Pam at the front desk was amazing, she was so welcoming and truly made everyone feel special. The campground is beautiful with amazing sweeping views, definitely a place you come back to for a few days, especially with kids! We paid for a deluxe pull through site but upon arrival it wasn’t ready. We were given another site but definitely not deluxe and tight next to our neighbors.

Some amenities, lake, game room, laundry are nice. But the basics aren't right. Gravel campsite, 3-4" slope side-to-side, 12" front to rear, took every bit of leveling devices we have to get acceptable results. Electric box and water were over 40 feet apart! Needed extra 25" water hose to hook up, which they provided.

This is the second time we have camped here and both times reservations have been a nightmare to deal with. Pam is incredibly disorganized and has an awful reservation system. Never received a confirmation email but charged my card, she became incredibly defensive when I asked about it. Multiple phone calls & emails were never returned. No movie, no golf, no activities for kids like at other KOAs.

The sites are not well arranged as the services to connect are all over the place , at this price you do not get any value , the older lady was rude to my wife on checkin and the place is dusty dirts roads and unkept , the tree branches are hit of your rigs. At 76 dollars a night like elsewhere

I think the grounds and trees were great. We were lucky enough to get a flat spot but I did notice some spots were not level & may be difficult to use. We were across from the pool which was great and a better view than some other spots. We did have trash in our spot that I cleaned up. Maybe wind blown but either way not used to seeing that at a KOA. Couldn’t find bathroom near pool.

There was cigarette butts, broken glass, trash and a fried egg (I wish I was kidding) in our site when we arrived. The electrical outlets for the RV sites aren’t set up properly, they are a fire hazard because they are being shared by 50 & 30 amp RVs when it’s supposed to be one or the other, NOT BOTH! we had to reset the breaker several times in 106° weather. we left a day early, it was ter

We made our reservations several months in advance for my grand daughters birthday. They didn't give us the spaces we had reserved, but they worked out another set of s and aces that worked out well. Nice park. The kids lived fishing in the pind.

This park is well off the beaten path on a narrow windy road. Is our electrical box had an open ground and our lot was unlevel.

made a reservation online and apparently it didn't show up on their system soon enough to get after hours instructions after our arrival at 5 p.m. Called the number on the door with no answer. after a few minutes, called it again and got and answer and was given a spot #. Nice grounds, but tight, windy road for miles to get their. Glad we have a small RV.

Place is beautiful!! Only issue was the site we were assigned could not accommodate our 36” 5th wheel with 2 12 ft slides on each side. Not to mention it was very sloped and would have been difficult to level. However, Pamela made it right and got us another site that we made work. The hookups were on the opposite side which we were ok with and just thankful Pamela was so kind and helpful.

My first time to this KOA and I had a great stay. The campground sits on a lovely piece of property. I came home a bought a KOA membership and booked another visit next month. I hope my membership dues and more frequent stays can help bring the mini golf course at this gem of a location back to life someday.

The camp grounds are clean but very dry, we felt like we were more in a parking lot than a camp ground. The pool area is nice, bathrooms clean and the view of the valley was nice. But sitting in our site was dry, gravel and no break between sites….like I said more of a parking lot. If your rig set-up is long be careful as the road into the camp is very narrow and has tight sharp curves.

My first thought when we drove up was that they are TOO close together.We sat outside and literally were looking at their waste hookup up close and too personal.Speaking of that,we could not access our sewer dump because it was across our site. AND the public one outside the store was full/ had overflow. The website photos are deceiving.It shows spacious sites.We MAY try again BUT Disappointed

Difficult to get there (steep drive up with lots of tight turns/narrow roadway), rv sites have very little shade and no separation between sites. No view, pool was super crowded and hot tub was closed for our entire stay. Fishing pond was fun for the kids, store seemed nice (we didn't go in for anything other than check in), overall the park was clean. Just not our cup of tea and wont be back.

RV spot 65 ... Had electric and was out of the way. It was so quiet. Campsite was not that clean with debris left from previous campers. Trash dumpsters were a bit far of a walk. Overall excellent and quiet, which was just what I needed.

The location is fantastic, we've been going there each year for 9 years and always loved it but this year was terrible service, the cabin was dirty, smelly, full of spider webs everywhere, the store was closed one out of two time we went to get something, we didn't get a schedule of activities, looks like no movie, most games don't work, mini-golf closed. We will have to find a new favorite place.

We loved our stay. Nice big campsites made it feel not so cramped. There was plenty of shade and big trees to keep us cool. We even had a regular deer visitor in the early evenings who came by to graze. The pool area was very well kept and we liked the comfortable infinity recliner chairs. The views were amazing from the campground. The bathrooms were always neat and clean. Just needs a little TLC

The staff was extremely friendly. They accommodated our request to have all 3 families next to each other. We have young kids and we were close to the pool, swings and playground. The campground was clean and well kept. Love the heated pool. Thank you Cloverdale KOA.

We had a family camping trip, 5 family cabins and we had the best time ever! The kids enjoyed the pool and playground. They loved fishing in the pond, I wish we could go back monthly to recharge with family. The staff was also so wonderful!

Friendly, as expected for KOA. Baths/showers were good, loved the pool. We were hoping the mini-golf would be repaired. Daughter caught her first fish in the pond. A dog park would be really nice. Till next time, thanks.

The staff was wonderful. Even helped us back into our site (new to 5th wheel camping). The pool was great, the grounds clean and small store had a wide selection. The mini-golf was overgrown, but otherwise what we saw for the kids was great.

A completely enjoyable stay at this park. The only complaints is the signage once you turn off US 101 could be a little more visable & the tree branches being so low they bang the top of our motorhome.

We feel completely ripped off! There is clearly an issue with how you book your campsites as sites 77 and 78 (I think those are the numbers) were both booked as 30 amp with only one 30 outlet shared between them. Due to this, we arrived to 91 degree weather and had to wait and sort it all out without AC. We were given another site that had no space to camp and dog poop all over it. We won't return

For the most part, we really enjoyed our stay. The definite negative was how filthy the bathroom by the pond was. One toilet in women’s bathroom was clogged with poop, and two in the men’s bathroom were also clogged. Reported the situation several times and they were never cleaned. Pretty disgusting.

This place is great! I had a short stay I one of the basic cabins. The cabin was clean and cozy. The property itself is beautiful!! They have a nice little pond in the middle that can be fished in. There are plenty of tent, trailer, and cabin sites to choose from. The restrooms, showers and laundry rooms were very clean. They also have a pool, and lounge/ eating area. The staff are really nice and helpful
