Very friendly staff, great bathrooms and showers. Pool was too cold even for the kids to swim in. The hot tub was very cloudy water and uninviting.

The fellow who took us to our site was great! When we saw that the site wasn’t at all what we expected, he found us a different, more suitable site!

Really enjoyed the cleanliness of the park and washrooms. Felt that we would return to this park as well. Kids likes the playground and family friendly atmosphere.

My stay was good. My spot was very small and the neighbors electric, water and sewer hookups were quite a ways into my useable space.

In error booked a 50 amp pull thru without sewage. Have not encountered that option previously with KOA booking. Park had a clean out service which worked out for us. Friendly staff / clean and spacious bathrooms / showers. Sites were tight and on top of each other in some parts of the park. Would stay again!

It was a great weekend at Cloquet KOA, all staff were very friendly and helpful. The sites are very clean and I love Site 39 that we stayed in a little bit of bush and private. I will definitely be back to KOA Cloquet. Thank you for making us feel like family.

Helpful and friendly staff, nice flat site. Only downside is that it's near a railroad track and we were woken up twice by trains during the night -- but if we had had the AC or the fan on, I don't think we'd have noticed them.

The people that work there very friendly but site 20 pull thru is a bad set up for full hookup unless you have excessive extentions for water and sewer

I have a 50 amp travel trailer and when I reserved our site I’m sure I reserved a 50 amp site. I even received a confirmation stating that I reserved a 50 amp site. Upon arrival I was told that I had a 30 amp site and the young man at the counter even stated that my reservation showed that I had reserved a 30 amp site and no 50 amp sites were available for our stay. The 30 amp site worked out

We really enjoyed our stay. Campground was clean and employees were very friendly. We really appreciated the option to have our tanks dumped with their portable service, since we had thought our location had dump capabilities (but did not - which was our mistake when we made the reservation). Location was also convenient to travel back and forth into Duluth.

Great place to stay! Nice campground and the staff are friendly and helpful. There’s a lot to do in the area. Cloquet and Carlton are nice towns and Duluth and the north shore are just up the road.

Just stayed one night and needed internet so I stayed in a pull through close to the office. If I was staying a long time I would have asked for something more private. Everything was clean. I swam and hit the hot tub. That was awesome. Very nice people run it.

We love staying at the Cloquet KOA because they’re are always so friendly and helpful! Their place is kept very nice and clean also!

We stayed on Site 9, Independence Day weekend, 2023 - Full hook ups. NO SHADE. Everything is very clean and well maintained. Pools, showers, bathrooms very good. Very kid friendly. Tight campsites, really packed in, ZERO privacy anywhere here. This is a great basecamp to leave during the day and explore the north shore. Staff was kind and trustworthy, zero issues with staff or facilities.

The staff needs to be a little more polite and helpful. Train the help a little more on being helpful and not just thinking that campers are there in the way. Politeness and being helpful could go a long way instead of complaining to themselves that you should not have parked in front of the office the way you did. Campground itself is a nice campground.

Tent sites are not well maintained. They need some kind of wood chips in place to raise the ground, cover tree roots, and absorb rain. None of the tent sites we were offered were acceptable for sleeping or the rain we were getting that week. We had to move to a more expensive site so we weren’t on tree roots or soaked.

The staff was very welcoming when we checked in as well as answering questions if we had any. The campground was very well kept and quiet. The only suggestion would be the pool area, while it it a decent size it could use some updates. We noticed that some of bricks surrounding the pool were loose. I could see this possibly being a tripping hazard. We would definitely return.

This KOA is probably one of the best ones I have stayed at. The campground is very well kept, bathrooms clean, easy to get around, and the entire staff was wonderful. We did a 3 month stay at this campground (so we got to know people pretty well lol) and I would highly recommend it for anyone medically traveling (even for the duluth area) The owners were incredibly accommodating and very kind. I would definitely stay here again. Yes, there is a train but it really wasn't a problem, and I work overnight so I had to sleep during the day.

We had a great visit. Staff is great, location was alright, the train horn blasts via the nearby tracks through the nights weren't the best but we got used to them...lol. Location is convenient though to Jay Cook and Duluth so made it convenient.

The cabin was super cute. The mattress was ok to sleep on, thin. There are outlets for phones. Bring your own cookware. The fire pit was easy to cook over. The staff was super helpful and fun. People really get into the Halloween weekend. The modern facilities are clean.
