, a walk around the pond and bonus points there’s a store inside.. we arrive late and I didn’t like the space we were assign.. I called the emergency number and spoke to John he was very kind, helpful and friendly.. he said to choose what site is available … I will definitely come back…. thank you KOA

Our family loved being able to stay and enjoy the pool and snow cones that were offered. Overall, we had a great time at the campground.

The pool was very cloudy and not welcoming. It was very warm when we were there in late July, but we did not feel comfortable going in the pool. The pool was receiving heavy use and it did not appear that it was being cleaned as frequently as it should have.

As always, the hosts are wonderful, friendly and inviting. The campground is in a beautiful location, with terrific views of the vineyards. I highly recommend this campground to anyone wanting a relaxing experience. Looking forward to my return in September.

The staff is very nice, but the camp ground is in need of a lot of work. There is no mini golf or crafts offered for kids like we have experienced at other KOA’s

Manager did not seem to know who was in each spot. We were assigned to a spot that another trailer was in and they had been there awhile. It happened to at least one other camper when we checked in. Too hot to object. Do not like putting weekenders with longer stay people. There seemed to be other spots to accommodate us for 3 nights. Bathrooms very clean.

Located in the middle of nowhere, the management even has a large sign posted on the tree after you have a long drive: Do not despair, you are almost there! Also this place needs some good effort on overall maintenance and better management which I would rate current condition as very poor. Get prepared for challenges such as long rough gravel road, gravel site with dust and mosquitoes everywhere

Our sites sewer was full and backed up on us the day we were leaving. My husband got urine and feces sprayed all over him and we were not able to leave at a decent time with cleanup and showers. We spoke to the front office lady Pam, and she said some sort of compensation would be granted but we never got any follow up.

Great service, excellent staff. . Nice pool. Love the wooded feeling of the outdoors. Friendly campers. Stocked store. Only complaint: the fire pit leaves are covered in sticky marshmallow goop, gets on the bottom of your shoes, flip flops, etc and then it's a sticky mess all over.

The lady who helped me was the bomb! We didn’t have a reservation, although the camp ground was pretty empty. It’s a long drive from the exit and I believe a mileage sign such as KOA 7 miles ahead (follow additional signs) would be helpful. The pool was great except for the children who were unsupervised throwing water balloons constantly!! That was a drag!!

Check in was super easy and the attendee was very kind and helpful. Kids loved the snow cones. The staff were also helpful and always cleaning the area.

We liked our site as usual, but there were really noisy dogs in several sites around us. Being left in RVs and barking, as well as barking while people right there but not trying to quiet them.

We loved staying at this KOA. The road in was a little tight with the RV and it was a bit off the main highway, but that said we felt like we got away and were in the outdoors there. We loved the setting and the pool was spectacular on the hot days we were there. We would stay again.

We stayed only one night in the deluxe cabin, and felt it did not live up to the luxury it advertised and my husband and I expected, especially for $320. plus tax per night. KOA camping is great for kids and families.

This place is great! I had a short stay I one of the basic cabins. The cabin was clean and cozy. The property itself is beautiful!! They have a nice little pond in the middle that can be fished in. There are plenty of tent, trailer, and cabin sites to choose from. The restrooms, showers and laundry rooms were very clean. They also have a pool, and lounge/ eating area. The staff are really nice and helpful
