Hard to get level. Ants got into my rig.

The campground was not convient to get to. A three mile narrow windy road was not easy to navigate. Once we arrived the host just yelled toward my truck asking my name and once we got our paper work yelled toward the truck where our site was. The site was so unlevel our shower water would not drain. Phone service was spotty. No campground internet.

Our first visit here definitely won't be our last. Beautiful location hidden in the hills. This is an older KOA but well taken care of. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed watching kids fishing at the pond. The highlight of our stay was while sitting at our campsite one evening watching a momma deer walk through our site with her two very young babies.

The campground is nice and nestled in a secluded hill side. Has a nice pond for fishing and the camp sites are shaded. Great place to take a family and unplug. The location is not near anything and the road to get there was a very narrow two lane road.

Camp is run down. RV sites seem to be a non priority. Camp manager was excellent, though. Accommodated our needs as best she could.

Great place. Beautiful views. Really nice fishing pond and spacious RV/Trailer locations. Everything was well tended and inviting.

Lots were not kept up! Miniature golf area not usable even though web site showed pictures of it. Street lights were hanging unsafely! No paddle boats. We were there on Memorial Day weekend, there were no activities or entertainment like at other koa parks.Big trailers put on small lots, small trailers on big lots. We reserved site 2 months in advance and had a terrible site!

The sites we were in were close to each other, the location is off the beaten path up a smaller road on a hill. The bathroom wasn’t remotely the best and it was probably one of the more expensive koa I have stayed at.There is no putt putt( in the picture for that campground).They weren’t refilling propane there.It has potential to be really nice but just not making the mark especially for th

Our campsite was not all that good. I wish that sites could be reserved in advance, rather than 1st come , 1st serve. Because we came in the late afternoon, the pickin's for campsites available was very slim... I understand it was Memorial Day Weekend and all.... All in ALL we like this campground and the folks are nice.

As it was a last minute reservation, it was really nice. We had a wonderful time, although we would pick out a better site next time, ours was pretty crowded/close to the site next to us.

We like camping here because it is so close to several great wineries. And the options are limited. My only concern is the road coming in has very low tree branch’s that will scratch your big rig. In all fairness the KOA has no control over the road. I did that some of the trees inside the park could use some trimming witch they do have control over. We will be back. We camp in a 5thW

Terrible management and host that work at this place. Owners never answer the phone and not available to answer questions once on the grounds. "Host" is rude and angry. Do not stay here.

Road into campground had many low hanging branches that scratched my RV. Site I was in was OK, but would have been better if it were more level. Very nice setting, but the access road means I won't be back.

The cabins were perfect to be able to escape to the outdoors without needing all the necessities of tent camping. It’s beautifully placed up in the hills with a cute pond for fishing. The pool has gorgeous views of wine country. Definitely a fun place to take the family. We will definitely be back!

Trouble finding entrance; tried calling unsuccessfully. Found back entrance 3 miles away. Tried to check in, but office empty. Note on door saying if reservations, look for paperwork; ours wasn’t there, no answer on repeated phone calls. After waiting 3 hrs, we left. Realized later they’d entered wrong reservation dates. No one ever at office/phone, couldn’t straighten out. ABYSMAL COMMUNI

Very unhappy with the site. Left after 2 hours instead of 4 days. The site is very rundown. Most amenities were either closed or broken. Booked a luxury cabin which was filthy. Opened the cupboard to use utensils and not only found rodent droppings around pots etc but also a live frog in a frying pan. Did not stay. Got full refund but will never go back. Sleeping bags as bed linen? Not good.

The electric outlets on our hook up did not work…there was a group of campers near us that stayed up making a lot of noise well past midnight. I was thinking no noise after 10:00?

The campsite it self was good ..but the person who is running it is absolutely awful no customer service and is extremely rude and is never in office she tried charging my card ten different times and charged me for a cabin i didnt even stay in ..and i never got a key so unprofessional!!

Pretty setting, relatively quiet for KOA, nice pool, spa and lounge chairs. Helpful staff and comfy, warm cabins.

Brief stay, will stay there again if we're in the area. The office is sometimes closed, but it was during low season (late April), so it was alright. We didn't use the additional facilities so I am unable to rate the other amenities. Overall the park is lovely and well treed.

We had a fantastic time. My one suggestion would be this - I know it's tricky to contain, but there's a ton of poison oak at the fringes of a number of the campsites. Might need a spray to keep it in check.

The campground is a bit out of the way, but is nice once you get to it. The bridge being out was a big inconvenience. The detour is a curvy road, that needs to have trees trimmed so they don't hit your RV. The other issue we had was the hours the office was open. I understand being short staffed, and not being open regular hours. It just would be nice to post what hours it will be staffed.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Campground is quite remote and back woods. That didn't appeal to us. The long drive from the highway had several low trees that dragged on the roof and AC units atop our rig. The main roads of the campground are paved, but the sites aren't. Since it rained before and during our week long stay, the camp site was muddy. There are several cute cabins and a pond.

This KOA is in a beautiful setting in wine country. Quiet and peaceful. Love the views. very expensive; wifi has never worked when we’ve been there. We’ll return as it’s the only option near healdsburg and we love the views and quiet but $$$

Great stay, a little pricey for the accommodation. Staff was friendly & knowledgable. 5 rating as we had no problems and enjoyed our stay. 8 on recommending due to price of camping.

Our Lodge was equipped with everything we needed even sleeping bags for the bunk beds. I only wish the store was open more hours every day as we forgot to bring a few important items from home. It would have been nice to just go down to the store for small bottles of ketchup and mustard or even cans of sodas, and maybe an ice cream for dessert.

Nice campground. Pool maintenance guy was cool and nice. Spa was maintained good. Our only complaint was that there was no one at the office mid day for check in. Reservations where taped on the door. We were allowed to switch sites later however. The store was also closed mid day. Store/office should be staffed during business hrs for guests.

This place is great! I had a short stay I one of the basic cabins. The cabin was clean and cozy. The property itself is beautiful!! They have a nice little pond in the middle that can be fished in. There are plenty of tent, trailer, and cabin sites to choose from. The restrooms, showers and laundry rooms were very clean. They also have a pool, and lounge/ eating area. The staff are really nice and helpful
