There is no internet or TV reception at this location. The store is not well equipped with necessities needed for camping or emergencies. If you are looking to be off the grid, this is a location for you. For the price.....it"s not worth it.

Exceptional KOA site. Love the proximity of RV sites from cabin sites, for our mixed group. Fishing pond well maintained. We will definitely be back later this year.

Beautiful location, only downsides for us was how tight some of the spots were with hookups on the opposite side and less than stellar conditions of the public restrooms.

We had to try three different sites before getting one that was acceptably level. Staff was rather snippy regarding our problem. This campground is way overpriced. Close to $ 100 for a night and then pay extra for WiFi?

The office was closed a lot. We could not find the campground and nobody answered the phone. So it took us one more hour to find it.

Honestly the grounds were fine, like if you don’t need much other then a place to park for the night- it felt safe and nature-esk But don't plan to go thinking you will be able to use anything other then the gravel you park on. Our picnic table was literally smashed like someone hit it with their car. You can’t get ahold of anyone for anything.. false advertising- terrible customer servic

Such a pleasant place to stay but I’ve tried recommending my friends but it’s so hard to get ahold of the office to make reservations. If you leave a msg or an email it’s never returned. Also the store is great but it’s only open a couple of hours a day. Also The maintenance people drive way too fast! Accidents waiting to happen. We love going there but shouldn’t take weeks to make reser

We had a wonderful time. The campground is lovely and so are the people managing it. We had a very peaceful campsite with deer right outside almost every morning! Will definitely stay again!

Very nice area. Camp hosts were friendly and helpful. Some of the sites are a bit unlevel. The loose gravel roadways had us losing traction at times pulling our trailer. Overall, a very nice facility.

It was great. Everything was clean, smooth and easy. The location of the campground was quite a challenge for us, very twisty and challenging to get there. Glad we also rented a car!

The camp host was never available. I wanted to get an extended stay at the park but could never get ahold of anyone! When I finally got ahold of them they over charged me for the extended stay. I wouldn’t recommend staying here for longer than a weekend. Customer service was terrible!

Th nicest KOA ever!! Sites are spaced well apart and are tucked in amidst trees. Great air. Native plants. A large swimming pool and a casting pond. Nature trails. Nice people! I’m coming back for sure�

Pool, hot tub, mini golf, MPR, rentable cars all closed. Only thing to do is fish but the poles are $30 each plus bait! Glad we only stayed one night. Staff was very friendly.

We were with a group of 16 and had a wonderful time, however the friends that stayed in the cabins were very disappointed because the cost of the cabins were very expensive but they are not maintained at all, electrical plugs not working,light bulbs were out, heater not heating properly etc. I would recommend camping, but would not recommend renting a cabin.

We were with another couple and hadn’t seen them in months and looking forward in spending time with them. When we got to our campsite it was a little too far from our friends campsite. We then went to the office and asked if we could possibly get the spot on the other side from our friends. The owner looked up the campsite and saw it was available she then switched us closer to our friends.

Campground was well maintained and located in a beautiful setting. Office was closed several times when I walked up to talk to someone about my bill. A Will be back at a designated time notice would have been nice so I would have known when return.

We enjoyed our stay because we were with friends but feel the campground is very overpriced, especially when everything is closed. Paying $90+ might be one thing during busy wine season, or when the pool, hot tub, game room, etc. is available, but this truly seems like 'gouging' otherwise.

This is the most beautiful KOA we have ever stayed in. Unfortunately there is not enough attention being paid to the care and maintenance of the sites. There is a lot of trash lying around, the campsites don’t get a regular clean up and the sites are looking shabby.

I had difficulty trying to reach anyone on the phone at the Cloverdale KOA. I called numerous times, left many messages regarding a tent site cancellation and rebooking a cabin . On the day of my arrival I got a very brief message answering my question about the hot tub being open and could I have a camp fire. It would also be very helpful to inform the public that there are heaters in the cabins.

The staff were welcoming and the sites beautiful. The cabin was tired given the price - warped cabinets, bulbs burned out, electrical outlet didn’t work and the bed was the worst I’ve ever had. Newer cabins at the same price were quite nice.

Our cabin lodge was everything that Pam said it Was, Great !!! Camp site walking around the early With a cup of coffee was best I would go back again, Other activities To do , going into town Cloverdale wine tasting close by a plus Thank you Pam

The hook ups are fine, but the sites are very limited. The spot for your trailer/ RV is level, but the area for your set up ( chairs, table,etc) are all sloping towards the next camp site. The area and KOA are beautiful and have a lot of potential, just need a lot of re-work.

After 2 days of trying to reach park on phone I booked online. Recieved confirmation and the morning when we were on way to park we tried calling several times to see if the bridge was open still no answer from the park. Found the bridge was closed had to back track to get to park. When we got there at 2 in afternoon office was closed and info left on the door we drove to site it was occupied.m

Far from Hwy 101, up a curvy road. Our Class C didn't have any issues; but, the road might be a problem for a larger rig. Very pretty grounds, spaces are not on top of each other. No cable TV. Internet is only free for 1-hour, after that you have to pay $5.95 for 24 hrs.

This place is great! I had a short stay I one of the basic cabins. The cabin was clean and cozy. The property itself is beautiful!! They have a nice little pond in the middle that can be fished in. There are plenty of tent, trailer, and cabin sites to choose from. The restrooms, showers and laundry rooms were very clean. They also have a pool, and lounge/ eating area. The staff are really nice and helpful
