We have stayed here once before and really like the location. It is expensive but close to Santa Rosa and Healdsburg where we came for a doctor's appointment.

This was our third visit to the Cloverdale KOA and I must say every time it gets better. I wasn’t very impressed last year, but this year we stayed twice in July and was very pleased with both our stays. It’s actually a very pretty campground surrounded by vineyards and hills. The campground has many large established trees so there is an abundance of shade.

terrible stay. staff in office were nice and friendly, but that was it. campsite was a mess when we arrived, toilets were not cleaned regularly. Definitely not up to KOA standards. That is a shame because the location is remote an beautiful,

They were already closing the registration office by 4 pm. I asked about WIFI & the VERY rude lady told me to read the back of the brochure. Another camper told me that they charged extra for EVERYTHING and I guess that included WIFI. When I got my credit card bill, I was charged $1.95 for something (no idea what???) on top of the $75.00 nightly fee!! The worst KOA I've been to.

So much to do. Beautiful setting. Could use benches in the shower stalls. The people there were helpful, friendly, and informative. We will be back!

Great park. Large sites, however they are a little dusty in the heat of the summer especially if you are camping with a dog. Staff is friendly, park is clean. We will stay here again for sure

We had a great time, the only downfall was the pool being closed for half the day in 100 degree weather. There’s only so much small children can do and being on the playground in that heat wasn’t an option.

The first 4 hours was good until I got very sick later in the evening. So I left early the next morning for home. I have to come back another time

I feel that the price for a tent site is expensive when the only activity available, was the pool. The pool was excellent, though.

Campsite was good. Staff was average. Loud music all day long from cabins. Quiet time went until 11pm. I will definitely try it again because I loved the area. Hopefully it will be better. Campground is beautiful and well maintained.

I spot #88 right on top of #87 who utilities were shared with. No privacy at all. Bathrooms good when we arrived. Went down hill the next day to the point I question if they were being cleaned. NO toilet paper in them in the morning. Do not think I would ever come back or suggest it to anyone.

Not big rig friendly. Reservations were messed up. Put us in a 30 amp space when we reserved a 50 amp . The site was too small for our 40 ft class super C . Also had a big dip in the dirt which made it impossible to level. The office never answered the phone . To get directions.

Lovely property and location (5/5). Staff was good (4/5). Facilities were great, arcade games some didn't work 4/5 . Bathrooms could be a little cleaner..(.3/5) Overall 5/5 will be back

We paid $99/night for a group site which is steep. For that amount, you would hope you get your money’s worth. They didn’t have clean-up of the bathroom facilities on Sat. My 8-year-son had to crap in clogged/filled toilets and was traumatized. Half of the games in the game room took your quarters. The general store was not stocked and they didn’t provide wood drop off. Not worth it.

When my door knob handle was having trouble they came right away to fix it. I wish it was a little cheaper. Everything else was fantastic. My kids had the best time

Site itself is fine and well-maintained, Fatima at the main desk was lovely. But the games room was disappointing, full of broken games, and refunds weren't easy to get. Restrooms at the far end of the site were very dirty. May seem like a small issue but the hand-dryers near the T1-14 sites were so loud they kept waking us up. Some promised events didn't materialize. The devil is in the details.

The good - The location was really good and in a beautiful setting. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The views from the patio were amazing. Deer and quail in the evenings were fun. Sitting by the pond was very relaxing and nice. The bad - I was really disappointed by how close the sites were and the sites/ facilities were not up to the cleanliness standards I’m used to experiencing at a KOA.

The stay was nice and the pool was refreshing but the adult spa wasn’t open unfortunately. The only thing I would recommend is cutting the trees on the road to the entrance higher for taller rigs. The branches were quite low and the road is single lane so it makes it very difficult to maneuver away from the branches.

This was Yerba Buena's second stay here, and like our first visit, everything was top-notch: from the rec room, pool, bathrooms, and showers, store, cabins, etc...the owner provided fresh coffee in the morning, and Fatima at the front desk was extremely helpful and knew the entire operation well!...a quiet getaway, with options in Cloverdale, run by the nicest folks!

We love it here, we come several times a year. We love the laid back atmosphere and the pool is wonderful, pond is beautiful and great for fishing with the kiddos.

Only problem was the pool. Rules were not enforced. People had 3 dogs in there. Also big floats and people throwing footballs, I got hit in the head several times.

It was great, the perfect place to start our RV ADVENTURE. I would have given it a 5 star rating except we did not have a picnic table to sit at. But most sites did. Since this was our first trip renting an RV we are just learning what to bring and not bring with us. The place is clean, quiet and definitely family friendly. Highly recommend it

Our cabin was missing the screen on the door. That helps for bugs coming in the cabin when the door is left open.

It was our inaugural trip with our RV. Staff was gracious and helpful. We enjoyed the pool. We wish our site was a little larger to accommodate our RV awning.

We loved the campground and our cabin. It was very nice to stay by the lake and we had a short walk to the bathrooms. However, the bathrooms were not cleaned at all the entire length of our stay. They were very dirty with a lot of grossness on the floors. The showers were also not cleaned and had very dirty floors and overall yuckyness. We have stayed at a lot of KOAs and these bathrooms were bad.

Park is very spacious, lots of room between sites, shaded with trees. Very large park has great pool hot tub. Restrooms spotless, park well maintained has a nice pons and lots of camping cabins. Staff ver friendly helpful. My wife fell of her bike and knocked herself out and had to be taken to the hospital. Staff was very understanding and no issues having to leave trailer unattended.

The good: clean pool, quiet clean camp ground, nice pond. The Bad: not as advertised online such as: no movie, mini golf in disrepair( not even playable), dog park was a thin, strip of dead grass, arcade dirty, old and so many things crammed together you cannot play pool or table tennis, bathrooms dirty, spa was locked the whole time, store was very under stocked, rv pad uneven pile of rock.

When we got there the bathrooms were disgusting, we told the owner and later that day they were cleaned. Although we didn't need anything the store was a mess and most shelves were empty , there was boxes of product stacked on the floor. On our way back home we stayed there again, once again the bathrooms were a mess, not quite as bad as before but not good, the store was still a mess.

We arrived for no one to meet us and show us our site. Sure our last name was wrote on a map and taped to the door, however the 3 days/2 nights we stayed there no one asked us if everything was okay and if we needed anything. Never even saw a staff member! We had horrible water pressure and they need to improve the entrance up to the camp. Will not return!

This place is great! I had a short stay I one of the basic cabins. The cabin was clean and cozy. The property itself is beautiful!! They have a nice little pond in the middle that can be fished in. There are plenty of tent, trailer, and cabin sites to choose from. The restrooms, showers and laundry rooms were very clean. They also have a pool, and lounge/ eating area. The staff are really nice and helpful
