We booked a back-in site for our trailer but were assigned to a pull-in/back-out site. After an hour of being offered similar incorrect sites, we finally just gave up and chose a site just to be done. The hookups were on the wrong side, so we had to run our hoses underneath our trailer. Our neighbor had plugged in to both outlets, so we had to wait for that. He also had a leaky sewer hose. Awful!

In a word: nope. It’s hard to get to but that’s fine. The sites are just wacko. We were in a back in with our trailer and next to us was supposed to be a motorhome pull in, but our neighbors backed in. This put their picnic table 12 inches from our bedroom. There were 8 people in their small motorhome, it wasn’t great. Then the sewer drain didn't work to end the trip. NOPE!

I really needed to get some work done and I asked Pamela about the Wi-Fi and she said it was running fine. After setting up my camp I found that there was no Wi-Fi for my entire stay. I called the provider and they said it was “being prioritized”. Needless to say I did not get my money’s worth staying at this campground.

First, I love the park and would return. The front desk staff was very pleasant and eager to please. I was sad to see the mini golf was abandoned, the outdoor movies were not offered but I do understand staffing issues are tough. The pool not being open on Sunday at the posted time was a disappointment Maybe use the evening time to ensure it is clean even if you have to close it a bit earlier.

I liked everything but was very disappointed that the internet never really functioned It didn't matter what time of day I tried to log on, I was never successful.

Would have liked to have a cabin closer to family, we were kind of spread out. Cabin was clean and comfy, except when we went to use the bunk beds we found a pair of men’s underwear under the sleeping bags! Gross.

Charge per person in addition to the price you pay for your over priced campsite. I have requested reimbursement twice now for people that were not able to join us for the weekend. So only put 2 occupancy when making reservations because if someone doesn’t show then you won’t be charged like I was.

I was never able to get ahold of staff prior to cabining. We had a large group and wanted to be placed together- instead we were spread out all over the campground. Not staffed well. Pool was filthy. Bathrooms were not maintained.

It has a lovely pond with picturesque ducks, children fishing in the catch/release pond. The pool is nice, the patio above the pool of great to have drinks and chat with friends. Minimal bugs flying!! RV spots are roomy enough. our spot really could have been pre-leveled a bit better. we needed waay too many lego blocks under of Travel trailer. Deer roaming comfortably. Laundry room.

short office hours, check in is 3PM. we arrived at 3:15 and they were walking out the door. Went to our assigned site and someone was in it. Office was closed and no one answered the phone. We were on a 50 amp site and struggled with power issues. We only ran one a/c and everything else was on propane, still kept flipping the breaker. Pool very nice, We did not have issues leveling

Worse customer service we have stayed at. Wouldn’t allow us to pick site and told we had the best site in park which was bold face lie it was the worst site as we walked around and looked! Asked many times to be put with our group told it was sold out and had probably 10 sites open.

We have been coming here periodically for many years. It has and always will be a great fun place, however many things have declined such as the general store inventory and organization, the peewee golf wasn’t replaced with anything and the rec/game room was filthy and rundown. They didn’t have staffing to do the outdoor movie. Not enough seating at the pool. Itwas better when Gina was running

No one was in the office when we arrived. Although our paperwork was taped to the door, I couldn’t see it because the door was propped open (so it was on the back side of the door). Site 15 has a VERY narrow parking pad with steep sides. We had to prop our solid step RV entry steps up with 5 leveling blocks because of the high parking platform. Very unsafe!

It was pretty tight and where we stayed was across from the bathrooms. They were other aspects that were really nice such as the pond and some of the views to which could walk. And it was located near some beautiful areas to which we were easily able to drive. Fortunately we had very good neighbors.

Even though the writeup talks about the ride to the campground we were Traveling in class A, 40’. KOA was 7 mikes off highway and not large class a friendly. Trees along a tight road made it tighter on sides and top. Made it with a few marks along the side and top. CG was very basic but doable for one night.

Very friendly staff, clean campground, spacious camp spots, well maintained facilities, wonderfully warm pool. We actually chose to stay their twice because our first stay was so enjoyably. We would definitely stay there again. highly recommend this KOA…just the perfect camping location.

We drove two hours to get there and didn't even stay. I wouldn't book this place unless you know it. If there is space available last minute, there's a reason! Lesson learned. Nothing like the other KOAs!

We stayed in a RV site with only one neighbor. It was great! We had plenty of room to spread out although we were super close to the neighbor we had. We lucked out with getting an end site. The grand kids could run across the street to the playground. They went swimming although for a 90* day, the pool felt like it was 80* so it was like swimming in a warm bathtub.

The double bed took a little getting use too but we managed. It was a very relaxing stay. The bathroom could have used a bath mat when getting out of the shower. It would have been nice to have a discount for an eight day stay. We would possibly consider another stay.

We found our spot to be spacious and very clean. The campground is well maintained, and has plenty of amenities (large pool, nice pond) for longer stays. Beautiful views, and awesome location for stargazing. We hope to return someday

A river after checkin and was able to find our small tent site. We moved the tables and fire pit into other sites to allow space for our tent. Showers were poorly maintained with calling ceilings. Pool was nice but over-chlorinated. Game room was nice to see. This place was probably awesome 30 years ago. Those renting cabins probably have a better experience.

The campground was lovely, tucked away from traffic, beautiful views. The pool is great, the kids loved it! Cabins exceeded expectations - cozy and comfortable. I must say that the weather really contributed to the success of our stay, as it can be too hot in Cloverdale, but we lucked out.

The spot that we were first assigned was not good and too small for our rig. After a brief chat with the office she quickly resolved the issue and we had a great spot that we appreciated very much! We will be back!

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating which was awesome! The grounds are pretty. The pond and pool are nice amenities. The downside was how compacted it was. The camp sites were on top of each other and very small. We had booked a double site for up to 12 people and were given a regular campsite that only had room for 1 tent. After a lot of back and forth we got a site to fit us all.

This campground is set in a very nice location with some great views and access to many fun and interesting activities. There are some down sides however. Persistent smell from septic system, no parking management resulting in multiple vehicles per site and clogging access and worst of all restroom maintenance was non existent rendering them unusable.

Enjoyed it, but couldn't find a place to fish and the lady at the counter at the KOA told us to go to some bridge in Healdsburg and ask someone. What bridge? Wish you had an enclosed area so my dog could run.

Beautiful area.. trees overgrown into sites and power lines.. fire danger with location of fire pits and barbecues.. facilities need an upgrade and repair.. otherwise beautiful area

This place is great! I had a short stay I one of the basic cabins. The cabin was clean and cozy. The property itself is beautiful!! They have a nice little pond in the middle that can be fished in. There are plenty of tent, trailer, and cabin sites to choose from. The restrooms, showers and laundry rooms were very clean. They also have a pool, and lounge/ eating area. The staff are really nice and helpful
