"Welcome to the Clanton / I-65 S / Dandy RV Park!"
The KOA in Clanton is a brand new RV Kampground (opened August 2010)- owners Jim "Dandy" and Tammie Cooley have been in this family owned RV business for over 35 years! After many years of enjoying the RV lifestyle with their 3 children, they finally decided to pursue a dream of Jim Dandy's and open up a KOA Kampground.The campground has 50 spacious sites, each with a variety of newly planted shade trees, gated children's play area, fire rings, 30/50 amp at all sites (no extra charge) free wi-fi, picnic tables, free cable TV, nature walking trail, stocked 8 acre lake, pet walk area, outdoor open air lighted pavilion, state of the art laundry room just to name a few of the amenities.
Campers can enjoy " free" hot coffee daily in the RV/KOA sales office. Popcorn is also a daily treat for all campers!
