Very nice maintained, nice and clean pool area. Great views and atmosphere. Sadly the bathrooms are a different story.Toilets are super dirty,not cleaned at all! We stayed 3 nights and only the floors were cleaned but the toilets were left the same..with poop smeared. The sinks were not cleaned either. I wish they were kept cleaned,It is gross.

Our stay ended a night early due to several factors but most notably the complete lack of follow-through for quiet areas. I was reminded about quiet hours no less than 4 times via email and a printed document when we checked in. A campsite 2 rows away partied with loud music until 3 am. In addition, the bathrooms were VERY dirty and had no toilet paper the second day in any of the stalls.

We had called to book our reservation, it was booked, but when we arrived KOA Cloverdale stated they were full Yet, they did fine us a spot, between two RVs, when we walked around there were many other sites that were not occupied.We did not have a picnic table so that we could not sit outside our rv.The facility badly needs a deep cleaning, especially the pool, bathrooms were very filthy

Ed in the Dirty. Trashy. Not kept up. Worst Kia that we stayed at. No internet or tv. Never saw staff. Uneven sites. Water attachment leaked. Mini golf in rubbles. Beer bottles in the fishing ponds. Could be a great site if maintained. Don’t go there until new ownership if they ever change it.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Thank you Lupita for your guidance, helpfulness for checking out equipment, and great smile! Showers were a bit out dated but clean. Pool was a little heavy on Friday and Saturday but wonderful Sunday and Monday. We will absolutely come back.

Very accommodating to our needs. We have three autistic children in our family who have other disabilities as well. Staff worked with us to make our stay enjoyable for the whole family. I had an electrical issue at my pedestal and josh who has been there since September and is a competent all round fixit guy had me up and running in no time. I hope he stays, a very good addition to the campground

No one ever answers the phone. The facility is far off the interstate. You have to pay extra for wifi. There is no cable hook-up. It's loud with dogs and people yelling/partying into the early morning. I also had to pay extra for an 8 yr. old child and absolutely will never return to the Cloverdale/Healdsburg KOA again.

Excellent shady site. The shade was important as temperatures neared 100F. We loved the nature trail The only issue was our surge protector indicated there was an issue with the 30 Amp Neutral wiring

Nice grounds, staff was friendly and we enjoyed the pool all day! The only downside are the power hookups. On reservation it lists 50 30 and 20 amp so I assumed we had 3 options but were very wrong. One pedestal with 3 outlets so when we used the 30 amp our neighbor unhooked our power to connect his trailer which was very annoying. Had to drive to ace to get 50 amp to 30 amp converter.

The campground was ok. The staff wasn’t friendly. Our reservation was for a type of campsite that ended up being unavailable, and the staff wouldn’t give us a refund for the difference in price between what we paid for and what we ended up camping in. Our experience at other KOAs has been great. We won’t be visiting the Cloverdale/Healdsburg KOA again, it was disappointing.

The campground is very pretty with lots of big shade trees at the sites and they have a cool fishing pond. We arrived a little after 7pm and the office was closed but they left a map with our spot number marked on the office door. There is just one location for showers and restroom and it is quite a hike from most parts of the campground; also the restrooms were a mess

We had a great time. It was my 2yr old son's first camping trip and he had a blast spending the whole day in the pool. The only down fall was being covid still so no arcade, so the 11yr old went fishing instead.

Nice place. Clean restrooms. Beautiful views. Close to wineries without paying $$ for a hotel room. Just wish the mini golf was Open.

Sites are very close together. Fire pit was on on the edge of a hill, so not really useable. Our site had room for our small trailer and a picnic table. If in the area will look for other options. Front desk employee was very pleasant.

Terrible customer service. The only friendly person was the nice gentleman on the ATV that stopped to talk several times. He claimed to only be a volunteer. They are lucky to have him as everyone else from checking to checkout were rude and appeared to be bothered by any questions. Will NOT stay or recommend this location. A disappointment for KOA for sure!

We pulled in after hours. There was no 30amp. available. We had to move to another site. No one around to or call. No one answers the phone??

Where do I start? Not enough characters to tell my story. Poorly managed, poor customer service, from Pam. Dirty, run down, no activities for the kids. Everything was shut down. Mini golf, arcade, no working bathroom by the pool, so guess where everyone pees? One guy volunteers to help her and he is overwhelmed. Really nice guy though. Very helpful.

I was very surprised at the low standard of this campground. I have stayed in MANY KOAs over the years in both the US and Canada. I have never encountered one with more run down facilities as this one. The bathroom remained dirty for days, the Kabin was covered in spiderwebs, the fire pit was technically on the road - and the site had old and fresh dog poop (not from our dog, whom we picked after)

Most activities for the kids were closed other than the pool. We went with 2 other families and we booked together and we spread at different ends which made things very inconvenient. Staff was not very friendly.

We reserved space 48 a month and a half ago. Upon our arrival, it was occupied. We went to space 46 which is smaller and our door was less than 4 feet from the road. We plugged into the 50 amp plug, only to find that half the trailer had electricity. So i plugged into the 30 amp plug. that outlet was upside down. So the plug would fall out, so I had to use duct tape to hold it in place.

When we came in late, there was no map with our site marked waiting for us on the door where it was supposed to be. Thankfully, there was an extra map in a box that helped us drive around and see that all the sites were full. Most of the tent sites would have been too small for us. Thankfully, we found flat-fish ground next to one of the cabins to park our van, pitch our tent and sleep.

You messed up my reservation by not having the pull-through site I paid for, then you sent me to an occupied space, then you gave me a very unlevel, head-in space where the hookups were so far away I couldn't use my sewer hose. Then I had to insist on getting a refund because the site you gave me was actually $77.50 per night and not the $85.00, but then you billed me too much. Your KOA SUCKS.

Sites are extremely uneven. Road to get there is too narrow and there are a couple of places where an RV can “bottom out.”

Pamela was super helpful and just lovely! The campsite was great and the location was beautiful. The only negative was how busy the pool was on Saturday (over 80 people) many of whom I think were day users.

It was a nice enough place for an overnight. Site was dusty and lots of debris on ground (e.g. campfire ash, bones, ropes). Facilities were OK.

Campsites are small and unlevel. Pool was cloudy and gross, then the next day the pool was closed for hours when it was almost 100 degrees out. The guy let us and multiple others sit outside the pool waiting in the hot sun for an hour before coming up to us and letting us know it was still going to be a few more hours before the pool would be ready. Bathrooms were dirty. Disappointing stay.

The staff was really sweet and helpful but I was very shocked at how tiny site #55 was. Literally just enough room for a tent. Luckily, the pool and other amenities were great!

We have stayed here once before and really like the location. It is expensive but close to Santa Rosa and Healdsburg where we came for a doctor's appointment.

This place is great! I had a short stay I one of the basic cabins. The cabin was clean and cozy. The property itself is beautiful!! They have a nice little pond in the middle that can be fished in. There are plenty of tent, trailer, and cabin sites to choose from. The restrooms, showers and laundry rooms were very clean. They also have a pool, and lounge/ eating area. The staff are really nice and helpful
