The campground is OK, nothing spectacular. Not a lot to do. The pool time is limited. There happen to be about 40 10 year old girls and dads staying in the cabins and it was so loud early in the morning and late at night and the pool was not relaxing at all. Wish we had known they would be there. Also a mentally ill camper staying near us. Very unnerving and he was singing until 11:00pm.

We had space 21. The grill wasn’t level. The picnic table looked unstable. We Still have not received our three night refund for Wednesday through Friday night.

Nice quiet campground with mature trees all around property . The drive up to the campground was awesome. Would definitely recommend.

Nice older park. Plenty of trees for shade. Nice staff. Pool was great. We had an issue with the water connection on our first day, which is a plastic tee above the ground that broke. It never got fixed so we didn’t have water.

The park is large with lots of outdoor space to enjoy. It is far enough off the freeway to not hear any noise at night. We loved seeing the deer walking by our space and the fresh air was very refreshing...

We arrived late. Had no problems finding our spot. Enjoyed the park. Liked the layout. Great place for family fun. Would like to return with the grandkids and spend more time.

The koa has all the extras, they do need to work on their sites. At the two sites we used were far from balanced and could have used more care. Beautiful location and facilities were abundant and in good maintenance.

We were assigned a tiny site to stuff our 38 ft fifth wheel and duallly. We had 2 friends with separate reservations and we requested to be near each other, however, we were spread out and there were several empty sites near us that would have been accommodating.

We booked with two other couples with trailers. When we arrived we were not together, as a matter of fact we were not even close to each other. Others were with their friends and there were many spots available to put us together. Beautiful grounds but we camp with friends for a reason. We will NEVER come here again and we will spread the word.

Excellent facility, but it is a resort catering to people who want at least a few nights to a week or two stay. This is not really for the one night people who are just looking for a place to rest your head for a few hours. A bit on the pricey side if you're a one nighter who doesn't use or enjoy their wonderful amenities.

It was a decent place to camp for the night, probably worth the price if you have time to enjoy the amenities. A bit tricky finding our way in the dark to the spot they assigned us. Unfortunately we ran over a nail (tire suddenly went flat while looking for our spot) and it kinda clouded our experience.

We couldn’t stay and I called many times to cancel but no one picked up. So I was charged when I should have been refunded.

50/30 sites only have one 50amp outlet for two sites with no explanation in the site descriptions. Very poor road access. Very narrow with some low trees on the private entry road which is tight and twisty. Second visit the site we were assigned on the reservation was filled by prior occupant. No one in office to resolve issue. We most likely would not return again.

I have called you 10 times prior to my reservation dates to cancel this reservation. You have not replied or answered us. I also sent emails to cancel. My calls to cancel were on 9-1-21,9-2-21,9-7-21,9-8-21,9-9-21. Emailed on 9-8-21. We respectfully demand credit put back on our credit card. We have all these calls and emails on record. Tried to contact KOA by email with no answer and by phone but unable to leave message. Customer service definitely needs improvement but the facility was fine.

I like the location of the KOA. However; the price of the trailer space should have a level area and should be able to walk around the trailer without walking up and down a hill. Also, sitting on the picnic table was unlevel to eat.

Nice quiet area, very clean. However campers don’t follow rules and no one polices them. Supposed to be no more than 1 RV and 1 vehicle per site, my neighbor had 1 RV, three vehicles and two tents. Quiet time 10pm to 8 am, my neighbor partied until very late. Supposed to be no open fires, yet several guest had open fires

Camp Host Pamala was fantastic. Camp was beautiful safe and clean. All in all a great time!

1. The personnel were unhelpful. They're go to was a negative response rather than "Let's see what we can do." 2. There is NO WAY to contact them by phone (goes to recording but then the mailbox is full, so we could not get important questions answered. 3. The pool was murky with urine and people oils probably because the bathrooms are too far away for people to want to go, (I work with pools).

It was nice. We weren’t able to burn fires and it would have been nice to have bigger sizes to let us know. Bathrooms could use cleaning every night.

Hosts were gone so instructions left outside for us. Two different sites given. I phoned twice for a clarification. three weeks later I"m still waiting for a return call. I'd say that they offered HORRIBLE customer service-- but as of today I've not received any. Took us 45 minutes to figure out the mix up. Without ANY help from camp hosts.

Organization was a little unclear -- I was sent to a campsite that was occupied, and then one that didn't appear to exist. But, there were plenty of spots, and we eventually got settled. The pool was great for the girls, and the deck for the dads. [Convent father daughter weekend.]

Not up to the standards we are used to from a KOA. While staff in the store was very pleasant, the store was closed during critical parts of the day. The campsites were not cleaned before arrival. The staff riding around in quads on the dirt is tearing up the natural landscape.

Recommendation to this business: When people book a reservation particularly a lodge, give them what they booked versus thinking that you should give them something else based off of the Number of people that will be in the room. You don’t know so Don’t guess or assume…, give the people what they booked! it’s that simple!! And it’s COVID-19 I would think the lodges/cabins would be better

Communication for this campground is terrible. It takes dozens of attempts to call over several days to get anyone to answer. My emails went unanswered. We found out Saturday night of our stay that campfires were not allowed - this was poorly advertised / communicated. Bathrooms were not clean.

We booked online the day of and received confirmation but no site number. Got there around 6pm, office closed, no one answered phone,, no one to help us. Apparently there was supposed to be instructions for guests arriving after hours. None.Took us about 30 minutes to finally find an employee who told us to park anywhere, so we did. Not a good first impression.

I never checked in never stayed yet I was charged anyway! The dates are wrong I never confirmed the dates and they don't answer the phone!

We enjoyed the pool, the playground and how much shade there was at our campsite. I made it known in the registration notes that my wife is in a wheelchair. I think we had the most difficult site possible for her. I payed extra for a 50 amp space that should accommodate a larger rig than mine but it was tight. Then every shower in the place worked except the ADA shower in the women's restroom.

Very poor customer service. Office closes early around 3pm, sucks if you arrive late. Bathrooms are very very filthy, trash all over. Take your own seat covers and lots sanitizer. And never gave me a receipt for the amount charged, be careful this place might charge extra.

Overall was great, would of given 5 stars but we were dissapointed that the game room/arcade was closed and that movie night has been cancelled aka wasnt happening.

This place is great! I had a short stay I one of the basic cabins. The cabin was clean and cozy. The property itself is beautiful!! They have a nice little pond in the middle that can be fished in. There are plenty of tent, trailer, and cabin sites to choose from. The restrooms, showers and laundry rooms were very clean. They also have a pool, and lounge/ eating area. The staff are really nice and helpful
